Saturday, as hundreds of people were shopping at a Wal-Mart in El Paso, Texas, someone came into the store and started shooting at them.
Some dweeby looking rich kid now sits in jail, accused of murdering 20 or more innocent people and wounding maybe 30 more. Most of the victims were Latinos. None of them deserved this.
The dweeb is the gun grabbers’ latest poster child. Why? Because he supposedly posted an attack against illegals on social media. Leftist politicians, leftist media types, and other leftists are circling like vultures, feeding on the corpses of the dead and vomiting up their twisted takes.

Some said he was a registered Republican. Others said he was a registered Democrat. I looked up the suspect’s voting record in Collin County, Texas … his party registration is not on the public record. Democrat and Republican operatives can pay for the voter rolls in that county and get his party registration.
Meanwhile, some guy shot his own sister and her guy and several other people to death in the upscale bar district of Dayton, Ohio, in the wee hours of Sunday morning. None of them deserved this.

Heavy.com reported the shooter attacked Trump for allegedly wanting to shoot immigrants at the border, and he blamed a Republican senator for “looking the other way” after the Broward County, Florida school shooting.
Heavy.com and other media sources reported kids who went to school with Connor Betts, the shooter, said he got off on scaring girls. They said he stalked girls, bullied girls, and trapped one in a car till she started crying, They said they reported his evil behavior to school officials, but they did nothing. Eventually they said he drew a suspension for his “kill list” and his “rape list,” and came back to school.
Connor was not a loner in high school. He was an athlete and a lead in a school play. Despite being a leftist, he was also in the JROTC. Probably he wanted access to firearms.
Ironically, Heavy.com reported, Betts’ father Steve, a government contractor, was also a critic of guns after the Newtown, CT school shooting, and posted anti-Trump opinions. So did his mom Moira.
Since Connor Betts was allegedly a Trump-hating leftist, his evil crimes will not have the value for the virtue vomiting vultures that the El Paso murders will. But the victims are just as dead and all those victims’ friends and loved ones are grieving. For every heart a murderer stops, he breaks many others in the process.
A learning point: A weapon can only shoot in one direction at a time. If a shooter is near you and you can mess up his aim by grabbing the barrel of his weapon, do so. A bar patron grabbed Bett’s rifle barrel, and this enabled Dayton police to shoot him because he couldn’t return fire.

James Shaw Jr., a young black man, did something similar to stop the shooting rampage of a scumbag who opened fire in a Waffle House eatery in the Nashville area in 2018. The killer, Travis Reinking, white, was wearing only a coat; he fled naked after Shaw stopped him and disarmed him. (Reinking killed four people, all who were black or Hispanic.)

Illinois authorities took his guns from him and gave them to his father with the warning not to return them to his fruitbag son. Father Knows Worst ignored them. One of the guns would be the Waffle House murder weapon.
You read that correctly. No jail time for threatening the President at the White House. Now you see why President Trump holds so many events at his private clubs with his own security at the ready. Too many Secret Service agents are part of the “Resistance” to our duly elected president, who is the enemy of the Deep State.

President Trump has promised some action against mass shooters. A law separating the mentally ill from firearms and indulgent families who enable their crazies to hurt others is in order. Democrats will support such a law, and will target everyone who doesn’t agree with them to be mentally ill. This is why such a law will need safeguards against government abuse. Likewise, such a law needs penalties for people who cover for the mentally ill to allow them to have firearms. Family members whine about what they tried to do, but their crazies still got loose and killed.

I served two stints at Fort Bliss outside of El Paso when I was a young Army officer. I loved that town and had many a good time there. And 99 and I live not too far from Dayton, in the center of the Ohio Valley. I did some of my forensic science training at the University of Dayton, a Catholic school, and later I was a self-employed contractor on a government aviation project that the school spearheaded. I have ties and sympathies to both towns.
The Dayton massacre, which happened in the wee hours of this morning, ended when police shot the shooter to death. The shooter is about to embark on a very painful Eternity.
Whoever did the shooting in El Paso needs to die by execution. After the government proves he committed all those murders and woundings.
What makes the United States different from other countries is the government has to prove a person committed a crime, and was mentally competent to know what he was doing was wrong.
Someone allegedly posted an anti-illegal screed in the suspect’s name on the Internet. Was it himself? Or did someone else do it? And if he did it, was he venting his honest emotions, or was he trying to mislead people? We don’t know the answers to these question yet.
And if he did post the screed, does that mean he committed the crimes? We don’t know that yet either.
These are all questions that police and prosecutors need to resolve.
The suspect looks like a dork. Does that make him guilty? Did he commit the crime? And if so, was it out of a sense of inadequacy or frustration?
Before I address the charge leftists who hate real Americans are making that the suspect is inflamed by the phrase “immigrant invasion” and acted on it, I’m going to ask a few questions myself. Let’s do a little profiling of mass shooters.
WHY DID THE SUSPECT CHOOSE EL PASO?
Illegals are everywhere in Tejas. Even in the Dallas area, just below the suspect’s home town.
And from the suspect’s home town of Allen, Texas, it is much closer to the heavily Hispanic counties at and near the mouth of the Rio Grande than it is from Allen to El Paso.
Dee Margo, a pro-illegal Republican businessman (think cheap labor), who has clashed with Donald Trump, is mayor of El Paso. Did the suspect think it would be easier for him to shoot up a Wal-Mart in El Paso (with a mayor critical of President Trump) than in Brownsville or McAllen or Laredo dead south of him? Did he look on line to see how few people with weapons and concealed carry permits live in El Paso?
DOES THE SUSPECT HAVE INDULGENT PARENTS?
Most of the people you are about to read about were shitty and/or wacky kids of parents who shielded them. The suspect comes from a high-income neighborhood.

Is his medication a possible cause of his murderous actions, assuming he committed them? Improperly-prescribed meds turn a number of nutty people homicidally nuts. Or is he off his meds, thus leading to his homicidal urges?

Colorado theater shooter James Holmes had tried to kill himself a couple of times as a kid, and was having trouble in college despite his IQ and perceived brilliance. Several University of Colorado shrinks and other shrinks worked with him.
Holmes was still evil and sharp enough to pick a theater for his mass shooting because he figured there would be no armed people to shoot back at him. He was a coward too. After his conviction, Colorado authorities, fearing for the safety of this precious student, a convert to Islam, after inmates beat him up, sent him on your dime to a federal pen in Pennsylvania where he can read superhero comics, pray to Mecca five times a day, and massage his ego till he dies. DID THE SUSPECT COMMIT ANY CRIME IN OBTAINING THE FIREARMS?
Many killers steal weapons or get others to buy or steal weapons for them. Travis Reinking’s dad gave him guns state officials took from him.

We have covered in previous columns with statistics that homosexual and bisexual males are much more prone to commit rape than normally wired males. Likewise for lesbian and bicurious females being more prone to commit rape than normally wired females.
The same trend may hold for mass shooters and serial killers.
Dean Corll, a Texas candy manufacturer, in the early 1970s hired two teenagers to lure boys to his house. Then he would rape them and murder them, sometimes with the help of the accomplice teenager. One of the accomplices finally shot and killed Corll after Corll threatened to kill him for bringing a girl out to his house to be a victim. Corll and his accomplices killed roughly 30 teenage boys.
John Wayne Gacy, the Illinois serial killer clown, was a homosexual predator who targeted teen boys. He raped and murdered more than 30 boys in the 1970s. Finally he was caught, found guilty, and executed.

Wayne Williams was convicted for killing two young men in the Atlanta area in the early 1980s. He was a homosexual; he was also a suspect in the murders of 25 to 30 missing black boys in the area. The authorities did not have DNA testing at the time; they do now and are finally starting to test the forensic evidence to see if Williams is the killer of all those young boys. Since he is in prison for life, he’s not going anywhere soon.
Jeffrey Dahmer, another homosexual serial killer, raped boys and young gay guys he kidnapped or picked up and then cannibalized them. Another inmate killed him in the pen in Wisconsin in 1994.
Adam Lanza, the Newtown CT school murderer, was a pedophile. His laptop’s contents, reluctantly released by the FBI, had child pornography, articles that justified adults having sex with children, and a play he had written about a 30-year-old male sodomizing a 10-year-old boy.
One moronic shrink claimed Lanza killed children to avoid having sex with them, implying he should have raped the children. This is a guy who needs his license set on fire while he is confined to a room with wallpaper by Goodyear.
Omar Mateen shot and killed 50 or so homosexuals and bisexuals at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, Florida in 2016. It turned out Omar, whose roots are in Afghanistan, was bisexual himself. Was he mad because other alternative lifestyle types wouldn’t sheik their booties with him? Or was he telling the truth when he called law enforcement during the shooting and said he was angry Americans were bombing Moslems?

IS THE SUSPECT KNOWN TO AUTHORITIES?
Nikolas Cruz, the kid who shot up the high school in Coward County, Florida, got into all kinds of trouble at school and the cops visited him roughly 40 times. He was also known to government child protective services payrollers, government-hired shrinks, and the FBI. Yet none of them did a thing to stop him. Coward County deputies cowered outside and wet themselves, while real men from the Coral Springs police entered the school to protect the kids.
It turned out the guardian of the kid’s trust fund and his brother’s trust fund, one Rocxanne Deschamps, was looting it, with court and attorney help, and this bothered the kid. Rocxanne the greedy rockheart had Nikolas’ kid brother Zack committed right after the school shooting, then sent her lawyer to claim the trust money for the two kids. The greedy bitch knew otherwise the trust fund money, at least Nikolas’ portion of it, would be going to a defense lawyer or to the victims.
Rocxanne the corpse robber then hired notorious shyster Gloria Allred to represent her. That act is almost an admission by Rocxanne that she is a scumbag.
Devin Kelley, who murdered 26 people and wounded at least 20 others at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas in 2017, was a violent kid in high school who stalked and molested girls. Yet school authorites did nothing to punish him.
He was the same kind of asshole in the Air Force. He beat his wife and broke the skull of his toddler stepson. He earned a domestic violence conviction and a court-martial. He also smuggled weapons onto his Air Force base and threatened to kill an officer. And he escaped from a loony bin. Yet the Air Force JAG-offs and the nuthouse managers did not put him on the background check list to keep him away from firearms.
After his dishonorable discharge, Kelley beat a rape charge because lazy lawmen and law women did not look hard enough for the victim or for him when he moved out of the area. Kelley remarried and became an irritating atheist. His second wife left him. She and her family attended the little church Kelley shot up; he killed the young woman’s grandmother along with 19 other people during church services. Fortunately two men saw Kelley leave the church and one of them shot him. They chased him until he crashed, and he shot himself in the noggin to end his miserable life.
No Democrat or ACLU type or Wisconsin separation of manhood and state wack job who hates God was blamed for Kelley’s murderous attack. Instead, authorities conveniently blamed it on his arguments with his estranged wife and her kin.
IS THE SUSPECT A POTHEAD?
Jared Lee Loughner, who shot and wounded Arizona politician Gabby Giffords and killed six innocent people, was a doper. He had the drug arrests and convictions to prove it. Classmates of his from high school said the drug abuse changed his personality. THC is capable of triggering mental illnesses in some people.
Campus police at Loughner’s community college had to intervene with him several times. School officials wanted him to leave. Loughner’s parents took his guns and tried to immobilize his car, but they never tried to commit him.

“Several college classmates recalled an incident in which Loughner, during a class discussion, had mocked and laughed at a young woman who was describing her abortion. One classmate described Loughner’s reaction as “wildly inappropriate”. “(Loughner) started making comments about terrorism and laughing about killing the baby,” former classmate Don Coorough recalled to ABC News. Yet another classmate, Lydian Ali, recalled that “a girl had written a poem about an abortion. It was very emotional and she was teary eyed and he said something about strapping a bomb to the fetus and making a baby bomb out of it.”
Planned Parenthood and other abortionists escaped blame when Loughner the pothead murdered six innocent people and wounded the Gabby congresswoman. Gabby is blaming the NRA, not Planned Parenthood or the drug culture or the shrinks, for Loughner’s attack.

Tashfeen Malik and her man Syed Rizwan Farook aka “Fatima and Clyde” were a Moslem couple who shot up a group of government employees at a Christmas party in San Bernardino, California in 2015. He was born in America to Pakistani parents; she was an import from Pakistan. The male Moslem worked as a government employee. He and his female were involved in importing other Moslems and sham marrying them to US nationals. They had also planned bombings as early as 2011. They killed 14 and wounded more than 20 others.
Dzhokar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev aka Joker and Flathead (after Joker panicked and ran over his older brother’s noggin with their getaway vehicle), Moslem Chechnyan brothers, bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013. The Tsarnaevs and their imported relatives were sucking hundreds of thousands of dollars in social services benefits from the taxpayers. Flathead is dead but Joker unfortunately is still with us.
In 1993, some imported jihadists parked a truck loaded with explosives in a parking garage under the north office tower of the World Trade Center. They intended to topple the north tower into the south tower, collapsing them both and killing many thousands. The bomb underachieved; they “only” wounded more than 1000 people and murdered six with the van bomb.
Practice makes perfect. Moslem foreigners gulled losers Terry Nichols and Timothy McVeigh into helping prep and parking a truck loaded with explosives outside a federal government office building in 1995. The explosion killed close to 200 people and wounded hundreds. Nichols’ wife was a Filipina; Nichols visited the Philippines multiple times without her. On one of these trips he met with Ramzi Yousef, one of the conspirators in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, on the Moslem-dominated island of Mindanao, according to an al-Qaida-linked group leader in the Philippines and according to Filipino authorities. McVeigh, an Army buddy of Nichols, expressed remorse for the killing of Moslems he had done during the war with Iraq. Nichols and McVeigh wer too unskilled to make the truck bomb. Investigators like TV newsgal Jayna Davis and truly legendary muckraker J.D. Cash and the citizen investigator couple Glenn and Kathy Wilburn (Hall of Famers in the How To Be Your Own Detective Nation) found out about some of the Middle Eastern help they got.
Ramzi’s uncle Khalid Sheikh Mohammed masterminded even a bloodier series of attacks on Americans. This of course was the 9-11 operation. The 19 airplane hijackers, mostly Saudi Arabians, killed roughly 3000 innocent people and wounded another 6000 or so in two strikes on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and a farm in the Appalachians in western Pennsylvania. This does not count all the first responders who have died from various 9-11 related causes since then. People I know assisted in the recovery operations at Ground Zero; one has suffered horribly healthwise as a result.
ARE WE HAVING AN IMMIGRANT INVASION?

Since the suspect in the El Paso murders reportedly used “immigrant invasion” or “invasion of immigrants” or something like it in a Web post, leftists are attacking the straight talk of President Trump and all of us who support the rights of Americans to quiet enjoyment of their nation.
Per the Washington Examiner, 2/11/2019, President Trump in February 2019 made public these crime stats to prove many of the illegals wish us harm:
“President Trump said Monday that Democrats favor allowing some of “the worst people in the world” to enter the United States, citing a list of crimes committed by illegal immigrants.
Trump, speaking alongside sheriffs at the White House, blasted Democrats for proposing a cap on immigrant detentions, a new sticking point in border policy discussions that could force another partial government shutdown Feb. 15.
“Kidnapping. These are people that kidnap people. The Democrats want them to come into our society. I don’t think so. Anybody here would like to have a lot of kidnappers left in our society? I won’t bother waiting for you to raise your hand,” Trump said.
In making his case that there should not be a cap on illegal immigrant detentions, Trump read aloud a recently released report from the Department of Homeland Security detailing the crimes that resulted in immigrant arrests in fiscal year 2018.
“Assault: 63,000 people. Larceny: 20,000 people. Fraudulent activities: 12,000 people. Burglaries: 12,000 people,” Trump recited. “Robberies: 5,991. Sexual assaults: 6,350. Forgeries: 5,158. Stolen property: 4,062. … Kidnappings: 2,085. Homicides, murder, murderers: 2,028.”
In one year, illegals committed 2000 homicides. Per Wikipedia, “As of July 27, 2018, there have been 2,372 U.S. military deaths in the War in Afghanistan. 1,856 of these deaths have been the result of hostile action. 20,320 American servicemembers have also been wounded in action during the war. In addition, there were 1,720 U.S. civilian contractor fatalities.”
In other words, from 2001 to the end of FY 2018, a period of 17 years, our opponents in Afghanistan have killed almost 1900 American men and women in uniform and another 1700 or so civilian contractors. And they have been trying to kill our people in a real war.
By comparison, illegals killed more Americans in one year than our armed enemies in Afghanistan killed uniformed Americans in 17 years. And the illegals wounded 63,000 Americans, three times the number of American uniformed people our enemies in Afghanistan have wounded in 17 years.

Trump dunked on the media, the Democrats and the RINO neverTrumpers like Unfit Mitt Romney. Mitt’s own father George was born in Mexico to a woman who along with her sister wives and polygamous husband, was a fugitive from American justice.
All the crimes President Trump mentioned are avoidable if we could keep the illegal criminals out of this country.
Some opponents of our immigration enforcement effort will try to claim for some crimes, illegals aren’t as prone to commit them as citizens. Great. So are they arguing we need more alien criminals and loafers because their white-collar criminality might be a little lower? See the pathological lying of these people? They should be kept away from firearms because there is something wrong with them.
Most leftists in public office and the media who attack President Trump for pointing out the obvious are too busy commiting violations of the Commandments against idolatry, blasphemy, murder, assault, lying, cheating, stealing, coveting, and/or sex with people of the opposite sex without their will, or sex with people of the same sex with or without their will, or sex with animals or instrumentalities to have the time of day for Angel Moms and others who have lost loved ones to illegal criminals.
Why the hell are our people in Afghanistan protecting people who rape boys, girls, and herd animals when they could be on the borders and ports of entry of our nation protecting our own people by keeping violent criminals out?
GOVERNMENT INCOMPETENCE AND CORRUPTION ARE REASONS TO ARM YOURSELF
Now let’s look at the government incompetence angle.
The FBI butchered the investigation that could have prevented 9-11. Robert Mueller, the corruptocrat who ran the cover operation for the illegal FBI and CIA and DOJ spying operation against President Trump, was in charge of the FBI when Arab Moslems struck on that day in 2001.
The FBI ignored the Tsarnaev brothers, the Moslem Chechnyans who bombed the Boston Marathon in 2013, after Russian officials told the feds how dangerous the two were.
The FBI ignored the Moslem couple who shot up a group of government employees at a Christmas party in San Bernardino, California in 2015.
The FBI ignored the bisexual “Mecca Me Moan” Moslem who shot up a gay nightclub in Orlando in 2016, even though they had info on him.
FBI director Christopher Wray admitted his agency’s personnel had crapped the bed yet again in the Nickolas Cruz case. This is the yet another in a string of FBI failures to protect the public when they knew about violent people who hated Americans before they acted on their desires to kill innocent people.
Speaking of mass shootings, when are the FBI and the Deep State going to admit the depth of their involvement in the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting?
Supposedly a lone shooter shot at the Mandalay Bay Hotel’s private security guard and a maintenance man thru the door of his hotel suite before he started firing on the crowd. SWAT team people were supposedly in the vicinity of the suite soon after the shooter stopped shooting, but waited for at least an hour before trying to go into it.

Why were the private security guard and maintenance man hidden out for several days and made public only on the Ellen Degenerate show? Do most Americans know Ellen had a stake in the action with MGM Resorts, which owned the Mandalay Bay Hotel?
In September 2017, Ellen gladhanded gamblers playing the slots at the MGM Grand. They have Ellen De Generes slot machines. This came from Kathryn Allison, writing for “Casinopedia” 9/21/2017. Kathryn tastefully declined to tell Canadian players not to feed any of their beaver nickels to Ellen’s slots.
Maybe the guard and the maintenance guy saw who came and/or went from the suite and the room alleged lone gunman Stephen Paddock rented. There were multiple shooters, and the shooting stopped before any kind of law enforcement response. Did an FBI plant kill the other shooter (allegedly Stephen Paddock) and escape so all the damage could be pinned on Paddock?
If there are other people involved, they or their people would not want the employees sharing this with a national TV audience. Were the employees themselves in on the plot, ask some.
Was Paddock’s federal accounting background, pilot’s license, and gambling lifestyle a cover for a government project, some are asking. How did Paddock get the money for the weapons and his high stakes gambling lifestyle? Was he laundering money by gambling in casinos? Was he selling arms?
Independent journalist Laura Loomer posted on line a flyer, purportedly printed by MGM Resorts managers (MGM Resorts owns most of the Mandalay Bay Hotel), encouraging Mandalay Bay employees to donate to groups like CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations), a front group for Islamist extremists in the United States, and to the leftist extremist group Southern Poverty Law Center.
Then there’s the issue of the Four Seasons Hotel. This is a hotel within the Mandalay Bay Hotel, basically the 35th to the 39th floors of the massive building. Who owns the Four Seasons Hotel? According to an article in the Las Vegas Review Journal published two months before the murderous attack on the concert goers, a Saudi Arabian prince owns almost 50% interest in this hotel, which starts three floors above the floor where the shooter(s) shot at the victims.
Ms. Loomer reported valet records indicate Paddock was at the hotel as early as 9/25/2017, almost a week before the massacre. She accused FBI officials of lying.
FBI officials said Paddock was alone in the suite. But room service receipts that surfaced implied he was ordering for two. Who was with Paddock in the room, helping him eat overpriced room service food?
A prostitute has come forward saying she allowed Paddock to indulge in violent rape fantasies on her person several times in exchange for several thousand dollars per session. But that was months ago, she said, and he was fired up because he had been winning big at the casinos. Interesting thing …. the prostie said Paddock was a 9-11 “truther” who blamed the feds for the Arabs’ attacks that killed thousands of Americans. Not a john’s typical pillow talk. Even if the gal was bound and gagged, so she couldn’t talk back.
Another prostitute has reportedly claimed she was with Paddock in one of the rooms at the Mandalay Bay hotel. But she did not report the presence of a lot of weapons or ammo or other operatives. How could she miss 20 firearms, if they weren’t brought in at the last minute by Paddock or his helpers?
Why did the shooter or shooters stop shooting after 10 minutes? Was anyone shooting from a room that was not in the room and next-door suite Paddock rented? Was any shooter able to get out of the suite without being seen by Campos, Schuck, or the hotel cameras and those who checked them? Or did they see (or record) and not tell?
Why did the FBI cover this all up? Was it another weapons sting gone bad, like Fast and Furious, only this time it led to the murders of 60 or so Americans and the wounding of hundreds?
“Do you think this was all accomplished on his own?” Clark County (Las Vegas) Sheriff Lombardo asked, noting the arsenal of weapons the shooter amassed, and the discovery of explosives in his car. He added: “You’ve got to make the assumption he had to have some help at some point.”
Then Lombardo was silenced almost Omerta-like by the feds.

The cities with the worst murder rates have been under Democrat control for decades. In my Dad’s and Mom’s hometown, Chicago, there has not been a GOP mayor since Big Bill Thompson, who was supported by the Capone Outfit. Pushcart Tony Cermak, a Democrat supported by rival mobsters, beat him when he ran for re-election in 1931. Chicago has gun control and roughly 700 murders a year.
Theodore McKeldin was the last GOPer to run Baltimore. He left office in 1967. Thomas D’Allessandro, the father of Nancy Pelosi, lost a re-election bid in 1959 to another Democrat. Nancy’s brother Thomas beat McKeldin. One thing the older D’Allessandro was that Nancy never was was a strong supporter of Jewish refugees and an opponent of FDR’s pro-Arab and pro-British policies keeping Jewish refugees from settling in the Holy Land.
Nancy and other Dems have been defending corrupt Dem rule of Nickel City after President Trump blasted it for its murder rate, its rat infestation, its crime, and the corruption of its leaders. Baltimore in reent years has averaged about 300 murders a year, with a much lower population than Chicago. St. Louis, Newark, Detroit, and Cleveland, also long-time Democrat-run cesspools, also have high murder rates.
Yet no one blames the corrupt and incompetent mayors and councils, the hamstrung or willfully ineffective police, the bad prosecutors, or the corrupt and incompetent judges in these places. Their murderers don’t cause leftist politicians to call for the abolishment of the Second Amendment. Doing so would make Democrats look bad. Besides, paraphrasing a former corruptocrat female mayor of Baltimore, all the felons in her city and these other cities need room to destroy.
Cops under-enforce laws in leftist cities and counties if they want to keep their jobs. In leftist counties, criminals are constituents who vote Democrat. So public officials order the cops to use minimal force in protecting the public and making arrests.
Public officials in leftist counties tend to hire cops who are followers, guys and gals who follow orders instead of thinking for themselves. Some of these counties, whose officials want to contain police spending, won’t hire cops whose IQs are above 110. They claim the sharper cops will leave because they will get bored with their work, or will realize they are underpaid for what they have to do. Federal judges agree with communities and throw out lawsuits by men who are smarter than a locality’s IQ limit for hiring police.
Unsaid in the politicians’ policy of hiring policemen and policewomen of lesser intelligence is that sharper cops will figure out how to investigate and bust corrupt officials.
Police chiefs report to the mayors who hire them. Sheriffs respond to the citizens who elect them. Maybe electing police chiefs who are independent of mayors will improve crime fighting in these cities whose people are under siege from the criminals.
The silent partner of many murderers are the ACLU. Take a bow, shysters.
The ACLU and government officials with similar harmful agendas have enshrined the “right to privacy” so much that government agents don’t trade info with each other on dangerous people who commit crimes at schools. And the ACLU people make government agents irresolute in pursuing harmful people.
The ACLU, IMO, to which I am entitled, is a scavenger organization whose lawyers bring lawsuits of dubious to zero value against small to medium government units. Once the ACLU gets a crackpot or corrupt judge to agree with them, the government agency usually settles. Even if the knucklehead plaintiff who is angry at a town Nativity Scene or at a veterans’ memorial with a cross receives nominal damages, the ACLU gets huge lawyer fees. This is how they have been able to wreck so many common sense traditions, practices, and institutions. They parasite off of taxpayers.
“Privacy rights ” is one of the ploys they use. Because of the ACLU, the doctors’ lobby and militant feminists, for example, many parents find out their teenage daughter has undergone an abortion only when they find her in a hospital emergency room, or collapsed and bled out at home. Or when an abortion mill staffer sends the girl a bill for six more dollars they “forgot” to bill earlier.
And then there are the child protection system payrollers, who benefit from the corruption and ineptutide in the system. Many of them steal children from decent families and place them in abusive foster homes. Many foster households contain child molesters. The social workers and agents don’t check on kids. Is it any wonder that lawmen say most of the kids they rescue when they bust child sex traffickers are runaways from the child protective services bureaucracy and evil foster parents?
In short, the government and those who influence government officials are at fault. And very seldom do they receive punishment for their wrongdoing.
For example, the local cops, the local school officials, the government contractor shrinks, the government child services people, and the FBI (who a bail bondsman tipped off about Nikolas’ plans) all shit the bed. If a damned one of them had done his or her job, Nikolas Cruz would be in an institution other than prison, and those kids he murdered would not be six feet below.
In the James Holmes case, supposedly government shrinks ignored him,and a suicide hotline worker hung up on him days before the murders. Colorado University spokesliars said a mailroom clerk misplaced his mailing of a deeply disturbing notebook to his on-campus psychiatrist. Another shrink said the shooter needed involuntary confinement but he was afraid the shooter would go off on him and others. They all made excuses for their incompetence and gutlessness.
The high school Devin Kelley attended wasn’t without blame either. Other teens reported Kelley was a creepy and threatening oddball. One girl reported him for sexual assault. High school officials did nothing about it. The public school systems across this country cover for their unionized sex-abusing teachers who rape children. Why would they care if another student is copying their teachers’ evil examples?
Here’s the report on the crimes from the San Antonio Express-News:
“A girl, identified as “Alexandra,” told the paper that Kelley repeatedly shoved and groped her in the halls at New Braunfels High School during the 2008-2009 school year, when she was a freshman.
She also said that Kelley slapped her buttocks on at least one occasion.
“He harassed me any time I was in school,” Alexandria said. “I reported what I could to the school, but nothing was ever done.”
Air Force, mental hospital, sheriff department and/or local prosecutor, and school officials all failed when Kelley tested them and victims came forward. No one will get punished. That’s how government works.

If only the government legally has guns, they will shoot you dead in the streets or in your home and claim they thought you resisted.
They will stand and back like cowards and let criminals murder your children in schools or let Antifa animals beat up old people and young outnumbered people.

They realized the government couldn’t protect everyone. As Sheriff David Clarke, an honest and pro-Second Amendment Democrat, said in so many words, “When seconds matter, the police are minutes away. Have a gun and a plan.”
A key reason for being armed is the ability to protect yourself and your loved ones. I covered how Indiana farmers possed up and captured the Automatic Trio aka the Car Barn Bandits, the punks who murdered my great-great-grandfather Bohumil (Benny) Legro in his saloon for $8 the till contained. (Bohumil is Czech for Benjamin.) They murdered seven other men and escaped Chicago but not Indiana.
I also covered how armed citizens helped in the fight to drive Pancho Villa’s varmints out of Columbus, New Mexico in 1916.
In 1876, the armed citizens of Northfield, Minnesota, many who were Civil War vets, shot up the James-Younger Gang as they were robbing the local bank. Men surrounded the bank and killed two of the eight outlaws and seriously wounded the other six. Hundreds of Minnesotans possed up and captured the three Younger brothers. Another of their outlaws suffered “lead poisoning.” Only Frank and Jesse James, both badly wounded, were able to escape; they rode into the Dakota Territory.
In 1892, the Dalton Gang, consisting of three Dalton brothers and two other outlaws, hit two banks simultaneously in their hometown Coffeyville, Kansas. Problem is townspeople recognized them. They engaged the gang members in a gun battle, and killed all the outlaws but Emmett Dalton. A couple of the townspeople died in the gunfight. Emmett would win parole many years later and work in Hollywood as a technical director showing the actors how to simulate bank robberies and gunfights.
The Founding Fathers realized if the security of people is solely in the government’s hands, at best the government people will botch the job. At worst, they will take advantage of unarmed citizens and rule like tyrants.
