I don’t think I could say much more about the positive aspects of Thanksgiving than I did in my two previous Thanksgiving posts. Refer to them for more positive thoughts.
This Thanksgiving we worked …we have been very busy the last few weeks on two very time-consuming cases.
Quick tip: Don’t send Christmas or Hanukkah checks in a colored envelope this year (or any year). A contact of mine in the U.S. Postal Service says the colored envelopes mean money to dishonest postal clerks and postal carriers, and many of them disappear. He said the postal investigators busted a number of people for this sort of theft recently.

I used to enjoy Thanksgivings as a kid, even when as the oldest kid I had to peel all the potatoes and wash most of the dishes. It was great to see family and friends and play football. When I was a cadet and a military officer, I never got home for Thanksgiving, and I usually had guard duty. When I was stationed near the DMZ in Korea, our outfit had higher alert levels. Fortunately we didn’t have to fight anyone in late November and through the Christmas season, unlike our heroes in our various wars.
When 99 and I farmed, we hosted Thanksgiving brunch and Thanksgiving dinner for people who had nowhere else to go. We planted and operated an orchard, grew vegetables, and raised slaughter lambs, so we had plenty of lamb and potatoes and red cabbage, and pumpkins and berries for pies, and grapes and apples for wine and hard cider. We also cooked turkey and pot roast or beef plate (which is tasty fatty beef belly meat smoked and sliced like bacon). We were blessed, and we wanted to share the productivity of the farm with others.
Then we had to leave the farm and sell it.
We have gone back to working on Thanksgivings.
Our military people, our police and firemen and EMTs, and our nurses and doctors are on duty today also. So we are in good company.
If President Trump can fly to the high-altitude cat litter box called Afghanistan and serve food to our troops and thank them for their service, and meet with their leaders and confer with Afghan leaders on Thanksgiving, we can work too.
We have many things to be thankful for.
One is not being China. Yet.

“It seemed too shocking and warped to be true: that there exists an “unspoken rule” among Chinese drivers that it is better to leave a pedestrian dead than alive if they are accidentally run over by one’s vehicle.
But Geoffrey Sant, an adjunct professor of law at Fordham University and special counsel at the Dorsey & Whitney law firm in New York, argued just that. Writing in Slate, he said that mainland China’s “perverse” victims compensation law meant the cost of recompensing an injured but alive victim outweighed that of indemnifying the family of one who died.
Sant first heard about the concept of “hit to kill” when he was living in Taiwan from 1996 and 2000. He also lived in other parts of Asia until 2003.

One of my PRC [mainland Chinese] friends asked me if I planned to write next about the double-hit phenomenon. At the time, however, I felt that Western audiences wouldn’t believe the story unless I found a lot of actual videos showing it happen. This summer, I finally had some free time, and searched out videos that showed hit-to-kill cases, such as security cameras that caught drivers repeatedly driving back and forth over a pedestrian. Once I found a number of videos, I felt comfortable writing the story.
How common is hit-to-kill? On July 5, 2013, People’s Daily [the Chinese Communist Party’s newspaper] republished an editorial on hit-to-kill that had originally appeared in Worker’s Daily. In this editorial, People’s Daily quoted a truck driver as saying, [translated] “Actually, the idea that it is better to hit to kill than hit and injure has already become an unspoken rule in our profession.
“Each of us is actually able to pay out the compensation required for hitting and killing a person, but I’m afraid that not everyone can pay the compensation for hitting and injuring a person.”
The People’s Daily editorial acknowledged that the compensation payment for crippling or putting a person into a vegetative state could be “bottomless.”
The truck driver spoke of an “unspoken rule” but how often do drivers act on this rule? I am able to find plenty of media and social media reports about hit-to-kill. Roughly speaking, about once a month a new alleged instance of hit-to-kill surfaces in news reports or on social media.
Of course, the drivers who hit-to-kill do so because they think they will not be caught. What percentage of these cases are actually discovered (either due to an eyewitness or because the event was caught on video)? And, on the other hand, how many hit-to-kills are “successful” and go undiscovered? This question is by its nature impossible to answer with certainty (how can anyone know how many cases go undiscovered or unreported?).
China does not keep statistics on hit-to-kill incidents (or allegations), but statistics on traffic accidents are quite interesting. Xinhua News Agency has reported that in the PRC, there is a four-to-one ratio of traffic accidents resulting in injury versus traffic accidents resulting in death. In the United States, the ratio is approximately 70 to 1.

This means that traffic accidents are vastly more likely to result in death in China than in the United States. To be clear, I think that the primary reasons for this disparity include: less seatbelt use in the PRC; more drunk driving in the PRC; more dangerous driving in the PRC.
Hit-to-kill driving is less significant, in my opinion, than these other factors. Nevertheless, the fact that such a high percentage of traffic accidents result in death is extremely disconcerting.”

That’s why they export manufacturing to China, and use cheap and incompetent Indian and Chinese techies instead of American young people with better skills. Loved ones of the people who were killed when Boeing aircraft with some “written in India” software took control away from pilots wish Americans had done the job instead.

“A total of about 250 students have now been arrested since January on immigration violations by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) as part of a sting operation by federal agents who enticed foreign-born students, mostly from India, to attend the school that marketed itself as offering graduate programs in technology and computer studies, according to ICE officials.
The students had arrived legally in the U.S. on student visas, but since the University of Farmington was later revealed to be a creation of federal agents, they lost their immigration status after it was shut down in January. The school was located on Northwestern Highway near 13 Mile Road in Farmington Hills and staffed with undercover agents posing as university officials.
Out of the approximately 250 students arrested on administrative charges, “nearly 80% were granted voluntary departure and departed the United States,” the Detroit office of ICE’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) told the Free Press in a statement Tuesday.
The Indian workers enrolled in the fake university to get work permits via two federal programs. The two programs are the Optional Practical Training and the Curricular Practical Training programs.
The two programs keep more than 400,000 foreign graduates in jobs sought by U.S. graduates and it provides billions in revenue for the U.S. investors, as well as the Indian-born hiring managers who traffic them into jobs in many companies throughout the U.S. economy. The OPT program also feeds foreign workers into the H-1B visa program, which allows employers to hire imported workers and then pay them with low wages and a promise of citizenship.
The Indians knew the university was fake because it did not require them to take classes — which is similar to many other colleges around the United States which provide OPT to foreign workers on “Day One” of enrollment.
“While ‘enrolled’ at the University, one hundred percent of the foreign citizen students never spent a single second in a classroom. If it were truly about obtaining an education, the University would not have been able to attract anyone, because it had no teachers, classes, or educational services,” said one of the sentencing memos written by the Department of Justice, according to the Detroit Free Press.

Many of the foreign graduates are hired for software jobs — but many others are using their national, caste, and ethnic networks to bargain for U.S. jobs in healthcare, accounting, management, engineering, and design.
Many of the good jobs snagged by Indians are in New York, Silicon Valley, and other desirable locations.
Amid this Indian-to-Indian bribery, U.S. graduates are demoted to lower-status, lower-wage jobs. In many cases, the American victims of this labor trafficking are university graduates who read actors like, say Alyssa Milano (who bitched about these busts on line), on social media and support left-wing causes, including increased migration.
The federal government provides some data about the universities and companies that create and hire OPT workers.
The OPT program is being supported by many investors and business groups, and by the Department of Justice.

Arizona GOP Paul Gosar is sponsoring a bill to end the OPT program. In a September article for Breitbart News, he wrote:
“OPT fast tracks F-1 student visa holders while their U.S. classmates are sidelined. American middle-class parents are feeling the sting when their children struggle to get job interviews and their children’s foreign friends and former collegemates are graduating with offers in hand.
The Fairness for High Skilled Americans Act (H.R. 3564) is legislation I introduced in June to end the OPT program. Its passage will level the playing field for American educated job seekers to have a real shot of getting hired, while eliminating the tax incentive to hire foreign labor before American citizens.”
There you have it. American university leaders are screwing real students with extortionary tuition, loony leftist teachers, failure to discipline the disruptive assholes on campus, and fraudulent and preferential job placement for invaders from India and China.
99, when working at the University of Akron, saw this corruption (especially college leaders allowing foreigners to get very high paying “internships” because companies were recruiting them thru the student visa loopholes) and reported this to the feds. The intel community did a piss-poor job of hiding their spying, which indicates they are incompetent as well as treasonable, so they should never have federal jobs, unless you count being an inmate in a federal prison “gainful employment.’
When members of the State Department testified in Adam Schiff’s basement goatfest, they proved, besides not having first hand knowledge of any alleged made-up criminal acts by President Trump, that they did not want to follow his orders on foreign policy, that they claimed they ran foreign policy, and that they were butt-hurt President Trump, who is much smarter than them, didn’t think much of their crappy advice and sent former federal prosecutor Rudy Giuliani to check on them.
It is possible they refused to give visas to Ukrainian authorities who had incriminating evidence on top Democrats so the Ukrainians could come to America and present their evidence to the Trump administration. Several top Democrats have been named as having vested interests in that country. Remember, Hillary had years under Obama to stock the State Department with her minions. Ditto for the Bushes and Bill.
These acts, and their unauthorized policy moves, are fireable and probably criminal offenses. It is the President’s job, not the job of State Department bureaucrats, to set policy and to order the bureaucrats to carry out the acts that will further HIS policy. The State Department pukes openly told the nation the falsehood that it was State Department bureaucrats’ jobs to set foreign policy and give the orders.
The State Department has pursued a leftist and anti-American line since the Woodrow Wilson regime. Their poor and possibly treasonably intentionally poor thinking and advice giving helped Nazi Germany, Soviet Russia, Communist China, and murderous Islamists. They have excreted the bed so many times the owner of My Pillow had to invent washable pillows and pillowtop mattress covers. They are responsible for all the failures of the Cold War and the alleged War on Terror. The one president before Donald Trump who fought them was Ronald Reagan.
And if you have read former CIA agent Terry Reed’s book “Compromised: Clinton, Bush, and the CIA,” you’ll see how George Bush 41 and his followers in the CIA and the Deep State, with help from Gov. Clinton and Hillary and their crew of inbred Arkansas cronies turned aid to the Contras into a drugrunning and murder operation, then deliberately caused the Iran-Contra exposure as a way of forcing Reagan out of office. Civil service laws prevented Presidents Reagan and Trump from sacking the traitors and fellow travelers and plain old incompetents in the State Department and the intel community. The goofball desk jockey Alexander Vindman, who insisted in showing up to Pepe LePencilneck’s basement impeachment farce in full uniform like a porky version of Oliver North and insisted on being called by his rank title, claimed he co-ordinated or ran foreign policy toward Ukraine. The Pentagon scumbags who sent this pig back to the White House are signaling they see nothing wrong with insubordination.

Another soft on insubordination military official is Secretary of the Navy, errr, former Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer after President Trump neutered him and kicked him out of government service.
Spencer demanded President Trump allow the Navy’s corrupt prosecutors to go after Navy SEAL CPO Eddie Gallagher’s trident (SEAL status) after President Trump prevented him and other latrine commanders in the Navy from punishing him for posing with a dead enemy corpse, and from stealing Gallagher’s rank, freedom, pension, and status. To make it worse, Spencer offered to tank the investigation just to show the Navy barnacles, and not the Commander-in-Chief were in charge of the military injustice system. Tampering with an investigation is a crime. Plotting to countermand a direct order from the Commander in Chief is insubordination.
Earlier, the prosecutors of CPO Gallagher were caught spying on his defense attorney. They had brought spurious murder charges and other charges against Gallagher.
President Trump also pardoned LT Clint Lorrance, who Army JAG-offs and cowardly leaders in the chain of command had sent to Leavenworth Pen for doing his job – killing enemy combatants who were making IEDs. He also pardoned former Army Special Forces Major Matthew Goldsteyn, who was facing murder charges for killing another IED maker and combatant.
During the Bush 43 regime, our military engineers came up with a way to make the detonators used in IEDs explode prematurely while being handled by the bomb makers. They intended to flood the detonator supply channel with these quick poppers to destroy the IED makers. But some Pentagon JAG-offs squashed the initiative. The result? Many hundreds of American service people got killed or wounded, including, reportedly, Vindman himself.
Speaking of IEDs, some leftist journalists reported breathlessly that Vindman received a Purple Heart because he was wounded by an IUD. Maybe that fits because Vindman appears to be a pussy.
Actually, Planned Parenthood stiffs and their competitors in the abortion racket wound many girls and young women by inserting IUDs in them. And no wonder. These birth control devices look like fish hooks or other items you would find in a tackle box. But the media won’t report on those many woundings because they are neck-deep up the abortion lobby’s backsides.
In pardoning these men and CPO Gallagher, President Trump has openly rebuked the incompetent ass-kissers at the top of the Armed Services and the hemorrhoid-kissers in the services’ Judge Advocate General Corps (the JAG-offs). These REMFs set ridiculous rules of engagement that led to the deaths of thousands of American soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines. Like quislings, they brought charges against men who had to make split-second decisions in combat zones.
The pussyfooting by senior military officers went back to the Clinton administration. Ragheads in a small boat packed with explosives were able to blow large chunks out of the destroyer USS Cole while it was in the port of Aden, Yemen, astride the sea lanes from the Red Sea into the Indian Ocean. The sailors failed to shoot at them, because the rules of engagement set by the Clinton regime and enforced by the Pentagon pencil-pushers and the morally cowardly senior officers forbade doing so.
Petty Officer Jennifer Kudrick said that if the sentries had fired on the suicide craft “we would have gotten in more trouble for shooting two foreigners than losing 17 American sailors.”
President Trump has also openly second-guessed the generals who promised victory in Afghanistan, but were too negligent or cowardly to bomb Taliban opium poppy fields, opium processing sites, or routes used to smuggle the opium out of Afghanistan. They never used the MOAB bombs after the one in 2017.
Many with rank now benefited from President Obama’s replacement of a bunch of politically incorrect officers while he was president. This made it possible for him to promote the brown-nosers and hemorrhoid kissers to higher rank and offices.
President Trump, like President Lincoln, is having to sift thru all the government agency top people and find a few who can actually fight and win.
President Trump’s opponents are essentially breaking the law in resisting President Trump’s lawful orders, by refusing to use all weapons in a fight-to-win campaign in Afghanistan, by criticizing him for sending anti-tank missiles to Ukraine after President Obama refused to send these missiles, for criticizing him for demanding freeloaders like the Germans pay more into NATO, and by sniping at his border security policy.
The military answers to the president, not vice-versa. Many top officers are upset President Trump is forcing reforms on the VA, on the weapons procurement process (which cuts down on waste and fraud and sticky-fingered Pentagon people and defense contractors), on our border security, and on the way we fight wars. The military-government lifers and double-dippers have lied to a number of Presidents, and only now is a President holding them accountable for their mediocrity and their corrupt greed.
Fortunately, President Trump’s military opponents, like his other opponents, are skulking Copperheads instead of manly and competent but fatally misguided Rebels. They intrigue, but they lack the gonads to secede and fight. They would gladly enforce martial law for a globalist president, but would oppose President Trump’s attempts to bust the secessionists who run California, Western Washington, the Willamette Valley, Denver, Illinois, Moslemsota, Michiganistan, Blackface Rapist Virginia, and the organized crime and sexual-freak-controlled states north and east of the Potomac River (with Pennsylvania being the only exception).
However, it’s not healthy for the Republic for the military Swampers and Deep Staters to persist without punishment. There are dozens and probably hundreds of high-ranking military officers and their civilian counterparts in the Defense Department who need to face military tribunals and punishment.
They have been protected by the Justice Department, whose investigators and prosecutors don’t seem too concerned about punishing their peers and fellow club members. They’ve been too busy spying on President Trump and his people and dragging their feet in defending his initiatives. They figure after President Trump leaves office, they can continue to play by Swamp rules and keep their cushy jobs.
This is why President Trump will have to force purges in the Justice Department, like Abraham Lincoln had to do with the incompetent leaders of the Union Army until he had winners and killers like Grant, Sherman, Pap Thomas, George Meade, and Little Phil Sheridan in command.
President Trump will have to urge the replacements in the Justice Department and the various Armed Services to have a large number of criminal prosecutions and military tribunals to put the Deep State plotters in prison and take away their government pensions. If the plotters are in the private sector, like George Soros, legitimate authorities will have to confiscate their possessions and their passports to limit their abilities to bribe others or flee justice in the United States.
We need to reform civil service laws so it becomes much easier to remove government employees from their jobs. This is something you can prevail upon GOP members of Congress and state legislatures to do.
We need to punish lawbreakers with government jobs. This is something you can prevail upon GOP members of Congress and state legislatures to do.
We need to take out school board members who allow pro-fagele and anti-American teaching in our schools.
We need to punish sponsors of Fake News. Notice that the networks covered for Harvey Weinstein. So did Hillary and most actresses who crossed his slimy path. So did the corrupt prosecutors of New York City.
Notice the TV network newspeople covered for Jeffrey Epstein. They spent more time trying to find the “leaker” of their coverup and punish her than they did trying to expose this evil serial child molester. Epstein operated a child rape extortion operation with the aid and consent of the feds from the Clinton years thru the Bush and Obama years. When President Trump moved against Epstein, corrupt lawmen in New York City ensured the perv wouldn’t implicate others by having him strangled in his cell. No media assholes are trying to solve this crime.
The media and elites are not opposed to child molesting. If they were, Weinstein, Epstein, the other pervs of the entertainment industry, public school teachers, and politicians would be in jail instead of in positions of authority. This is another reason they need to be hunted down and jailed or executed.
We need to encourage President Trump and members of Congress to send as many government employees out of DC as possible. President Trump is doing this with the Agriculture Department and the Interior Department. Bureaucrats in these agencies belong near farms and government lands, not inside the Beltway. Likewise with most of the other agencies. “Serve the people or be unemployed inside the Beltway” should be what we tell federal payrollers.
Washington has been a government town since it became the capital. Andrew Johnson had to order the conspirators in the plot to murder Abraham Lincoln, William Seward, and himself to go before a military tribunal, because the vast majority of white males in DC would have acquitted them. It has been that way ever since. Copperheads (skulking opponents that help populate the Swamp and the Deep State against patriots like Taylor, Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Reagan, and Trump) have always felt at home in and around DC.
We need to vote against any prosecutors who are Democrats, especially those who get money from George Soros. These prosecutors are good for nothing. They allow all sorts of street crime and will prosecute decent people for thought crimes and process crimes, such as believing in God and refusing to co-operate with authorities who let drag queen child molesters rent out the local libraries for events.
People like Congressman Nunes and President Trump are starting to sue Deep Staters and media people for slander for lying about them openly. The Covington Catholic kid whose family hired Atlanta lawyer L. Lin Wood hopefully will drain Fake Media of hundreds of millions of dollars. L. Lin Wood represented Richard Jewell, the hero security guard at the Atlanta Olympics, who the feds and the media falsely blamed for planting a bomb. Maybe their example and Clint Eastwood’s movie “Richard Jewell” will inspire more people to do likewise.
L. Lin Wood, by the way, got JonBenet Ramsey’s brother a very large settlement from CBS earlier this year. I would like to see Mr. Wood become a billionaire by suing these major media scum into submission.
We need to be more prepared. We need to stock dried food and canned foods in cases of emergencies, We need to have good first aid kits and weapons and tools and flashlights and suitable clothing and blankets and gear for rioters and power outages. Why? Local Copperheads with power will allow outages and shortages to promote rioting so they can impose some sort of police state authority over the people in the areas they control, and maybe export a little unrest to nearby areas whose people don’t agree with them.
We need to break the resistance to President Trump. He is fighting for us against his own class and against his own financial interests. This doesn’t happen very often in politics. He is a man like the rest of us who needs to hear his work is appreciated. Use the White House comment page on the Internet to thank him for his work. When you can, donate to his campaign, and not to any overall Republican Party group. The latter helped Paul (Wienermobile) Ryan tank the elections of 2018. And you need to flood members of Congress with messages about your concerns. Tie up the bastards’ phone lines and wear out their staffers.
Do this to the Republicans as well as the Democrats. A GOP congressional staffer complained to me people were besieging his boss’ office (the woman is now a GOP senator) much more after Donald Trump became president. I told him, “The people expect your boss (the congresswoman) to do her job.”
There has been too much rewarding of bad behavior. This includes no punishment for most of the people who murdered presidents or treacherously tried to shorten their careers.
Those who poisoned Old Rough and Ready Zachary Taylor because his patriotism interfered with their quest for profits got away with the crime. The American people suffered hundreds of thousands of dead, and more without eyes or limbs or all of their mental faculties due to the Civil War, which Taylor tried to head off with firmness. This doesn’t count the destruction of thousands of homes, crops, buildings, and railroads. Nor does it count more than another century of mindless racial hatred. Nor does it count the murder of a second pro-American president, Honest Abraham Lincoln, who died on Good Friday like Christ Himself.
GOP insiders and globalists stole a nomination from Theodore Roosevelt and cursed us with Woodrow Wilson and leftist globalism. Wilson also segregated federal facilities.
No one was punished for the murder of JFK except one of the shooters, Lee Harvey Oswald. The shooter who blew JFK’s scalp off and shattered his skull got away with the crime. The military industrial complex (aka the defense contractors) grew fat on LBJ’s no-win Vietnam War, and on Nixon’s no-win war (which globalist Henry Kissinger directed). JFK wanted out of Vietnam because most of the people did not want to fight for their freedom.
Nor did anyone suffer prison time for the coup against Ronald Reagan.
This has to change, or putsches against pro-American, anti-insider presidents will continue.
Only Donald J. Trump, like Daddy Warbucks, has the money, the shrewdness, and the stones to expose the Deep State. As good men as they were, Teddy Roosevelt and Ronald Reagan were outmaneuvered by the globalists. They didn’t have Donald Trump’s unique experience in dealing with them as one they thought who was one of them. Nor did they have his wealth, which enables him to have competent security and research and investigation independent of the government.
President Trump has exposed the Deep State and the elites by acting in the interests of Americans and against the interests of the Deep State and the elites. He is also trying to reduce their power by sending large numbers of them outside the Beltway and nearer to the people they are supposed to be helping. If careerists quit, so much the better.
President Trump, by his actions, is dragging the Republicans, kicking and screaming, back to being the party of the blue-collar working man and woman, the low-level white collar employee and small businessman and woman, and the independent farmer. Only a government whose leaders stand up for Working America is fit to serve and lead America.
You are your family’s First Responder. Become stronger, and become more informed. Work with like-minded people to improve America. As of now, it is still your right. President Trump at most has until January 2025.
We will have to continue his work for as long as we live, if America is to remain Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. Be thankful for your blessings, but work to secure them for yourselves and your children.
