SALUTE TO A PATRIOT LAID TO REST THIS 9/11

Ed Wheeler, a soldier and historian and investigator and patriot, was laid to rest in Tulsa, Oklahoma on September 11.

Ed (whose given name was Peter Edward Wheeler) and his second wife Susan became friends of 99 and me about a decade ago. He liked some of the sarcasm I put out on a former officers’ and parents website. He encouraged me to start this website. We talked often, and whenever Ed and Susan came our way on their way to Northeast Pennsylvania, they would stop and visit.

Big Ed Wheeler and his daughter Kelsey. She has a nickname too — Miss Oklahoma 2013.

Born in New York City, Big Ed moved with his family out to Oklahoma in the late 1940s. Ed was a fan of the Brooklyn Dodgers, who were a rough and tumble and successful bunch from the late 1940s until the owners took them out of Brooklyn to L.A. Ed also was a fan of fellow Southwesterner Buddy Holly, who was tearing it up on the charts when he was a teenager. Ed joined the Army as an enlisted man and then became a commissioned officer.

Ed was in the Army in the Vietnam era, and he also played a Communist Vietnamese solder in “The Green Berets” along with a bunch of other soldiers at Fort Benning, GA, where they filmed most of the movie. Ed was taller than John Wayne, so he had to crouch while he was in character. He said John Wayne was a likeable guy who visited all the extras often at cookouts he sponsored during the filming of the movie.

Ed’s last big mission was in the Gulf War, where he was in charge of a brigade sized task force whose people provided logistical support to Stormin’ Norman Schwarzkopf and the American force that pushed Saddam Hussein’s army out of Kuwait.

The Tulsa World, in a 9/10/2021 obituary about Ed, said: “Wheeler, well known in the state’s military community, was a longtime leader with the Oklahoma Army National Guard.

The pinnacle of his service came in 1990-91, when he commanded the mobilization of state National Guard troops for the Persian Gulf War.

His command included overseeing the mobilization and deployment of some 1,800 Guard members from Oklahoma, the first ones called to active duty since the Korean War in 1950.

Reflecting on it later, Wheeler said he found it difficult to send young men and women to combat, especially since he knew many of the Guard members and their families personally. But he “just choked it down” and went on with the job.

He was grateful that all the troops survived to come home.”

One of his friends at Tulsa Central High School wrote this about Ed in the early 2000s:

“Old fashioned, humble, romantic, compassionate all around gentleman and good guy. That best describes General Ed Wheeler . Yes, GENERAL Wheeler. Our own CHS grad who was only one of 21 to graduate of 230 who began Officer Candidate School (OCS) in 1959 at Fort Hood , Texas , and who was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Oklahoma Army National Guard in 1960.

Yes, he went on to become a Brigadier General in command of a 2,000-man Task Force in the Persian Gulf War of 1991. After he returned all 2000 troops home safely, he hung up his uniform ending a 35-year military career which he began as an 18-year old private.

Yes he started as a Private, became a Private First Class, but was busted back to Private TWICE. Wow … busted twice back to Private and then went on to become a General. Hey … now that’s an enlisted man’s GENERAL! Hats off from a fellow Oklahoma Army National Guardsman who spent 7 ½ years in the same 45th division as a PFC!

Ed retired from two corporations as a corporate official and now teaches History, Government and Geography at Tulsa Community College . He did not advise us in his notes but many of us remember that he was a professional speech writer for members of both political parties at one time. Was Ed political? Darn right. He was once President of the Young Republicans at TU (Tulsa University) … before it was popular to be a Republican in Oklahoma!

He says his wife was a member of CHS class of 1958 and they met while students at TU. He and Marcia Jane Largen wed in 1963 and were married for 33 years until cancer took life on November 4, 1996, 25 days before her 56th birthday. They had one son, Brian, who graduated from West Point, Class of 1990; OU Law, Class of 2000, spent two combat tours in Somalia , East Africa and returned from Iraq.”

Ed was a historian who made more than 1400 short broadcasts about history on Tulsa radio station KVOO-AM. Ed also had the stones to investigate the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre. The Tulsa World article noted:

“In 1970, at a time when the subject was still not widely known or acknowledged, Wheeler had set out to learn the truth about the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre.

Ahead of this year’s massacre centennial, Wheeler discussed the challenges and pushback he faced when he began work on what today is considered the first serious contemporary look at the events of May 31-June 1, 1921.

“I just wanted to find out what happened,” he said of the work that went into his 1971 article “Profile of a Race Riot.”

Over the course of the yearlong project, Wheeler was advised to drop the subject by community leaders, and he even received threatening notes and phone calls, which led him to temporarily move his wife and son out of their home.

“The more I ran into that kind of opposition, the more it aggravated me,” Wheeler said. “And I’m not the kind of person that can be put off easily when I have a mission. That’s not how I became a general.”

In the end, rebuffed as well by potential publishers, Wheeler was finally able to find a place for his piece with the Black-owned Impact magazine.

Wheeler maintained a strong interest in the subject of the massacre for the rest of his life. He was proud that he was able to shine a light on it, perhaps pointing the way for the many other writers and researchers who followed.

Wheeler concluded that if the massacre can teach us anything, it’s “whenever we’re dealing with anybody, love one another as you love yourself.”

Here’s a little more about Ed:

Ed wrote “Doorway to Hell: Disaster in Somalia” from interviewing a number of people and getting intel reports and documents from his son, who was serving there. It was an unsanitized frank look at the mess Bush 41 and the Clintons ran, which cost Americans their lives needlessly, written by a concerned father who was also a senior officer who had played a major role in defeating Saddam Hussein’s regime months before American involvement in the Somalia fiasco began.

Brian Wheeler  1968-2005. Rest in Peace, Brian!

Brian Wheeler had the sad experience of hearing about the fatal wounding of a friend of his, Irish nurse Valerie Place, by a military message on the communication network he and his men set up. At the aid center she worked at, Brian would visit Valerie and spend some time with the Somali orphans there. He gave one little boy a pen. Not long after Valerie died of her wounds on a hospital operating table, the little boy died, clutching the pen Brian had given him.

Valerie Place — Big-hearted Irish nurse on duty. Rest in peace, Valerie!

Brian became a lawyer after he left the Service. He and his fiancee died tragically in a vehicle accident in 2005. Ed started a fund for law students in Oklahoma in Brian’s honor.

Ed is also the father of actress Kelsey Griswold Paul, who was Miss Oklahoma in 2013. Kelsey has several acting roles to her credit. After she did some work on shows like “American Crime Story” in L.A., she had enough character to forsake the cesspool of Hollywood to come home to where a normal lifestyle is the norm and concentrate on acting roles for productions filming in Oklahoma and in Texas and in nearby states.

After his retirement, Ed taught courses at Tulsa Community College and volunteered as a deputy for the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Department. He did work with the intel unit of that force, which helped put another officer into active duty on the street.

Ed’s second wife Susan is no shrinking violet either. She is loving and tough, because as a nurse, she had to have both traits to be effective in her calling. She is proud of Ed’s service to the nation, but was not too much in awe not to give him a piece of her mind when she had a mind to do so. She definitely impacted Ed’s life for the better.

Ed was like an uncle to me, the last in a line of people in my life like my grandfathers, my Dad, my uncles, and other men of the World War Two and Korea generation. Ed spoke in awe of one of his commanders, saying, “He landed at Anzio. He was a stud. He made history!”

But he also had a man’s natural pride in his prowess. He said after he came home from the Gulf War, when he was in his late 50s, he received an invitation to throw out the first pitch at a minor league game in Tulsa. He said to himself, “Ed, don’t throw up a weak ball that’s not near the plate!” He then said, “I threw it hard, right down the center of the plate where it belonged!”

We ask for prayers for the repose of Ed’s soul and for his wife Susan and for all of his loved ones. Ed was an American original through and through. May God grant us more like him!

TWO GATHERINGS OF TRAITORS

The 20th anniversary of the murder of 3000 Americans by Islamists from Saudi Arabia and elsewhere in the shithole part of the globe we call the Middle East showed four traitors who occupied the White House rubbing elbows like dogs sniff each others’ butts. Then the media buttsniffers snickered because Donald Trump didn’t join them.

Biden, fresh off the Afgoatistan debacle, showed up at the Twin Towers death site. Fellow vermin Bill and Hillary Clinton, Barack and Michelle Obama, and Jilldo Biden joined him. Joe didn’t make any scripted remarks because his aides reportedly feared he would stooge in public again. So the handlers limited SCROTUS (so-called ruler of the US) and the other traitors who fouled the Oval Office to mostly showing up for photo ops. The mere presence of these six was like multiple excrement stains smeared on the memorials to the 9/11 dead.

A photog did catch Joe Pudding removing his black face diaper and yelling at someone.

The days before 9/11 caught the traitors’ anti-American remarks clearly enough. Joe Pudding read his handlers’ script for a video so they could do it over if needed. He said it was wrong for Americans to attack Moslems …. “We also witnessed the dark forces of human nature. Fear and anger. Resentment and violence against Muslim-Americans — true and faithful followers of a peaceful religion,” Biden said. (Gateway Pundit 9/10/2021)

Hillary, on a network talk show on 9/10, said, “I think you always have to be vigilant, Gayle, and certainly that unfortunately comes with living in the world as we know it today, but actually I am more concerned about internal threats. We always have to be aware of and protect against external threats. But really, what is tearing our country apart and threatening our democracy is what we saw on January 6,” Hillary said. (Gateway Pundit, 9/10/2021)

Over at the crash site of Flight 93, near Shanksville, PA, a place I have stopped at more than a dozen times to pray for the dead and reach out to my oldest friend KD, a retired fireman, Bush 43 and Kamala Harris took turns lifting their legs and peeing on the people of this nation, before Biden showed up to break wind later in the day.

At the Flight 93 memorial, Kamala the Super Spreader said the 9/11 attacks gave too many people a chance to vilify Moslems. Per Breitbart, 9/11/2021, the wench said, “We saw after 9/11 how fear can be used to sow division in our nation,” she said. “Sikhs and Muslim-Americans were targeted because of how they looked and how they worshiped.”

Considering Moslems planned and carried out the attacks, viewing Moslems with suspicion was as natural as Americans wanting to bury Japan during World War Two. The Sikh comment was a red herring. They are a subset of Hindus from the Indian subcontinent who wear turbans and carry knives, basically to fight against Moslems. BTW, why didn’t Kamala, who has Jamaican ancestry but is also the spawn of a high-caste India woman, marry a black man? Does she think she is too good for black men? Was that why she went out of her way to overcharge and jail so many blacks when she was a prosecutor in Oakland and the district attorney in San Francisco? Fags are considered higher caste than blacks in the town whose courts she ran.

43 essentially agreed with Kamala the Courtesan. At the Flight 93 memorial, Little Bush said the January 6 “domestic extremists” (what he calls Trump supporters) and jihadists share a “disregard for human life” and a “determination to defile national symbols.”

“They are children of the same foul spirit, and it is our… duty to confront them,” Bush said. (Gateway Pundit, 9/11/2021)

Speaking of foul spirits, Little Bush and Jeb! are children of CIA scumbag and anti-Reagan backstabber Bush 41 and are grandsons of Nazi business partner and Planned Parenthood executive Prescott Sheldon Bush. Prescott, like many other country club Republicans, stabbed Joe McCarthy in the back by voting to censure him in 1954 after he pleaded with the GOP to send Joe Mac to Connecticut to help him win election as senator in 1952. Pwescott didn’t weawwy wike mean Joe, whose harsh blunt words were reserved for Communists and those who aided them in the government. (John Kennedy, who was then a Democrat senator from Massachusetts, did not vote to censure McCarthy. The two were war buddies and JFK hated the Reds too.)

Prescott as a young man bragged of robbing American Indian graves at Fort Sill, OK to send a skull and bones to his fraternity at Yale in Connecticut. I have previously dared the deviate-friendly governor of that county-sized state to return the skull and bones to their graves and prosecute Yale people for keeping the bones as a form of grave robbing. That Nutmeg State excrement face won’t do so. Power fraternities, child molesters, and criminals run in the same concentric circles.

Where was Trump? the national media taunted in reference to his staying away on 9/11 from Joe Pudding and the three traitors who preceded him who unfortunately are still alive and able to do the people of this nation harm.

Donald Trump, still working to show how the Deep State and the Democrats and the GOP establishment stole the 2020 election from him and a majority of American voters, did not want to appear with the human shitstains who lived in the White House before and after him. There is no point in making nice with organized criminals.

President Trump and the First Responders. Photo: New York Post

So President Trump went to a New York Police station and a New York firehouse and visited with New York’s finest on 9/11/2021. President Trump thanked the raucously happy cops and firemen for their service. The national media forgot on purpose to tell the public the current mayor Bill de Spazio basically told the cops and firemen to stay away from the “official” commemoration featuring the troika of Dem traitors who have stained the White House. The police and firefighters were genuinely happy to see President Trump and ask him questions. (Joe Pudding would never be up to such an exchange.) President Trump made the first responders feel wanted and valued. (Fox, 9/11/2021)

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO “MY BODY MY CHOICE” ?

Over the past few days, Joe Pudding and his bunch have been threatening Americans to get vaxxed or else. Ironically, Dems warned against the vaxxes while President Trump was in office, well, because Trump. Then Biden lyingly took credit for the vaxxes once the criminal vote counters in several states and the shitstains in the Senate and Supreme Court decided to let the Big Steal stand.

The Deep State is using the Faucivirus as a club to deny people their God-given freedoms. The vaxx mandates will raise the cost of business, so the Biden Bunch will allow businesses to relocate manufacturing to China without penalty. More people will be unemployed. How dare working people vote for Trump!

However, members of Congress and their staffers are exempt from taking the needle under Homer Simpson’s decrees. So are some unionized federal workers, whose bosses at least looked out for their people.

So are illegal immigrants exempt.

Per Breitbart, 9/11/2021, this:

“White House press secretary Jen Psaki spoke about the hypocritical rules during an exchange in the daily briefing with Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

“But it’s a requirement for people at a business with more than a hundred people, and it’s not a requirement for migrants at the southern border,” Doocy noted. “Why?”

“That’s correct,” Psaki replied, quickly moving to the next reporter in the briefing room.”

Looks like Peter Doocy just handed Jen her head again.

Jen “Itchies” Pissaki is an apt spokesbitch for the criminal gang occupying the Executive Branch since 1/20/2021.

GOP governors and some in the private sector will sue the Biden bunch as soon as his scumbags release the written regulations. Because there is separate and unequal targeting and enforcement, the opponents of the Biden Bunch should win as a matter of law.

But don’t underestimate the Supreme Court’s ability to defraud the public. I believe four of the justices are targets of blackmail. I’m betting there is footage and/or credible witnesses to acts of perversion by Justices Roberts, Kavanaugh, and Gorsuch. In my opinion, they all look like they like young boys, especially Roberts and Kavanaugh. And maybe some former coeds who knew Amy Coney Barrett might testify about Amy performing as a submissive in a girl-on-girl romp. Nothing surprises me with these sellouts.

Amy Coney Barrett — was she a sorority submissive? An ongoing victim of blackmail? Her lips are sealed.

Hey, radical feminist whores! Whatever happened to “My Body My Choice”  ?  Did you shove that slogan into your private spaces next to your worries about the male oppressors of Hollywood, the Democrats, and Afgoatistan?

MAGIC CARPET RIDE

And this, per the Gateway Pundit 9/10/2021:

On Thursday the Taliban gave permission for the first commercial charter flight to leave Afghanistan since the last American military plane departed nearly two weeks ago. A Qatar Airways flight with 113 Americans, US permanent residents and holders of passports from other countries left Kabul and flew safely to Doha, Qatar.

The same plane had arrived in Kabul on Thursday with humanitarian aid and was prepared to depart with up to 200 passengers; however, because many had been in hiding from the Taliban, several couldn’t make it to the airport in time. Another flight has already been approved by the Taliban and is scheduled for Friday.

What’s most interesting is how these two flights were coordinated and realized. This was not the result of efforts by the Biden administration nor State Department diplomacy.

Rather, reliable sources that were involved in the negotiations, whom we cannot yet name, tell us that a Washington D.C. association called “Trump Group” facilitated the flights! They also selected the specific individuals who would be allowed on the plane.

The Biden administration took credit for the airlift. (Comment: The Biden Bunch, like the Brady Bunch, didn’t do a thing to help this effort.)

Conversely, the six charter planes that have been waiting for the Biden administration to negotiate clearance with the Taliban for over a week, remain on the tarmac of Mazar Al Sharif airport. Unfortunately their fate remains uncertain as the State Department claims to have security concerns with vetting those who will be on the planes and the potential risks posed to personnel at the military bases in the region where they would land.

Considering the images and news reports of absolute chaos surrounding the indiscriminate loading of evacuees onto military planes two weeks ago, the administration’s excuses are almost laughable if not unbelievable.

The entire departure process of the United States leaving Afghanistan couldn’t have been worse if they had tried. From pulling out forces before civilians, leaving in the middle of the night without dropping off the keys to the landlord, the multi-billion-dollar military gift packages and abandoning both allies and Americans without regret, have all been incomprehensible. If that weren’t bad enough, the administration has refused to even help our veteran operators and retired special forces who went to rescue those left behind.

Never forget that The Trump Group did what the Biden group wouldn’t.”

No further comment needed.

THE FIRST 9/11 SLAUGHTER OF AMERICANS

There was a group of religious separatists who practiced polygamy, murder of people outside of their sect, and honor killings who our officials eventually had to suppress. No, this was not the Moslems, but the very WASPy Latter Day Saints, aka the Mormons.

The emptiness of the American West had drawn these fringe members of Protestant America – the Mormons — westward in the 1840s. The Mormons were industrious, thrifty, and well-organized, on paper the perfect WASPs. However, their acquisitiveness and their perceived oddball beliefs led many Americans to loathe them.

Joseph Smith started the Mormon religion in upstate New York in 1830. He claimed he dug golden tablets from the ground, deciphered them, and determined they said one of the lost tribes of Israel migrated to America. Some people believed him and followed him. Smith led his followers to Missouri, where they alienated the locals by discriminating against non-Mormons. They also befriended free blacks in this slave state, but held slaves themselves. The locals ran the Mormons out of Missouri; they eventually started a settlement in Nauvoo, Illinois.

Smith decided to exclude blacks from the Mormon hierarchy, possibly to curry favor with the locals. However, he openly started to preach in favor of polygamy. This truly angered other Christians against the Mormons. Non-Mormons considered polygamy, along with slavery, one of the “relics of barbarism.”

Smith and other elders had been practicing polygamy secretly before he made his desires, errr, doctrine public. Dr. John Bennett allegedly helped cover up the sexual use of many of the publicly single females in Nauvoo who were privately in polygamous setups with Smith and other Mormon elders by performing abortions on them. Smith ran out Bennett after they quarreled over who would get possession of a 19-year-old cutie named Nancy Rigdon.

In 1844, Smith tried to destroy the printing press of an opponent who exposed the sect’s polygamy. Lawmen arrested Smith and his brother and held them in a nearby jail. Vigilantes, angered at the grasping ways of the Mormons in mammon and mates, broke into the jail and killed them.

After the death of Joseph Smith, the leaders of this now-openly polygamous sect sought to build a state away from other Americans, who hated them. Most Mormons, under the lead of Brigham Young, decided to head west. Using U.S. Army maps, good scouting, and solid planning, they moved to present-day Utah in the late 1840s. Brigham Young started the settlement in the Salt Lake area in the summer of 1847. This took place during the Mexican War; Utah went from nominal Mexican control to nominal American control and definite Mormon control.

Other Mormons in a rival sect led by James Strang (which by now included reputed abortionist John Bennett) didn’t go west but instead headed north. They first settled in Wisconsin, but then took over Beaver Island – an aptly named place for the practice of polygamy – in Lake Michigan in 1848. When they became a majority, the Mormons took control of local government and looted the county treasury for “tithes”, tried to beat (literally) tithes out of the Irish-American fishermen and their families who were already living on the island, and eventually forbade non-Mormons from fishing in the waters around the island. They ran the non-Mormons off of the island in a couple of years, and tried to spread their tentacles to the mainland of Michigan.

Strang had himself crowned “king” of Beaver Island. The Mormons under his leadership committed the federal crimes of timber theft, mail interference, and counterfeiting to supplement their earlier state crimes of land theft, fishing rights theft, assault and battery, and tax money theft (not to mention polygamy), but federal prosecutors as inept as some of those today could not win any convictions on the federal charges they brought against the Strangites.

When the government fails to protect the people, the people have to protect themselves. And in the 1850s, they weren’t afraid to do so. So the people who Strang and his followers had abused planned to evict them from Beaver Island in 1856. Their plans were aided by a fatal row over females among some of the Strangite menfolk just before the non-Mormons attacked.

One of the disgruntled Strangites was a man who couldn’t get enough action even in a cult that allowed polygamy. So he committed old-fashioned adultery and Strang ordered him whipped for his sin. Another had married a girl who Strang evidently got the hots for. (There were also insinuations this girl had a crush on one of Strang’s “plural wives.”) The young husband feared losing his pretty young wife and being castrated at Strang’s orders. (Mormon elders under Joseph Smith and Brigham Young who wanted pretty young wives from time to time resorted to ordering their followers to castrate young men who would not give up their cute sweethearts.) So the vengeful adulterer and the man afraid of losing his wife and his manhood shot and beat Strang and left him for dead.

Within days, anti-Catholic journalists of the day noted, “a mob” of “drunken vigilantes” from Mackinac Island (code words for the Irish American fishermen, some of them distant relatives of mine) drove the Mormons off of Beaver Island. Strang died of his wounds in Wisconsin shortly after the Irish Americans repossessed the island and the fisheries he and his followers had stolen from them. His five “wives,” four of whom were pregnant at the time of his demise, eventually hooked up with other men, some of whom were non-Mormons.

Meanwhile, Mormons in Utah were safe from federal justice and other Americans for awhile, because there were very few Americans settled around them for awhile. This didn’t mean Americans respected them. Many Americans viewed the Mormons in Utah as freaks of nature. Mormon leader Brigham Young, virtually a dictator over the lives of his flock, had 27 or 28 “wives” but who’s counting? Non-Mormons nicknamed him “Bring ‘em in Young” for his lechery. The one “wife” who sued Young for divorce wrote an exposé about him titled “Wife No. 19.” Young won the suit because the U.S. government didn’t recognize the polygamous “marriage.” Federal authorities essentially considered her and Young’s other “wives” to be concubines and Young to be a whoremonger.

Many other members of the Mormon hierarchy also had “plural wives”. Most Mormons had only one wife, but the wealthy Mormons took several. This meant there would be a very high proportion of unmarried young men in Utah unless the church leaders could get females from outside Utah. Church agents even actively “hunted” female game in Britain and Scandinavia to convince them to embrace the Latter Day lifestyle.

The Mormons did make the desert bloom by their hard work, and they made good money selling supplies at high prices to the settlers heading to California. No one has ever denied their energy or their discipline. However, they did harass the non-Mormons heading west through Utah, which made them criminals.

Mountain Meadows Massacre — 1889 print

The most brutal incident took place in 1857, when Mormons in southern Utah – probably with the connivance of Brigham Young himself – butchered the men, women, and older children of a wagon train headed to California. They also looted the pilgrims of all their possessions and money. Young’s adopted son John Lee – who had close to a score of “plural wives” himself — commanded the Mormon militiamen who committed the mass murders. Two teenage sisters begged for mercy as about 120 of their fellow wagon train members lay dead; the Mormons raped and beheaded them. They escaped punishment for the mass murders (called the Mountain Meadows Massacre) for a number of years by blaming the atrocity on Ute Indians.

The Mormons kidnaped and raised the 17 surviving small children, who were all seven years old or younger, thinking they would be too young to remember the shootings and dismemberments of their parents and older siblings. In 1859, a government agent, two noted frontiersmen, and U.S. Army troops took the 17 surviving children from their Mormon kidnapers and returned them to relatives in Arkansas. One younger child would later testify he saw a Mormon woman wearing the dress of his mother, after another Mormon had stripped her hatcheted corpse of the garment. Other children would recount the horror of watching the Mormons butcher their parents and older brothers and sisters.

The Mormons confronted and threatened federal troops and law enforcement officials many times from the 1850s through the 1880s. The Mormons tried to colonize Southern California, Nevada, Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, and Colorado. Brigham Young advocated slavery and at the same time said it wouldn’t be profitable in Utah. The Mormons stayed neutral during the Civil War. Young used his militia to murder Mormon separatists during the Civil War.

The Mormons escaped justice during the Civil War because Abraham Lincoln had bigger problems to deal with than a group of deviants who most Americans of that era considered were hiding behind a religion with no more perceived credibility than what Scientology has today. But the Mormons in effect had seceded from the Union and were just as quick to interfere with or threaten federal officers as the Southerners were. Besides, they committed other crimes against the social order besides polygamy …. the worst were the murders of non-Mormons and their own dissidents and their own womenfolk who got too friendly with non-Mormons. Justice demanded a penalty for the Mormons similar to what the Union Army had inflicted on the people of the Confederacy.

After the Civil War, Generals Sherman and Sheridan wanted to crush the Mormons like they had done to the Southerners, because of the Mormons’ defiance of laws, their cheating of non-Mormons passing through Utah, and the murders they committed. Mormons shot, stabbed, or beat to death some non-Mormon men who they had legal difficulties with, or who were consorting with Mormon women. Also, Mormons had beheaded some Mormon women, apparently for the “crime” of getting too friendly with American soldiers stationed in Utah. (Soldiers testified to finding two of these women’s severed heads.) It made little sense to bring these crypto-jihadists and “honor killers” before a jury of their Mormon peers because Mormon jurymen essentially refused to convict their own when they victimized non-Mormons or Mormons who strayed.

General Sherman sent Young a telegram threatening to allow his soldiers to avenge non-Mormon victims, but received no orders to make good on that threat. General Sheridan set up a base near Provo, Utah, but received no orders to proceed against the Mormons. Neither Andrew Johnson, nor Ulysses Grant, who succeeded Johnson as president, would unleash Sherman and Sheridan on the Mormons. However, neither president would allow Utah to become a state because of polygamy and because of Brigham Young’s cultlike control of his followers.

Federal authorities indicted Young and other Mormon leaders on polygamy charges in 1871, but the Supreme Court voided all verdicts against Mormons decided by juries with no Mormon members. Mormons vastly outnumbered non-Mormons in Utah, so the justices ruled a jury in Utah without Mormons would be a violation of the right to jury in front of peers. So the Feds dropped the case against Young and his underlings in 1872, because they knew no Mormon would vote to convict them.

The Supreme Court has always had its share of knucklehead political lawyers. The Dred Scott, Plessy v. Ferguson, and Roe v. Wade decisions are just some of their best-known idiotic rulings. Since the Mormons were essentially an organized group of outlaws who could justify committing violent crimes and crimes of dishonesty against those not of their own kind, and who also advocated a degenerate lifestyle (polygamy) that violated the law of the land, none of them should have been seated on a jury trying people for violating a law they agreed should be violated.

It would be like trying a planter after the Civil War for resuming the practice of slavery; his wealthy Southern peers would not vote to convict him either. It would be like trying a Mob boss before a jury of other organized criminals; they wouldn’t convict one of their own. It would be like trying a Saudi national for “honor killing” his daughter in front of a jury of Arabs who believe in that damnable practice; they would acquit him in a heartbeat.

Despite the Supreme Court ruling, some federal officials kept up the pressure on Young and the Mormons. Young essentially gave up his boy John Lee to appease those who were calling for his death for leading the Mountain Meadows Massacre two decades earlier. Authorities shot Lee to death at the scene of his great crime in 1877 after he was convicted. Brigham Young died later in 1877.

Federal lawmakers in 1882 finally passed an anti-polygamy law – the Edmunds Act – that the Supreme Court couldn’t overturn. Federal marshals descended upon Utah, located polygamous families, and had the “husbands” prosecuted and sent to prison. The Mormons tried to shield these families, but their willingness to protect their polygamous brethren – who were usually the richest Mormons – weakened as the Feds applied pressure to whole communities. Why should working stiff Mormons who got by honorably with one wife cover for richer elders who kept multiple Mormon mamas?

Eventually Mormon leaders had the “revelation” that polygamy was not essential to their religion. After making the Mormons wait a couple of years to ensure the leaders wouldn’t backslide into polygamy again, American officials allowed Utah into the Union in 1896. Mormons – who certainly deserve credit for much hard work in settling Utah in the American style – have dominated this state ever since.

However, there are open polygamists still living in Utah, and state authorities are still lax in prosecuting them. After all, if two deviates can say they are a married couple anywhere in the Union, or if three deviates can say they are a throuple, or some unvetted refugees from Afgoatistan can say they have soulmates among the flock animals, who’s to deny a polygamist his multiple Mormon mamas?

Nancy Huff was only 4 when Mormons butchered her family and kidnaped her after the massacre. U.S. Army captain James Lynch and his men rescued her and 16 other children from Mormons in 1859. Her sad stark account of the murder of her family, the murder of teen girls who begged for mercy, her own kidnaping, and her seeing her mother’s clothing and goods in the home of her kidnapers would make a statue cry. Nancy’s photo appears in the author’s work with the permission of her descendant Sue Staton. Film maker Brian Patrick restored this photo of Nancy as a beautiful young woman.

History repeated itself in a macabre way in 2001. Mormon officials, led by Brigham Young’s adopted son, perpetrated the Mountain Meadows Massacre on September 11, 1857. An exact gross of years to the day later, jihadists perpetrated the 9/11 murders. Unlike Brigham Young, the al-Qaeda vermin cheerfully claimed responsibility for the murders their scum committed. Young professed astonishment that his many sermons and directives and other verbal and written orders preaching “blood atonement” and violence against non-Mormons were acted upon by scum under his command like his adopted son. Mormon apologists for Young today admit he ordered his people not to sell food to non-Mormon travelers like the massacre victims that year, and they admit Mormons committed the murders, instead of blaming it on “Injuns.”

The reason we are discussing the problems the Mormons posed to the rest of America in the 1800s is not to make fun of the Mormons today. The reason is to inform the American people of their right to restrict or deport those who import anti-American practices into the country and define these evil acts as part of their religion in order to practice them.

The Mormons learned their lesson. Since the 1890s, when their leaders sued for peace with America and agreed to live under American laws, many Mormons have served this country in war and in peace with honor like those of the Catholic, Orthodox Christian, Jewish, and other Protestant faiths.

Our lawyers and judges seem to work on precedent more than they seem to work on common sense, so at least We The People have a great precedent to present (the treatment of the Mormons) in prosecuting the criminals among us who act according to the dictates of their twisted consciences.

No individual or group has the right to practice crimes like polygamy, honor killings, clitorectomies on little girls, slavery, or jihadist murders of non-Moslems and claim these execrable practices are Moslem practices protected by the freedom of religion clause of the U.S. Constitution. Nor do Hindus have the right to impose a caste system, sacrifice screaming children to false goddesses, or commit dowry murders just because they can get away with it in India. Our public officials understood this in the 1800s and acted accordingly. We need to make the current crop of lowlifes in high places act in similar fashion.

THE ORIGINAL 9/11

Absent from the comment about 9/11 from quislings the Clintons, the Little Bushes, the Obamas, and the Simpsons, errrr, the Bidens, was any love for God and seeking His guidance for Christendom and America.

One leader who did remember Our Lord on 9/11/2021 was the leader of Hungary. His people have suffered grievously at the hands of the jihadists, and endured more than a century and a half of Turkish occupation, enslavement, rape, and murder.

Per Breitbart, 9/11/2021, this:

“Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orbán marked the 20th anniversary of the September 11th attacks by saying that it proved “Christian civilisation” must be defended at all times, and vowing to stop mass migration from facilitating further terror.

“Women of Eger” by Bertalan Szekely. The womenfolk of the small fortress town of Eger, between Budapest and present-day Slovakia, helped their men hold the fortress against the Turks in 1552 by pouring boiling water and tar on the vermin, and in many cases, taking up weapons and fighting desperately alongside the men. The women did not want to be rape and beheading victims of the tolerant sons of the Prophet. Sadly, Buda and Pest fell and Hungarians lived as slaves or worse, if they lived, for a century and a half of Moslem Turkish occupation.

“Two decades after the terrorist attacks in New York, it is still with a heavy heart that we remember the thousands of innocent victims. September 11, 2001, proved that the peace and security of Christian civilization is something we must fight for every day,” said the national conservative leader in a statement received by Breitbart London.

“After these sad events 20 years ago, Hungary was one of the first countries in Europe to take on a role in the fight against terrorism, and we supported our allies in NATO operations to the best of our ability,” he continued, recalling that “The 2015 European migration crisis brought terror to Europe as well” and noting that “now, what is happening in Afghanistan is again a cause for concern for us all. The security threat level is rising, and instability in the region poses significant risks to Europe.”

Prime Minister Orbán, who masterminded the construction of a highly effective border barrier at the onset of the 2015 migrant crisis, pledged that, for its part, “Hungary will defend Europe’s borders,” adding that “We are working to ensure that what happened in New York 20 years ago never happens again.”

One Christian landmark was indeed destroyed by the 9/11 terrorists, however — namely the St Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in New York, which was smashed beneath the South Tower of the World Trade Center as it collapsed.

A much grander replacement for St Nicholas is only now ready to be reopened. It will also serve as a National Shrine to 9/11 victims.”

Now for an account of why 9/11 matters to the jihadists. The original 9/11 marked the start of the end of their military campaign to slaughter Catholic and Orthodox Christians in the heart of Europe.

In 1683, the Turks, who occupy the Balkans and Hungary, march against Austria aka the Hapsburg Empire. Louis XIV of France treacherously supports the Turks, and funds an uprising of Protestant Hungarian nobles against Emperor Leopold.

(Most Hungarians were Catholics, but a large percentage of the nobility became Protestants. This gave them the excuse to rise against the emperor by saying he was not a true Christian. The same held true in Bohemia …. the Czech people were Catholic; many Czech nobles were Protestants.)

Walled Church, Divin, Slovakia

The bells sound, and people run to the castles and walled churchyards in Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia. Women and children hide in the churches while the men try to hold off the Turks. Rape, murder, arson, pillage, and enslavement ensue. In one Austrian town (Pechtesdorf), the Turks’ leader makes a teenage girl present him with the keys to the town and gold. As she holds them out to him, he draws his sword and chops off her head, and then orders the massacre of the townspeople. One terrified villager hides and flees to tell the Viennese about what awaits.

The Turks approach Vienna. Habsburg Emperor Leopold flees, leaving local leaders and soldiers to deal with the Turks. The Turks besiege Vienna; the Grand Vizier wants to take the city by storm so he can murder at will and increase his plunder. Turks work at breaching the walls. People die, and food runs low in Vienna.

Desperate calls for help go out to Christian countries. Only the Poles and some Germans and Czechs respond. Most of Protestant Europe and the nominally Catholic French government hope Vienna will fall. Poland’s nobles argue the Turks wiping out Vienna isn’t Poland’s problem. But John Sobieski, the elected king of Poland, sees aiding the Viennese is an act of Christian charity, and sees the need to beat the Turks before they can be strong enough to menace Poland again.

John Sobieski, by Jan Matejko

John Sobieski makes his case to the nobles, who in turn coerce the would-be traitors among them to vote him the money he needs to aid Austria and her subject peoples. Sobieski and his small army march to Czestochowa for inspiration and blessing, then proceed to Austria … and get there not a moment too soon.

Austrian general Charles of Lorraine has Austrian soldiers ready, and John George III, the Lutheran elector of Saxony, in Christian solidarity, brings German soldiers. Czechs and other Slavic and Hungarian refugees fall in. The Pope sends some help. But even with the Poles and Ukrainians and Lithuanians of John Sobieski’s force, the Christians are outnumbered two to one. The other leaders recognize Sobieski’s experience in battle against the Turks and ask him to lead the Christian forces. He agrees.

Priests bless the Christian army; the men pray and prepare. Sobieski and the other leaders also plan. The Christian army arrives on the outskirts of Vienna on September 11, 1683. On September 12, 1683, the battle for Vienna takes place.

Ed Ski, a tough lawman and Civil War re-enactor who looks like counsel to Quantrill’s Raiders, added a good twist to the battle account. Ed’s ancestors include cavalry officers who served Poland for many years. Ed said King John, who had fought against the Turks in Ukraine for decades, knew the buggers were essentially armed looters. So during the battle King John has his artillerymen bombard the Turks’ camp in an attempt to destroy the booty they have there. Some of the Turks leave the battle line to secure their stolen goods, and this weakens the Turks’ line. The Austrian and German infantrymen, who have been attacking all day, gain the upper hand over the Turks.

Winged Hussars, by Russell Hoover

Sobieski’s “winged hussars” and other Polish cavalry units then smash into the larger Turkish force and rout it. The other Christians give a good account of themselves as well. They break the Turkish line and turn the swaggering Moslems into fleeing rabble.

Sobieski prostrates himself in thanksgiving to God. The Viennese are saved, and acclaim Sobieski and his warriors. Sobieski’s head is not turned; he spends time writing Queen Marie (his wife. who is a Frenchwoman) about how things went.

Emperor Leopold, who left his people in the lurch, returns to Vienna under much less triumphant conditions. He snubs Sobieski, but the Polish king realizes the pursuit of the beaten Turks is more important than his own pride. The Christians drive the Turks well into Hungary. (Turks strangle the greedy Vizier who has led them to humiliating defeat, and present his head to the sultan on Christmas Day 1683.) The Poles then return home.

During the 1700s, almost all leaders turn their backs on God and the defense of Christianity. Within a century, Poland disappears from the map of Europe. However, the independent nobles Casimir Pulaski and Thadeusz Koskiuzko bring the fire of liberty from Poland to America …. the one nation whose leaders makes some effort to be under God. They fight the Brits with distinction in our Revolution and help us win our freedom.

Bulgarian Martyresses, by Konstantin Makovsky. The artist commemorated some of the female Orthodox Christian victims of the Turks in Batak, Bulgaria in 1876. Moslem scumbags raped and murdered hundreds of girls and young women in and around this little town. They made a pile of the victims’ heads. Januarius McGahan, an Ohio journalist over whose grave I have prayed, rode to Batak and reported the atrocity to the world.

Sobieski’s noble gesture foreshadows the fight of Pope John Paul II and Lech Walesa for the freedom of the captive peoples of Eastern Europe from Communism. His gesture also foreshadows the conflict between Moslem jihad and complacent secular and Christian Europe and America. Who will step up and lead today like Sobieski did then?

I run these historical pieces from time to time on this website to show you the truth, good and bad, about our past. We can learn from what worked and what didn’t. We see what is precedent, because our legal system is designed to a certain extent to work on precedent. We see how good men and women stood up to evil people and built the traditions and cultures passed down to us today. When someone “makes history,” he or she does it as a leader, but with the aid of many who believe in that man or woman because that man or woman has inspired them to do things they might not otherwise have done.

God bless you every day, for as long as you shall live.
