Saturday afternoon I was picking up some groceries when I saw a woman struggling to reach a bottle of BBQ sauce on the top shelf. She was a green-eyed “dirty” (dark) redhead with a ponytail, worn green dress, and worn brown boots. Not a girl anymore …. she was the mother of several kids. She was standing on tiptoes, determined to get that bottle.
Just as I came over to help her, she surged another inch or so, grabbed the bottle with a little squeal of triumph, turned it, and read the label.
Loving Mom and Children.
“Looking to see if the sauce has corn syrup, huh?” I asked.
“Yep,” she replied. She said they stopped carrying her favorite brand, which doesn’t use that problem ingredient.
She said, “This one doesn’t have corn syrup, but it says ‘natural flavors’ without saying what they are.”
“You mean like coal dust or dirt?” I said, pulling her leg. (Figuratively speaking, for all you social justice bedwetters.)
“No, like anything!” she replied. “For all we know, they could have put fetal cells in there!”
I looked at her funny. She said, “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to gross you out.”
I laughed. “Looks like Planned Parenthood has a new market for their abortions.”
It was my turn to apologize.
She was not taken aback by my remark. Instead she laughed appreciatively.
I continued. “Planned Parenthood is full of Nazi scumbags. They deserve ridicule.”
Green-eyed Redhead Mom agreed. Other people, not sure what they were listening to, decided to go to other aisles. I wished the woman and her family God’s blessings, and moved on.
Troy Newman, David Daleiden, and Sandra Merritt are on trial in federal court in San Francisco because they used hidden camera journalism to expose Planned Parenthood officials engaged in selling aborted babies’ body parts.
Planned Parenthood argues they are criminals.
Journalists have shunned them. But most journalists couldn’t do an investigation like they did.
The results of their stings?
Orange County California prosecutors got a settlement of $8 million against a baby body parts broker in business with Planned Parenthood in 2017. (Source: L.A. Times, 12/9/2017) The operators of this business, members of the Isaias family, a bunch of refugee white collar criminals from Ecuador, got residency status from Hillary Clinton’s people after they donated mucho dinero to Democrats. I rooted out the Hillary/Planned Parenthood connection of this family weeks before the 2016 election simply by checking old newspaper reports of their Democrat giving while Hillary was Secretary of State, and by running down corporate ownership of the entities they did business under using on-line records of the Florida and California state governments.
Defendants’ footage of Planned Parenthood’s Deborah Nucatola discussing how to fill orders for aborted baby body parts.
Texas officials investigated Planned Parenthood would-be baby body parts sellers in their state. They concluded the videos were accurate. They debarred Planned Parenthood as a state contractor, and that debarment has stood up so far in the federal court system.
Prosecutors and politicians in other states, and even members of Congress have seized on the work of Daleiden, Newman, and Ms. Merritt to probe Planned Parenthood’s Auschwitz-style business plan.
In other words, they are heroes.
Planned Parenthood claims the sting damaged them. They used their pull to have Daleiden and Ms. Merritt prosecuted on state charges in California and Texas.
Kamala Harris, as California’s attorney general, allowed the backlogging of tens of thousands of rape kits, which protected rapists and helped defense lawyers. But she ordered a 2016 raid on Dalaiden’s apartment in an apparent attempt to seize and destroy the videos almost as fast as she dropped her panties in many a secluded bedroom with Willie Brown.
Kamala Toe’s successor brought multiple felony counts against Daleiden and Ms. Merritt for infiltrating an abortionists’ convention in California and posing as baby body parts buyers. The defendants did something similar at a restaurant in California; more on this later. This case is on hold for now.
A pro-abort GOP district attorney in Texas, Ms. Devon Anderson, got smoked when she tried to persecute Daleiden and Ms. Merritt for doing what reporters have done since the day Nellie Bly got into a madhouse posing as a mentally ill young woman and reported upon the abuse of patients there. (Nellie’s publisher got the police to spring her to protect her from being raped or held down for some fiendish surgery.)
Ms. Devon, a Bushie GOPer, ran the Harris County (Houston) prosecutor’s office as almost an abortion aid society. She shared confidential info with Planned Parenthood lawyers when she was supposed to be investigating their clients. She also let Houston abortionist Douglas Karpen escape prosecution when it was revealed he was evidently twisting the heads off of babies who survived late-term abortions. Karpen’s lawyer later donated money to her campaign. Ms. Devon went after the defendants because they used fake ID, something many Texas high school kids and millions of illegals do in her state routinely. (Houston Chronicle, 1/21/2016; Life News, 4/15/2016)
A judge threw out Ms. Devon’s Planned Parenthood pandering indictment. Then Harris County voters threw out the rode hard, put away wet looking prosecutor later in the year.
I found out by checking news articles and calling their former places of business that many of the Planned Parenthood operatives stung in the videos Daleiden, Newman, and Ms. Merritt put out are no longer with Planned Parenthood. They got fired or forcibly retired. One of them, Deborah Nucatola, I found was working as a gynecologist for Kaiser Hospital in Panorama City, California, in L.A.’s San Fernando Valley. That figures. Kaiser does business with Planned Parenthood. Many people in the Valley considered Kaiser a six-letter synonym for malpractice.
The current trial of the pro-lifers is a civil case in federal court in San Francisco. Planned Parenthood personnel and other scumbags in the abortion racket have sued Daleiden, Ms. Merritt, Troy Newman, and Albin Rhomberg for harm they allegedly suffered when they were outed as Mengele businesspeople. This trial of the pro-lifers has gone sideways in the City by the Bay.
Ms. Nucatola, an abortionist who has crushed or dismembered tens of thousands of babies, sobbed that she and her family were under attack because of the pro-lifers’ videos. The defense lawyers brought out that she had said in earlier depositions and elsewhere that the videos weren’t damaging to her and they were “no big deal.”
Federal Judge William Orrick, a Planned Parenthood honk, is presiding. He is a corrupt Obama appointee who donated money for Planned Parenthood. He is also the short-hoser who tried to stop President Trump from withholding federal money from secessionist states whose politicians protect illegals who rape and murder. (If you read the Gospels, note that Christ put “corrupt” in front of “judge” like normal people put “Merry” in front of ”Christmas.”)
Corrupt Judge Orrick had been keeping footage of the films the defendants took away from the jurors. Then, several days ago, he allowed a five-minute snippet to be played in the courtroom.
A courtroom observer reported some of the jurors teared up when they watched Ms. Nucatola of Planned Parenthood explain on the hidden-camera video to the defendants how she and others harvested livers, lungs, hearts, muscle, and baby heads from the bodies of aborted babies. What made the footage even more spine-tingling was the casual way in which this hitbitch, while nibbling on a high-end salad and sipping wine, discussed how she and her fellow butchers provided aborted baby body parts to the Mengeles who want them for experimentation.
Days later the jurors saw another video. It was of media figure Chris Wallace, then working for ABC, in a video about abortion providers selling aborted baby body parts in 2000. The film clip was from the network’s “20/20″ news show; it was an undercover video also.
So if a major network can do a sting, why can’t freelance journalists or citizen journalists do likewise?
Planned Parenthood and California prosecutors claim California law only allows the airing of video or audio if both the recorder and the subject agree. They gave Deep State reporter Chris Wallace a pass because the 20/20 sting happened in Kansas.
The defendants argue they were in public places (restaurants and public buildings) with Planned Parenthood officials and others they videoed about selling aborted baby body parts; their conversations could be heard by waitresses, other diners, and passers-by. In other words, their lawyers say, the abortionists had no expectation of privacy while being in a public place. Besides, they say, taping or videoing evidence of violent criminal behavior is the right of every citizen.
Planned Parenthood’s argument is similar to slave state authorities jailing people they deemed a threat to that evil institution in the years before the Civil War. 99 and I live in the Ohio Valley, where proslavery and antislavery forces waged such battles in courts across Kentucky, and where heroes like free black foundry owner John Parker rowed many runaway slaves across the Ohio River and had to fight off slaver ruffians who wanted to recapture them. Planned Parenthood are the slavers but worse in some respects …. they kill hundreds of thousands of babies a year and are complicit in the rapes of thousands of young girls a year by not reporting their rapists to the police.
If a jury of people in San Francisco can acquit the pro-life defendants, than truth can prevail anywhere in this country if allowed to be presented to the people. This is why citizen journalists and investigators like we at How to be Your Own Detective like to promote are so important to liberty in the Republic. The American people can’t make up their minds properly unless they get the whole truth instead of anti-American propaganda fed by the elites and the Deep State thru their submissives in the media.
David Daleiden and Sandra Merritt
Troy Newman
Before David Dalaiden, Troy Newman, Sandra Merritt, and their elderly co-defendant Albin Rhomberg (more later on Albin), Planned Parenthood could have made Kermit Gosnell and Ulrich Klopfer a lot of money.
Gosnell, you may recall, is a Philadelphia abortionist. Errr, WAS a Philadelphia abortionist. He’s a lifer now in the Pennsylvania prison system for killing a woman with his surgeries, and for many other crimes.
Gosnell had a collection of aborted babies in his filthy abortion facility.
Klopfer, who did abortions in Chicago, and in Gary, South Bend, and Fort Wayne, IN, croaked in September 2019.
State officials suspended his medical license in Indiana in 2015 because he failed to report a little 10-year-old girl (another source says she was 13, but still a young innocent victim) who was the rape victim of her uncle who wound up becoming pregnant from the abuse and a patient of his in his abortion mill.
After Klopfer croaked in Illinois, leaving a widow, his kids went to his house to scavenge it or at least clean up the clutter. Klopfer, a grasping shit, was a notorious hoarder. In his 3-car garage, they found 2246 aborted babies’ remains. Later, authorities found 165 more aborted babies in the trunk of the Nazi abortionist’s Mercedes-Benz.
(Sources: Breitbart 10/10/2019, Fox TV News 59, Indianapolis, 10/25/2019, WGN-TV, Chicago, 10/9/2019)
The Chicago Sun-Times’s Stefano Esposito, who wrote about Klopfer 10/25/2019, wrote this crap about the Nazi Klopfer.
“Authorities estimated Ulrich performed tens of thousands of abortions. But he seldom was sued.
“I’ve never lost a patient,” Klopfer told the South Bend Tribune in February 2015. “No patient of mine in all the years I’ve been doing abortions has ever had a major complication.”
Liar, liar, pants on fire.
Abortionists get sued more often than most OB-GYNs. Their patients are teenage girls and young women in good health, and the surgeries are not difficult. Problem is, they hurry and they botch the surgeries. Or they give the same dose of anesthetic to all patients. Big gals, who aren’t dosed enough, often move due to the pain and get stuck and damaged more by the abortionists’s tools. Little girls sometimes don’t wake up at all.
And most abortions take place because the woman or girl or her mom doesn’t want others to know she effed around (or was abused by Mom’s bedpartner Secondhand Snake or Stepmom’s son Pud), got pregnant, and had an abortion. Abortionists and their lawyers know this. They use the “slut defense” to scare off those who would sue. And many abortionists carry no malpractice insurance. So victims can’t collect.
Here are a few cases an associate of mine named Murf the Surf found on Klopfer back in the day in Chicago (Cook County Superior Court) and in Indiana between 1979 and 1987. All he did was go to the clerk of court’s office, look up the records by number, ask for the record files, read them, and make photocopies of the most important pages. See my instructions on civil cases in the right margin.
Dennelle L — 79L 18915 (Cook Co.). This woman accused Klopfer and another abortion provider (Stewart Marcovitz) of performing an incomplete abortion on her at Marcovitz’s Oak Lawn Surgical Center facility in 1979. As a result, she said, she had to undergo corrective treatment in a hospital and have the rest of the fetus removed. Court paperwork includes the complaint.
Mary H — 79L 26661 (Cook Co.). This woman charged Klopfer and another abortion provider (Henry Meunier) punctured her uterus while performing an abortion on her at the Chicago Loop Mediclinic in 1979. She said she had to undergo corrective treatment as a result. Court paperwork includes the complaint.
Rhonda C — 80L 3966 (Cook Co.). This woman accused Klopfer and two other abortion providers (Ming Hah and Henry Meunier) of performing an incomplete abortion on her at the Chicago Loop Mediclinic in 1978, causing her unspecified bodily damage. She also said they failed to give her any anesthesia, failed to treat her complications after the abortion, and discharged her from the facility before she had recovered. Court paperwork includes the complaint.
Klopfer and his abortion rival Ming the Merciless Hah “race each other in abortion derby.” Courtesy of Chicago Sun-Times.
Gloria T — 82L 6309 (Cook Co.). This woman charged a doctor at abortion provider Stewart Marcovitz’s Oak Lawn Surgical Center (later identified as Klopfer) perforated her uterus while performing an extremely painful vacuum abortion on her in1980. She said she also suffered pelvic infection, fever, vomiting, and the inability to urinate following the abortion. As a result, she said, she had to undergo corrective treatment in a hospital. Court paperwork includes the complaint, a certificate of abortion (which notes Klopfer performed the abortion and gives the facility’s correct name), the waiver Gloria signed, and Gloria’s answers to interrogatories (in which she said a doctor other than Marcovitz performed the abortion).
Patricia T — 83L 1941 (Cook Co.). This woman charged Klopfer performed an abortion on her without her consent in 1981, and caused her so much damage in the process, she had to undergo a hysterectomy within hours of the abortion. Patricia said Klopfer examined her 1/28/81, told her her 10-week-old baby was dead, and scheduled a removal for the next day at the Weiss Medical Complex. Believing this was true, she said, she underwent a suction procedure (actually a vacuum abortion on the living baby)1/29/81. She said Klopfer perforated her uterus twice in the process and she started bleeding severely. She said she had to be taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital later that day; she said doctors removed her uterus, a fallopian tube, and an ovary. Patricia said she learned 1/31/81 that the baby was not dead, but was aborted alive; she said she would not have undergone an abortion if she knew her baby was alive. Patricia said she spent 11 days in the hospital and had to pay more than $10,000 in medical bills.
In the summer of 1986, Klopfer agreed to pay Patricia $15,000 to settle the case. Court paperwork includes the complaint, Patricia’s answers to interrogatories, and a motion by Klopfer’s lawyer to dismiss the case against him because he agreed to settle with Patricia (other defendants remained).
Betti Jean Z — 84L 14029. This woman accused a doctor at abortion provider Stewart Marcovitz’s Oak Lawn Surgical Center (later identified as Klopfer) of performing an abortion on her in 1982 so negligently that she suffered unspecified bodily damage. She said she also had to undergo corrective surgery at a hospital as a result.
In deposition, Betti said she didn’t receive any anesthesia, that she underwent the abortion while wearing street clothes, that Marcovitz (who held her during the abortion) was wearing street clothes during the abortion, that Klopfer sped through the abortion and caused her extreme pain, that Marcovitz told her to lie still despite the pain or she might suffer a punctured uterus and have to undergo a hysterectomy, and that she called a hospital a week or so later complaining of severe bleeding and cramping.
In deposition, Klopfer admitted to losing hospital privileges in the early 1980s at Forkosh Hospital (the only facility at which he said he didn’t perform abortions) for violating hospital regulations, and that he didn’t change scrub suits between abortions.
Court paperwork includes the complaint, Betti’s deposition, Klopfer’s deposition, the attached waivers (in which Marcovitz pressured Betti into agreeing to pay for any followup care in case of any abortion complications), three pages of medical records, a certificate of abortion, and Marcovitz’s deposition.
Brenda C — 46D01-8701-CP-008 (La Porte Co., IN). This woman accused Klopfer of causing her unspecified bodily damage when he performed an abortion on her at the Women’s Pavilion of South Bend in 1985. (She also sued Friendship Family Planning Clinic in Gary, because Klopfer reportedly treated her at this facility as well.)
The case was originally filed in La Porte County, but was moved to St. Joseph County (South Bend) later in 1987 and re-numbered R9706. Brenda settled out of court with Klopfer 5/20/87. South Bend Women’s Pavilion and associated corporation National Abortion Association got Judge Means to dismiss the case against them 10/5/87. The case was briefly moved to Starke County 12/22/87, but was returned to St. Joseph County in January 1988. The Friendship Family Planning Clinic operators got Judge Means to dismiss the case against them 3/21/88 on grounds they did not practice medicine. Court paperwork includes the complaint, the docket sheets, Friendship Family Planning Clinic’s motion, and the 3/21/88 dismissal.
Murf the Surf drove a delivery van before he became a researcher. He is another citizen who used the public record like any of us could do.
Klopfer was sued twice for malpractice in connection with abortions he performed or assisted in at Chicago Loop Mediclinic, a facility that closed in late 1979 while under investigation by Illinois public health agents. The facility’s staffers stood accused of performing abortions without regard for medical standards or women’s safety. (The source is an article from the 1/3/80 Chicago Sun-Times.)
The Chicago Sun-Times in late 1978 ran a series on several Chicago abortion facilities titled”The Abortion Profiteers.” In the series’ articles, the reporters made public a number of Chicago Loop Mediclinic personnel’s abuses. Summaries of each, along with the series page reference, in parentheses, follow:
At Chicago Loop Mediclinic, Ulrich Klopfer and fellow staffer Ming K. Hah reportedly competed against each other to see who could perform more abortions more quickly. Klopfer knew how many abortions Hah had performed that day because Hah would draw a tally mark on his scrub suit each time he performed an abortion. An investigator said staffers told her, “When Hah is here, Klopfer really zips. Hah marks the patients on his leg, and if Klopfer sees that Hah’s got a legful, he goes like wildfire to catch up.” (p.16)
An investigator working undercover at Chicago Loop Mediclinic said she suggested referring a woman to a rival facility for a pregnancy test because she wanted to get one on a day when Chicago Loop Mediclinic would be closed. She said administrator John Seplak threatened her, “You refer them anyplace else, and I’ll cut your tits off!” (p.9)
The U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare’s Medicaid program paid $465,000 in Klopfer’s name for 1976-1978. Officials of the Illinois Department of Public Aid, which administered federal abortion money under the Medicaid program until the Hyde Amendment cut it off, withheld Medicaid money from Klopfer in 1978 because of suspected billing irregularities. (pp. 8, 9, 14)
NOTE: Some states allow Planned Parenthood to bill Medicaid for abortion. If any state or federal official is reading this, the feds and the states can debar Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers for refusing to report underage victims, providing substandard medicine, or stealing taxpayer or insurance company money. Readers, share this with your politicians who claim they are pro-life.
The Chicago Sun-Times, in a 10/25/2019 article, reprinted this:
“Klopfer spent his early career in downtown Chicago, working at Chicago Loop Mediclinic, 316 N. Michigan Ave. — a facility that figured prominently in the Chicago Sun-Times/Better Government Association 1978 investigation “The Abortion Profiteers.” The series documented how women were moved through clinics with conveyor-belt-like speed, not all of them surviving and others left maimed. At Mediclinic, where doctors were paid per procedure, Klopfer tried to one-up another abortionist, Dr. Ming Kow Hah.
Dr. Ulrich Klopfer was featured in this Nov. 15, 1978, story in the Sun-Times /Better Government Association series “The Abortion Profiteers.”
“They compete to see who can get the most patients done,” a former clinic nurse was quoted as saying. “They’ll ask each other, ‘How many have you done?’ or they’ll ask the staff how many the other guy has done. … Klopfer would be having a cup of coffee and be on his last sip when he’d jump up and say, ‘I’d better get going or Hah will have the whole recovery room full.’”
Hah eventually lost his license. There’s no record of Klopfer ever facing disciplinary action by Illinois state medical authorities.”
Here’s a little tidbit from my files on Klopfer’s abortion rival Ming the Merciless, also courtesy of the “Abortion Profiteers” series in 1978:
“Klopfer’s fellow staffer Ming K. Hah reportedly performed an exceptionally painful abortion on Rosa Naperstek-Taft, a 28-year-old abortion rights activist attorney, shortly after abortion on demand was made legal. She said, “It hurt so bad, and I was screaming so loud, they stuck a tampon in my mouth.”
[Comment: I wouldn’t put it past Senator Amy Klub-u-hard, a Dem presidential candidate and a credibly-accused staffer abuser, to do this to her female aides.]
Ms. Naperstek-Taft said she suffered massive infection and other complications from the abortion, and checked into a hospital when Hah couldn’t cure her. She said she lost all her reproductive organs, had to have her spleen and part of her colon cut out, and suffered damage to her heart, lungs, and kidneys because of the abortion. She also said she spent eight months in the hospital (three of it in the intensive care unit), and had to learn to talk and walk again. She said she sued Hah and won $600,000 in an out-of-court settlement. (pp. 15, 16)”
The four female snoops who went undercover at abortion facilities for this series were all pro-aborts. One sensitive caring pro-woman abortion businessman thratened to cut one of the woman’s breasts from her body. Today they would have had their heads cut off for being pro-aborts writing an undercover series that dared to criticize abortionists.
Fox TV Station 59, Indianapolis, had this to say about Klopfer in a 10/25/2019 article:
“Some who knew him recall the German-born Klopfer as a lonely, enigmatic figure. Unprompted, he would often tell how he took shelter as a 4-year-old when Allied planes bombed his hometown of Dresden during World War II. He would describe emerging three days later with buildings smoldering around him, bodies in the rubble.
When anti-abortion physician Geoffrey Cly met Klopfer in 2008 to discuss concerns that Klopfer’s procedures were endangering patients’ health, Klopfer immediately brought up the 1945 raids on Dresden, in which some 25,000 people died.
“How is the suffering from the bombing by the Americans in Dresden any different than the suffering of women by unwanted babies?” Cly recalled Klopfer saying.
[Comment: The Germans murdered 20 million Slavs and 6 million Jews. They deserved what happened in Dresden to happen to all of their cities.]
During protests at his clinics in 1993, police admonished him for shoving protesters. News reports at the time said officers rejected his suggestion they pour acid in protesters’ eyes.”
Klopfer was a born Nazi who got venom as well as milk from his mother’s breasts. It was only natural a scumbag like him would become an abortionist.
Klopfer lived near Crete, Illinois, in Will County, some miles south of Chicago, and only a few miles away from the Indiana line. From this spot, Klopfer could blitzkrieg babies and young women and girls in Chicago and Indiana.
Pete Butt-gig was mayor of South Bend during Klopfer’s final years as an abortionist in that town. Since Butt-gig enjoys sodomy and favors abortions, he apparently never had his inspectors or investigators check on this twisted Nazi’s racket. Butt-gig apparently is not against child molestation. And he tried to lay low when word got out about Klopfer.
Per Emily Larsen of the Washington Examiner, 9/18/2019, this:
“Following days of silence, 2020 Democrat [candidate] Pete Buttigieg Wednesday addressed the discovery of thousands of fetal remains in the home of late abortionist Ulrich Klopfer, who worked in the mayor’s hometown of South Bend, Indiana, for decades.
“Like everyone, I find the news out of Illinois extremely disturbing, and I think it’s important that it be fully investigated,” Buttigieg said on Wednesday. “I also hope it doesn’t get caught up in politics at a time when women need access to healthcare. There’s no question that what happened is disturbing. It’s unacceptable. And it needs to be looked into fully.”
[Note how Butt-gig and those like him say any crime is “politics” when his allies are guilty as sin. They are talking out of their tailpipes.]
Law enforcement officials on Friday said that they found 2,246 medically preserved aborted fetuses in the Illinois home of Klopfer, who died on Sept. 3. He operated three Indiana clinics in South Bend, Fort Wayne, and Gary, the last of which closed in 2016 in the midst of a state licensing board trial on documentation and reasonable care violations.
Buttigieg’s campaign previously ignored inquiries from the Washington Examiner about the Klopfer revelations and faced pressure to speak out about the fetal remains. Fox News host Tucker Carlson featured Buttigieg’s lack of a public statement in a Tuesday evening segment.
Republican National Committee spokeswoman Liz Harrington highlighted Buttigieg’s “extreme” views on abortion . “Buttigieg invokes the Bible to justify abortion up until a baby takes a breath. Will he use it to condemn the evil acts of an abortionist who operated unlicensed out of his home town?” Harrington said to the Washington Examiner, adding that for today’s Democrats, “nothing gets in the way of a radical, no-limits abortion agenda.”
[Would Pete the Pansy support abortion to end the lives of babies deemed to be more likely to grow up homosexual?]
Buttigieg, who is seeking the Democratic presidential nomination, declines to support any third-trimester abortion restrictions, saying, “These hypotheticals are set up to provoke a strong emotional reaction.” Earlier this month, he used the Bible to support abortion: “There’s a lot of parts of the Bible that talk about how life begins with breath,” Buttigieg said.
Butt-gieg ignores Paul’s letter to the Romans and the part in Genesis about Sodom and Gomorrah. They made him Butt-hurt.
The only thing Butt-gig would want to use the Bible for is as a booster seat or a podium step. Both uses make Peewee Pete look a little taller and less teen-like.
Meanwhile, the Catholic bishop of the diocese of South Bend and Fort Wayne has promised a dignified burial for Ulrich Klopfer’s tiny victims. Like in Nazi Germany, most aborted babies who are not sold for body parts wind up being incinerated in an oven.
Ulrich Klopfer was not the only abortionist who protected rapists. I found a case in which Planned Parenthood covered up the rape of an underage girl in the Cincinnati area. (Sources: Case Nos. A89-05595 and A92-07744, filed in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court). Other Planned Parenthood staffers across the nation have done likewise.
Here’s one of Planned Parenthood’s more hateful rapist-covering cases:
Teenage girls can undergo abortions and certain birth control treatments without parental consent. They can be prime targets for sex abuse at the hands of abortion facility staffers and sex clinic staffers. For example, published reports indicate a 15-year-old girl accused a Planned Parenthood staffer in downstate Illinois named Carl Burpo of sexual assault in 1991.
Knowing that a sex offender has many victims, Illinois state child protection agents demanded Planned Parenthood officials turn over a list of the 50 or so teenage girls Burpo had seen in a two-month period so they could question the girls about any sexual abuse the Planned Parenthood staffer could have inflicted on them.
Believe it or not, Planned Parenthood officials refused to turn over the names of the girls. They had the gall to claim the state’s sex crimes probe (which agents intended to do confidentially) would violate the girls’ confidentiality!
[Planned Parenthood staffers have dunned teenage girls and college coeds living at home for a few dollars routinely, thus outing them to their parents. They are self-serving liars.]
Planned Parenthood officials in 1991 worked out a deal with state officials in which they promised to contact the girls themselves.
Does this deal smell like a scam? This deal allowed Planned Parenthood, as the employer (and eventual possible co-defendant in a criminal case or a civil case) of an accused sex offender to have the chance to scare off witnesses without the state agents finding out. How? They’d have the opportunity to tell these girls their visits to the facility could be exposed if they were to go to the authorities with evidence against their doctor.
The sleazy deal between Planned Parenthood and state officials didn’t stop some women from coming forward. They accused Burpo of penetrating their vaginas and/or fondling their breasts. So did some teenage girls. In fact, some women or girls had made charges against Burpo as early as 1990. Burpo was indicted in 1992 on 21 counts of sexual misconduct stemming from these girls’ and women’s accounts.
Burpo denied everything. He claimed women and girls thought he may have touched them inappropriately because he suffered from hand tremors. He may have a point. Many men get the shakes when they’re sexually excited!
Burpo almost received a major break when a St. Clair County judge named James Radcliffe threw out eight felony sexual assault charges against him as being “too vague.” (What part of the accusations that Burpo sexually fondled young girls did this drooling judge not understand?)
The local prosecutors, to their credit, appealed this idiotic ruling. The Illinois Supreme Court in 1995 reinstated the charges. One dissenting judge, a legal scholar named Moses Harrison, justified his dissent in favor of the accused sex offender partly because Planned Parenthood was involved in abortion, a reporter wrote in so many words.
While Burpo awaited trial on the sex crimes he reportedly committed against girls and young women (some of whom were his patients at Planned Parenthood), he was indicted on multiple drug offense counts in 1993. The reporter covering Burpo’s ongoing criminal behavior reported Burpo was indicted for overprescribing drugs to a woman who turned around and pushed them in the area.
Burpo, in a 1995 plea-bargain, was allowed to plead guilty to eight counts of improperly prescribing drugs and three counts of billing the state for medical services he didn’t perform. (Evidently he added fraud to his criminal “talents” of drug pushing and sexual molestation.) In exchange, some sorry prosecutors dropped all of the remaining 19 sex charges and 272 other drug charges against him. Burpo received no jail time or fine for his offenses.
A reporter noted Burpo had been sued for malpractice seven times in the 10 years before the molestation charges became public in 1991. Can Planned Parenthood pick talent, or what?

Back to the Daleiden trial.
Planned Parenthood people may have a decades-long grudge against hardly-mentioned defendant Albin Rhomberg. He outed the finding of roughly 16,000 aborted babies in a shipping container in the L.A. area in 1982. They could have sold some of those babies for body parts.
Catherine Short. An incredibly good and honest lawyer.
Here’s lawyer Catherine Short’s commentary at trial, courtesy of the 10/14/2019 California Catholic Daily:
“CATHERINE SHORT: You saw in plaintiffs’ opening graphic there, there was an image of Mr. Daleiden’s 2013 project proposal for investigating fetal tissue trafficking. And I really hope when you get a better chance, you will really study that exhibit. It is really very important.
On Page 12 of that exhibit, it says: “Albin is a veteran of the pro-life movement in California and is an expert at acquiring hidden and hard-to-access documentation about the abortion industry.” That is 100 percent true. I’m just going to give you one example of Mr. Rhomberg’s expertise in legally gathering information. An example you’ll hear some more about.
In the early 1980s, Mr. Rhomberg learned of the discovery of around 16,000 aborted fetuses, some of very advanced gestation, in a repossessed shipping container in southern California. The container company called the Los Angeles County sheriffs, who brought in the District Attorney and the health department. And soon, many other folks and groups were involved.
As you might imagine, the event made the news. Abortion advocates wanted the bodies to be incinerated as medical waste. And they actually sued, brought a lawsuit to make sure that that happened.
Albin Rhomberg snapped this photo of L.A. County Coroner pathologists checking some of the 16.000 aborted babies found in a storage container in 1982.
Meanwhile, Mr. Rhomberg and a few associates worked to ensure that this particular body of evidence about the practice of abortion was not hidden or destroyed before it could be documented and made available to the public. As you will hear, he met with public officials, including officials from the District Attorney’s Office, and from the County Board of Supervisors. He gathered information from many sources. He lobbied for an official resolution from the Board of Supervisors, calling for an autopsy.
He listened here, he talked there. He finally ended up in the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office, documenting this discovery with his own camera. The photos he took that day have been published and republished in books and pamphlets and newspapers, distributed in the U.S. and Europe, Central and South America.
Obtaining and publishing those photos was a milestone in Mr. Rhomberg’s lifelong work of investigating, documenting and exposing the practices surrounding abortion.”
If more of our alleged pro-life politicians were work horses instead of show horses, they would look into Planned Parenthood staffers’ thousands of failures to report underage girls who are sex offense victims. It is illegal to fail to report.
Likewise, they would look into Planned Parenthood’s turnstile medicine in which profits come so far before patients that Planned Parenthood staffers have sent thousands of girls and young women to emergency hospitals in the past three decades.
And there are the many millions of dollars Planned Parenthood gets thru overbilling, thru having unqualified people do medical jobs reserved for those with at least some qualifications, and through short-changing medical care to girls and young women.
This kind of investigation could cost Planned Parenthood access to the $500 million of Medicaid dollars they get from you and me each year.
Are you up for it, GOPers and pro-life Dems?
Or are you scamming those who put you in office for your promises and professed beliefs?
If you are sincere, contact me at the number on this web page …. (812) 202-2886. I’d be happy to help you put together the evidence.

President Trump announced our troops have come back with pieces of ISIS top dog Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi in a body bag. He said Baghdadi died whimpering in fear like a coward … and blowing up himself and three children when American troops cornered him in a raid. It took DNA testing to confirm this evil shit was the one whe was dead.
President Trump confirmed our people let Turks, Kurds, Russians, and Syrians in the area know we were coming and to stay the hell out of the way. He did not let our bedwetting NATO allies know. Nor did he let our top members of the bedwetting Senate or bedcrapping House know about the raid until it was done and our men were safe. President Trump said he did not want any leaks that would lead to our men getting killed or wounded.
Predictably, Nancy Pelosi and the Stinky Schiff and other moral midgets with power on Capitol Hill bitched. But then, Donald Trump knows who the real enemies of the Republic are, and he gave them the silent treatment. They are anti-American Schiffstains who are not to be trusted.
Parents of James Foley, who al-Baghdadi ordered beheaded, and of Kayla Mueller, who al-Baghdadi used as a sex slave before she was beheaded on his orders or otherwise murdered on his orders, thanked President Trump and our brave fighting men for killing their children’s executioner.
President Trump’s schlonging of Nancy Pelosi and other top Congressquislings kept the media from having to say much about the resignation of Congresswoman Katie Hill. Katie offered her neck to the sword to keep the Democrats from having to justify allowing her to sexually use a female campaign staffer for a year and then get her libido recharged by a male subordinate for another year.
Katie Hill, lower left and left, took one in the neck for her party. After she allegedly partied her head off with a female aide and a current male staffer. In this altered Schiff-worthy photo, Katie gets support and hopefully some directional guidance from an unnamed young woman. Katie was not feeling much like commenting when reached by reporters. She was concentrating more on not stepping on her own noggin during her out-of body Halloween week experience. Could a career in Hollywood or at least Chatsworth be next for the cute Congressblonde with no boundaries?
In Katie’s defense, she was far more selfless than Al Franken or Bill Clinton about owning up to sexually using her subordinates. Emesis Face Franken was forced out and Epstein pal Bill is still free despite all the women and girls he has abused.
Katie Hill won public office without needing the coattails of her husband. Unlike Hillary.
In related news, Ilhan Omar (Jihadi, Somaliapolis) does not intend to make any Middle East trips any time soon. She reportedly fears being stoned for cheating on her brother.
