Kamala Devi Harris, a top-tier candidate for the Democrats’ presidential nomination, rose to power via the casting couch. Specifically, that of California Democrat Mac Daddy Willie Brown.
She is a darling of the Harveywood set …. many entertainment cartel people give her money.
Planned Parenthood and other nonunion butchers in the abortion trade see Kamala as one of their own.

Kamala Harris won some love from many Democrats a week or so ago when she said Joe Biden was wrong to oppose forced busing to achieve racial balance. She made these remarks during the second night of the Democrat Candidates Debates aka Clown Car Demo Derby I and Clown Car Demo Derby II.
Per the Sacramento Bee, 6/29/2019, this:
“California Sen. Kamala Harris got into a testy exchange with former Vice President Joe Biden at the first Democratic presidential debate on Thursday over racial issues.
“You know, there was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools and she was bussed to school every day and that little girl was me,” Harris told Biden.
She repeated the line later in her exchange after accusing Biden of being opposed to busing in America.
“I was part of the second class to integrate Berkeley, California public schools almost two decades after Brown v. Board of Education,” she noted.
Harris’s campaign immediately posted an elementary school photo of the senator on Twitter and started selling $30 “That Little Girl Was Me” T-shirts on its website to commemorate the viral moment.”
[Comment: In other words, her attack on Joe Biden was preplanned as a marketing scheme designed to suck cash from the stupid.
Like Stormy Daniels, Kamala knows how to cash in on notoriety – even notorious notoriety. Stormy is at least honest about what she is.
The only problem with Kamala’s marketing ploy was Kamala was lying, Again.
Someone found a Berkeley high school yearbook from 1963, before Kamala was born. There were many black students in the high school. This truth made a stir.
CNN and other leftists couldn’t wait to kiss Kamala’s derriere. They claimed she was factually and substantively correct anyway, based on remarks some paid doofus with the Berkeley public school system made.
The truth wasn’t quite on their side. That’s why they are fake news.]
Someone at the Sacramento Bee practiced some actual journalism and checked further. Here’s what he found:
“Harris received praise from some California lawmakers after the debate, including Gov. Gavin (Any Twosome) Newsom, who tweeted, “America saw tonight what I’ve seen for 25 years. Couldn’t be more proud of Kamala Harris.”
But Harris’s story of integration is more complex than she made it out to be.
While it’s true she was among the second class of students at Thousand Oaks Elementary School to participate in a fully integrated busing program, she was far from the first black child to attend the school.
Data from the Berkeley Unified School District shows the school had 15 black students in 1963 — a year before Harris was born. They represented 3% of the total elementary school student body, while other schools in the district had a black population as high as 97%.
A fierce advocate of integration, Neil Sullivan moved to California 1964 to take over as superintendent. In the subsequent years, a task force reported to him to address the de facto segregation in the community.
In 1967, Sullivan’s team drafted a plan for all elementary schools to have black representation between 35% and 45%. By that time, the district had already desegregated its secondary schools — grades 7 to 12.
Black representation had grown slightly in the early-1960s. By 1967, the district considered its schools to be “partially desegregated,” but still “making progress toward racial integration,” according to documents obtained by The Sacramento Bee. The records show one in ten students at Thousand Oaks Elementary School in 1967 were black.”
The reporter threw Kamala a bone. He continued:
“These schools shall be totally desegregated in September, 1968, and we might make history on that day,” Sullivan said in a May 1967 education board meeting.
After a pilot program and the launch of a formal busing program that fall, the schools had been more evenly divided. During the first year of the program — a year before Harris arrived in 1969 — black enrollment jumped from 10% to 37%. The district’s data shows an increase in black representation at Thousand Oaks from 37% to 41% by the end of Harris’s first year of school.
Harris’s campaign did not respond to specific questions about the senator’s comments but reaffirmed the fact that she entered Thousand Oaks Elementary School in the fall of 1969 — the second year of full integration for the district’s elementary schools.”
Kamala Harris did not grow up poor and black. Like Barack Obama, she is at least half Caucasian.
Kamala’s father Donald is a professor at Stanford. He is black and is from Jamaica. He also has some white blood. In fact, he noted he and Kamala had white relatives of British blood who owned a plantation and slaves on Jamaica.
This could be a reason Kamala hates celebrating American independence.
Kamala’s mother was Shyamala Gopalan, a cancer researcher from India. It takes money to get that sort of an education. Kamala’s mama was high-caste.

Berkeley, home of the University of California, was an easygoing town race-wise. The high school was fully integrated before Kamala was born, and by the time she was ready for Romper Room, so were the middle schools. Even the elementary schools were integrated. They just weren’t as evenly distributed race-wise across the city as the new leftist school boss wanted.
So instead of spending money to get better teachers for children in poorer neighborhoods, he wasted money playing musical chairs with the kids, shipping them across town on buses. They lost precious time from their days, as did their parents, and it was harder for parents to talk to teachers at distant schools. It was also not “green” ….. burning all that fuel polluted the East Bay area. What do you tree huggers think? Is pollution OK when leftists cause it?
Kamala’s parents divorced when she was 12. Her mother took a cancer research job in Canada. So Kamala did her middle school and high school in French-speaking Quebec.
In the Quebec school system, Kamala presumably learned how to say, “”Voulez-vous coucher avec moi (ce soir)?” which would help her career when she nuzzled up to Willie Brown.
Like it or not, black immigrants to the US from the Caribbean islands did not face quite the bigotry that American-born blacks did in the 1960s. And Indians fit in in Canada … both countries are part of the British Commonwealth.
Kamala grew up in upper middle class America and Canada. She was closer to “the Mindy Kaling Project” and “The Huxtables” than to “Shaft.” (Right on!)
Given that her father has criticized her for claiming her dope smoking is because she is half Jamaican, odds are her moral compass comes from her mother and India, not her black and white ancestors in Jamaica.

Kamala Harris will escape the fallout from some of her lying because the national media would love to be her submissives.
But not every Democrat politician will escape such fallout.

“A Democratic candidate for Florida’s House reportedly has ended her campaign after being challenged on her detailed and graphic claims she treated victims of the 2016 Pulse nightclub shooting.
“I personally removed 77 bullets from 32 people … It was like an assembly line,” candidate Elizabeth McCarthy had claimed at a gun safety event earlier this year.
But FloridaPolitics.com published a report earlier this month challenging her claims she worked as a cardiologist at Orlando Regional Medical Center
The report listed the following discrepancies: the Florida Department of Health did not have a record of her being a licensed doctor; the parent company of the medical center said there’s no record of any doctor by that name; another company the candidate claimed to be working for denied she worked there; and University of Central Florida officials said they couldn’t find a record of the medical degree she claimed.
The report said that officials confirmed she was a registered nurse until 2005, and that she later started a medical company that was in business through 2014.
At first, the candidate maintained she is a doctor when asked about the conflicting details.
“Yes, I did work the night of Pulse,” she said, according to FloridaPolitics.com. “It hurts me … why would I make something like this up? … I was an RN for 25 years. I’ve been in the medical field all my life.”
But the same news outlet reported Friday that she’s now dropping out.
“After thoughtful contemplation, due to professional obligations, I am withdrawing as a Democratic candidate seeking the nomination and election in Florida House District 28,” McCarthy reportedly wrote in an email.
She had previously appeared at events alongside U.S. Rep. Darren Soto, D-Fla., who had touted her medical background and work the night of the Pulse shooting.
But after her resume and personal narrative were questioned, party leaders had called on her to prove her medical credentials or drop out.”
This is also a “How To Be Your Own Detective” teaching point. The reporter accessed the Florida state license database for doctors, and noted no one named Elizabeth McCarthy with her date of birth or other identifiers was a doctor. It went downhill from there. This is something any one of us could have done.
In my earlier column “Kamala Hairless,”
I noted I had garnered a number of pieces of evidence about sex offenders in California. I knew when Kamala was attorney general of the state (2011 to the end of 2016) and noted things got worse for women and while she was attorney general. I made the following conclusions, based on the items of evidence I had:
Kamala did not solve the rape kit backlog scandal in her state.
Kamala stood idly by as California teachers raped children, teacher unions protected the rapists, and school board lawyers shredded the evidence like Oliver North.
Kamala stood idly by as California child services nippleheads put hundreds of foster children into homes with registered sex offenders.
Kamala stood idly by as Governor Moonbeam Brown released murderers and rapists from prisons.
Kamala stood idly by as predatory lawyers sued California towns whose leaders wanted to protect children and women from rapists.
Kamala has taken money from Harveywood, where rapists in positions of power abuse girls, boys, and young women.
Kamala Harris was Attorrney General of California for six of the past 10 years. She didn’t do squat to fight sex offenders.
Homeland security begins when women and children are protected. Kamala failed this very basic test when she was the top law enforcement officer in the state.
What was Kamala doing? Twiddling her thumbs? Holding an imaginary bong?
Nope. She was busting people for pot. No kidding. Per the Washington Examiner 2/14/2019, this:
“When Harris served as the Golden State’s AG “at least 1,560 people were sent to state prisons for marijuana-related offenses between 2011 and 2016,” the Washington Free Beacon reported, citing data provided by OpenJustice and the California Department of Corrections.
That’s an estimated 1,560 people in the span of just five years. That’s an average rate of 312 people imprisoned for pot-related offenses per year. Those are figures that would make even former Attorney General Jeff Sessions, a noted anti-marijuana crusader, beam with pride.
Additionally, the figure quoted by the Free Beacon “is necessarily an undercount of the total number of people actually prosecuted for marijuana offenses during Harris’s term as Attorney General. The sharp decline between 2011 and 2012 is not a reflection of leniency on Harris’s part, but because of something called Public Safety Realignment.”
The report explains:
A federal court found in 2011 that California’s state-level prisons were dangerously overcrowded, ordering it to reduce populations to more manageable levels. To do so, the state began filtering many lower-level offenders—including drug offenders—into county jails, meaning that they dropped out of state-level totals but were still incarcerated.
Under realignment, “most lower-level offenders with no record of sexual, violent, or serious crimes now serve sentences in county jail or under county probation supervision,” the Public Policy Institute of California noted in 2015.
County-level populations ticked up following realignment, but no data source breaks those figures down by offense. As such it is not clear how many additional marijuana offenders were prosecuted under Harris and then diverted to county jails. As a result, 1,560 is the lower bound of individuals sent to prison by Harris for marijuana from 2011 to 2016.
Translation: The number of people imprisoned under Harris’ watch for committing pot-related offenses may actually be far greater than 1,560, which is just another reminder that when it comes to Harris, there’s no good cop/bad cop. It’s all bad cop/bad cop.
Now, fast-forward just a couple of years, and the senator is regaling listeners Monday with tales of her past experimentation with pot and how she thinks it brings people “joy.”
The marijuana reefer cigarette is very neat, and she definitely supports it, the 2020 hopeful said this week in a radio interview.
Harris’ remarks came after one of the show’s host said, “They say you oppose legalizing weed.”
“That is not true,” Harris said. “I joke about it, but half my family is from Jamaica. Are you kidding me?”
It’s true Harris co-sponsored Sen. Cory Booker’s (D-NJ) 2018 Marijuana Justice Act, which aims to ease restrictions on weed. She may not now oppose legalization, but she most certainly opposed it in the past. She opposed it in 2010 when she first campaigned for attorney general. She opposed legalization again in 2014 when she ran for re-election. During that race, she even laughed when she was asked about her Republican opponent’s support for weed legalization, saying, “ He’s entitled to his opinion!”
Further, Californians were being sent to prison for pot-related offenses right up until her final year as attorney general in 2016. You’ll excuse me, then, if I’m just a little suspicious of the swiftness with which Harris has changed her position on this issue.
On Monday, the California senator was asked by her radio interviewer, “Have you ever smoked?”
“I have. And I inhaled,” Harris said in what is most certainly a jab at former President Bill Clinton’s infamous claim he smoked but didn’t ” inhale.” She added later, stressing she experimented in college, “It was a long time ago. I just broke loose.
“Listen, I think it gives a lot of people joy, and we need more joy,” Harris laughed.”
Kamala Harris, while attorney general of California, did something else of note. In 2016 she ordered a raid on the apartment of one of the muckraker journalists who filmed Planned Parenthood officials talking about their sales of aborted baby body parts. Later in 2016, Kamala worked with Planned Parenthood on drafting a law to protect Planned Parenthood from journalists who investigate their many crimes. She then started a criminal prosecution against the muckrakers who exposed Planned Parenthood as corporate Mengeles. The current California AG, secessionist twit Xavier Becarra, is continuing the prosecution.
Bottom line? Kamala protected sex offenders, busted harmless goofball pot smokers, and attacked pro-life activists for displaying the truth about Planned Parenthood selling aborted baby body parts. Meanwhile, she was OK with letting out murderers and rapists. All while cheerfully smoking the hippie lettuce herself. Was she a hypocrite? Or just a stoner with no judgment?
Kamala is a disciple of the State. She believes The State is your Daddy …. The State decides how much of an allowance you will get. Kamala, in her abuse of power as a prosecutor, would feel at home in Nazi Germany or Communist China … or even alleged democracy India, whose judges and prosecutors are very corrupt, and lower caste people get murdered for not knowing their place.
Indian lower caste woman makes cow-dung patties. These are used for fuel in many Indian households.
Many of Kamala’s Harveywood donors are criminal pervs themselves, or support criminal pervs, or idolize child molesters like Roman Polanski. Or they got better roles from submitting to the casting couch. Kamala helped more women, girls, and boys become victims of such criminals in Harveywood and elsewhere across the Golden State.
Kamala, who took thousands of dollars in campaign money from Pedowood, protected many child molesters from the consequences of their evil sexual abuses of children. In short, she has whored for some of the most evil vile scum on the planet. Without apology.
And, is it me, or has Kamala gotten lighter over the years? Remember singing star Michael Jackson was a normal-looking black kid when he was a boy, but he morphed into a fruitcake who got lighter and lighter as he got older.
Check out the “That little girl was me” T-shirt. The little girl is a lot darker than Kamala is now. Is she trying to make herself more electable to leftists who are secretly racists?
Planned Parenthood protects sex offenders by refusing to report underage girls as victims of rape, incest, and statutory rape. It would cost them money if they did.
Planned Parenthood gets about a third of their money from taxpayers, with or without their consent. Planned Parenthood affiliates use some of the money for political contributions, which go to their mouthpieces in government, or those hoping to be in government. Why is this not illegal?
I accessed Kamala’s campaign records to see how much money Planned Parenthood people were giving her. I showed details in my earlier column “Kamala Hairless.”
The election records showed pro-abortion groups gave Kamala more than $22,000 for her state campaigns. Campaign contribution records from the Federal Election Commission indicate pro-abortion groups gave at least $16,000 to Kamala Harris for her 2016 senate campaign.
California Planned Parenthood affiliates raised more than $9 million and gave the Democrat slate in California help in 2014 with affiliate PACs. They provided labor, phone banks, voter guides, and the like. Also lobbying. Kamala Harris was a statewide candidate and presumably benefited from this.
This is not to imply Kamala is a whore for Planned Parenthood. Instead, let’s say she is a pro-abortion fanatic, and these abortion profiteers rewarded her. With our tax dollars.
THE INDIA CONNECTION
Kamala is also consistent in her apparent plantation owner and high-caste India background. She favors importing low-wage, low-skill white collar workers from India to displace American young people from tech jobs.
American blacks are usually the most vulnerable to imported labor. Many American whites have also recently been suffering because of the bipartisan anti-American sellouts who want to drown this country in foreign labor to pay back their corporate and globalist owners.
Neil Munro, writing for Breitbart 6/30/2019, reported this:
“Sen. Kamala Harris is declaring herself the supporter of working families — but she is the lead Democratic sponsor on legislation which offers green cards to hundreds of thousands of Indian college grads who agree to take middle-class jobs sought by young American graduates.
If Harris’ outsourcing law is adopted, the rush of Central Americans migrants at the southern border will be overshadowed by a huge rush of Indian college graduates walking into professional jobs throughout the United States. “It is impossible to understate the significance of this,” said Jessica Vaughan, policy director at the Center for Immigration Studies. Vaughan continued:
“A lot of people believe this is only for IT [professionals] but the potential impact goes way beyond IT – healthcare, accountants, and other professional jobs will be at risk. These are jobs which offered a gateway into the middle class for kids from families where the parents did not have white-collar jobs… American graduates are going to see their employment prospects severely restricted by Harris’ bill.”
This is “white-collar labor trafficking,” she added.
“Working families need support and need to be lifted up,” Kamala Harris told the TV audience at the June 28 Democrat debate, adding:
“Frankly, this economy is not working for working people. For too long, the rules have been written in the favor of the people who have the most and not in favor of the people who work the most .…
We have all been traveling around the country, I certainly have, I’m meeting people who are working two and three jobs … So when we talk about jobs, let’s be really clear. In our America, no one should have to work more than one job to have a roof over their head and food on the table.”
Harris is the lead Democratic sponsor for the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigrants Act. The legislation is intended to help Indian graduates get roughly 120,000 green cards each year — or roughly five times as many green cards as they receive now.
But Harris’ bill is a special-interest fix for a problem collectively created by the federal government, India’s government, CEOs, investors, and their hired foreign contract-workers.
The huge career and financial cost of Harris’ fix will be imposed on young American graduates, including million of U.S. graduates who are likely to vote Democratic in 2020.
The Problem:
The federal government offers 140,000 green cards to foreign graduates who are nominated by their U.S. employers. Unsurprisingly, companies love this green card giveaway because it allows them to dangle green cards to motivate their foreign workers. Unsurprisingly, many foreign workers rationally will do tough work at low wages for many years to get those hugely valuable green cards for themselves and their families — and Americans companies hire them instead of more expensive American graduates.
Companies can nominate as many foreign workers as they wish, even though the federal government only provides 140,000 cards for foreign college-graduates each year. So, of course, there is a growing backlog in the green card line as companies nominate more people than there are green cards.
Only some categories of foreign workers are eligible for these green cards. The most important group is the army of the foreign contract-workers in H-1B work-visa program. Workers with H-1B visas have to go home after six years of work — unless they get nominated by their company for one of the 140,000 green cards. Once nominated, the H-1B workers continue working for the same employer until they get their green card, after which they can try to find jobs with better pay and conditions.
So companies have a huge financial incentive to hire and import cheap foreign workers on temporary visas, and to then nominate many of the temporary workers for green cards once their temporary status is about to expire. Already, companies employ roughly 1 million foreign contract-workers via the H-1B program.
That hidden subsidy to U.S. business means at least 1 million college-graduate jobs are closed to American graduates. It also means that most Americans graduates are earning lower salaries because companies do not have to compete for their skills. Instead, Americans graduates have to compete hard for jobs that pay more than the wages earned by baristas, waiters, and temps.
Almost 70 percent of incoming H-1B workers are Indian because the Indian government has used the program as an economic development policy. That government policy has been extremely successful and Indian firms have won subcontracts worth billions from American investors who want to boost their stock values by outsourcing many of their operations to cheap Indian subcontractors.
Roughly 1 million Indian foreign graduates have cycled through the H-1B program. While in the United States, the H-1B workers work closely with teams of India-based workers to boost the Indian economy with a huge variety of outsourced work — including software design, database maintenance, health-records management, banking networks, customer support services, and even the development of avionics software for Boeing aircraft. Most of these workers return home — bringing with them the skills, connections, and contracts that have created a national technology boom and a new middle-class.
Understandably, American employers have extended the stay of their Indian H-1B workers by nominating them for green cards. This has spurred the creation of many communities of H-1B and ex-H-1B workers around Microsoft’s headquarters in Washington State, around Wal-Mart in Bentonville Ark., as well as in Silicon Valley, Northern Virginia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. In January 2018, for example, the San Jose Mercury News reported:
“About 71 percent of tech employees in the Valley are foreign born, compared to around 50 percent in the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward region, according to a new report based on 2016 census data … the paper’s research indicated that 63 percent of Seattle’s foreign-born tech workers were not American citizens.”
In [Georgia], the Forsyth County News reported:
“The Indian population has grown a lot in Forsyth County,” said Gina Sharma, a team leader with Keller Williams Realty North Atlanta. “I moved here in 2005 from Fulton County, and over the past years, I’ve seen personally the change in Forsyth County. A lot of people are moving here from Alpharetta into Forsyth for the schools and just overall the growth that is in Forsyth County.”
There are so many H-1B contract-workers in the United States — roughly 1 million — that they are found in every state and in every congressional district. This breadth also gives them the ability to lobby many legislators.

Kamala Harris is an opponent of Americans. And a supporter of low-wage people from her ancestral home in India. And a proponent of plantation-style and caste-style labor costs. She’s just living down to her DNA.
But she is not alone. Many Democrat senators and congressfelons agree with her on killing American jobs by helping aliens. So do many GOPers. Koch Brothers money drives a lot of this. So does Chamber of Commerce money. Mike Lee, the Utah GOP descendant of polygamists, is one of all too many dirtbag “constitutional conservatives” who believe in “free trade” deals that steal from Americans. Disgraced Weinermobile Speaker of the House Paul Ryan and the twerps he succeeded are of like mind on this too.
That’s why Americans put Donald Trump in the White House. His bottom line is not liberal or conservative, but “DOES IT HELP MOST AMERICANS AND AMERICA AS A WHOLE?”

The hashtag #RIP45 began showing up in the Trends for you section for many Twitter users, as Skaggs wore jersey No. 45 for the Angels. Unfortunately, 45 is also the number often associated with President Donald Trump, the 45th U.S. president, and therein lies the rub.
Tweets paying respects to Skaggs and sending thoughts and prayers to his family ended up intermingled with tweets mocking Trump’s “death,” tweets blasting people for doing so and tweets reminding people what the actual purpose of the hashtag was.”
I grew up an Angels fan. Jim Fregosi, Dean Chance, Leon Wagner, Albie Pearson, Frank Tanana, Nolan Ryan … and I met Jimmy “Fear Strikes Out” Piersall, who was finishing up his unique career with the Halos.
Jimmy Piersall was so fiery he seemed ready to incinerate. He drove his Red Sox teammates crazy to the point they wanted to kill him. He underwent psychiatric treatment, and was willing to talk about it in the 1950s, when it was very risky to do so. His act of moral courage heartened others to seek help. Funny thing is, Jimmy was still uniquely combative after his treatment, but he mixed in some humor with his anger. When he hit his 100th HR, as a New York Met, he ran around the bases backwards. In this picture, taken while he was with Cleveland, he has just punched a Yankee fan who attacked him and is kicking a cowardly Yankee fan running away from him. And he’s still ready to make a catch! If the New York cops wanted a show, they should have let Jimmy finish the job. There will never be another Jimmy Piersall, and as a boy I was fortunate my Dad and Grandpa took me to meet him.
I still feel for Lyman Bostock and his loved ones. Lyman, who went to college a few miles from where I grew up, came to the Angels in 1978 as a high-dollar free agent. His April was horrible and he offered to give up his salary for the month. Angels owner Gene Autry told Lyman to forget it and just keep playing ball, for he would improve. At the end of the year, Bostock was batting .296. Bostock decided to visit family members in Gary, Indiana after finishing a game against the White Sox in late September. The estranged husband of a woman in Lyman’s family circle saw her in a car with Lyman, her sister, and Lyman’s uncle. He pumped a shotgun blast into the car, intending to kill his wife, who had fled from him. Bostock shielded the woman, and died from a shotgun wound to the head. The estranged husband beat the rap on a temporary insanity plea and was free a few months later. Lyman was tough, but also moral and sensitive. He wanted to do the right thing.
I mention these items because I understand how Tyler Skaggs’ fans felt.
I also understand a little about trying not to confuse people.
Kamala Harris is a prominent irritating Me Too politician. Having been Willie Brown’s mistress, she is not that good at screening out guys looking for action. In December 2018, California taxpayers paid $400,000 or so to a woman who one of Kamala’s top aides sexually harassed.
Someone should tell Kamala and her fellow harpies and hypocrites the hashtag #MeToo also means “Pound Me Too.” Not quite the message you gals want to put out there – unless you’re Katy Perry or Madonna (who still owes several million fellatio sessions to doofuses who voted for Hillary) or any number of entertainers. Just some helpful advice to keep Kamala and the Nags on message.

“Harris got all the attention for playing prosecutor in chief, but her case against former Vice President Joe Biden boiled down in some ways to a ringing call for forced school busing. It won’t be too hard for Trump to knock that one out of the park in 2020,” Brown wrote.
Donald Trump proved how shallow almost all national Democrats and neverTrumper Republicans are by doing a simple thing – paying tribute to America’s armed services, first responders, Patriots, and civil rights heroes on Independence Day.
The mainstream media did not broadcast the festivities. This is a departure from their love for President Obama’s holiday festivals. Most Democrats (including #MeToo Kamala Harris) and many Republicans attacked President Trump for the cost and the military presence, and the presence of Angel Parents, and just about everything else. They forgot to say the festivities were well – attended, the fireworks and flyovers were spectacular, President Trump praised every patriot except for himself, and he did not denigrate his many domestic enemies and false friends.
President Trump’s domestic enemies and false friends would rather not celebrate America’s greatness at all than allowing him to do so. They are all scumsuckers, and they prove it daily.
Donald Trump is too tough to submit and too rich and sure of himself to be bought. He can stand on his own. American leaders should be able to stand like Trump, not crawl like Mike Lee and Paul Ryan, or kneel or recline in submission or lord it over people of lesser castes like Kamala Harris.

“Country Caps
This is where the H-1B and the green card programs collide to generate even more benefits for U.S. companies.
The green card law contains a “per-country cap” which was intended to ensure that a diversity of foreign workers from a variety of countries could get green cards. In practice, the cap means that only 23,000 Indians can get green cards each year.
But American companies have imported so many Indian H-1Bs, and nominated so many of them for green cards, that there is a multi-year backlog of roughly 300,000 Indian employees — and 300,000 family members — in the green card line.
Indian contract workers say this is unfair, and complain that they must wait in the line while foreign employees from other countries can pick up their green cards with little delay.
The Indian contract workers are working for low wages — and future green cards — in a wide variety of low-status firms and prestigious companies. They work in a wide variety of careers, including therapists, designers, managers, architects, journalists, software programmers, engineers, statisticians, accountants, teachers, and fashion professionals.
Yet the number of Indians volunteering to join the next wave of H-1B visa workers is leveling off because fewer Indian graduates want to take the H-1B career path if they cannot also get green cards. Moreover, Indian graduates no longer have to go abroad in search of opportunity but can win jobs in India’s technology sector. That resulting drop off in the number of volunteers for the H-1B program is bad for companies.
In 2015, President Barack Obama provided some relief by issuing work permits to the spouses of contract workers in the waiting line. This potentially illegal giveaway means that the spouses of contract workers can alleviate their relative poverty, especially if they are working in expensive districts, such as Silicon Valley.
The [Kamala] Harris Outsourcing Bill
But the Harris bill fixes this backlog problem for U.S. investors, for India’s government, and for the Indian contract workers by eliminating the country diversity caps.
Removal of the country caps will eliminate the Indian backlog in a few years and allow Indian H-1Bs to get up to 140,000 cards per year, after a very short wait. Of course, many people from China, the Philippines, and other countries are also trying to get green cards too, but Indians comprise a clear majority of the workers in the backlog, so they can easily scoop up 100,000 of the promised 140,000 each year.
So if Harris eliminates the backlog, her bill can provide almost 1 million green cards per decade to Indians who get visa jobs.
The Indian government fully supports this plan because their economic development teams are trying to grow the economy by sending more workers overseas in the realistic expectation that those workers will funnel more contracts and opportunities back to their peers in India — and their peers include graduates from particular regions and castes, such as Telegu and Brahmin.
The Forsyth County News reported:
“Ani Agnihotri, program chair of the USA-India Business Summit, said Indians make up the second-largest group of foreign students in American universities, behind those from China, but said Chinese students frequently return to China while Indians are more likely to stay in the U.S. “Ninety-five percent of the students that come here for their higher education, mostly for master’s and Ph.Ds, and then they stay, then they start contributing to the local economy,” he said.
Agnihotri said India has a massive and young population that could provide skilled, English-speaking workers ready to relocate “even at a seven-day notice” and said the majority of doctors in the United Kingdom and about 15 percent in America are of Indian descent.
“India has the youngest population in the world. About 25 percent of the population of India, which is 1.25 billion, is below the age of 25,” he said. “We will be the provider of the workforce of the world in about 15 years, after 2035.”
India’s policy is perfectly tuned to U.S. federal policy, which seeks to stimulate the domestic economy for investors by importing 1 million consumers, renters, and workers each year via legal immigration rules — regardless of the impact on American employees and families, or the 4 million Americans who turn 18 each year, or the 800,000 Americans who earned technology-intensive degrees each year.
So, how many additional Indian graduates will come to the United States to get their larger share of green cards?
Currently, roughly 300,000 Indian migrants and 300,000 family members are in line for their annual allotment of 23,000 the cards. Crudely speaking, that is a 24-year wait, although many subgroups of the Indians only have to wait a few years.
The willingness of 300,000 Indian graduates and 300,000 family members to work-and-wait for a decade to get their green cards suggests that 1 million extra Indians will join a decade-long backlog once Harris quadruples the number of green cards for Indians.
The backlog can grow — even if the annual number of green cards remains at 140,000 — because the annual inflow of H-1B can climb higher than current levels.
The H-1B visa is supposedly capped at 85,000 per year, but the resident population is roughly 1 million H-1B workers, working in every state and myriad professions.
And there is no limit on H-1B hiring in the non-profit sector. For example, at least 80,000 H-1 workers hold jobs in non-profit universities, hospitals, and company-funded research centers.
But there is a second pool of Indian workers that will grow if Harris expands the Indian green card numbers.
Current laws allow an unlimited number of foreign workers to get into the U.S. economy via a backdoor run by U.S. colleges and universities.
The backdoor is the “Optional Practical Training” program, which is offered to foreign graduates of U.S. colleges. The program is already used by many Indians to improve their work skills and resumes as they try to get into the H-1B program.
Progressives for Immigration reform, a left-wing group, slammed OPT as a jobs-outsourcing program:
OPT has gobbled up U.S. jobs at an alarming rate and is now larger than the notorious H-1B visa program, created as part of the Immigration Act of 1990, that grants 85,000 employment-based visas to foreign nationals each year even though there’s an abundance of skilled American workers available.
OPT has accounted for more than 200,000 foreign students remaining in the U.S. to work in each of the last few years. Overall, between 2008 and 2016, OPT workers increased by 400 percent. It’s important to know that Congress never approved OPT; no public comment period was provided, and the program exists solely through regulation.
Among those that have profited the most by spurning Americans in favor of international students are the usual suspects: Amazon (3,655), Intel (1,707), Google (1,501), Microsoft (1,022), Facebook (798) and IBM (633) were in 2017 top OPT employers. DHS data showed that Amazon earned nearly $25 million in tax breaks for hiring foreign nationals instead of U.S. tech workers.”
Once the Indian migrants get U.S. jobs via the OPT program they can try to win H-1B visas, which provide the vital on-ramp to the green card process.
If Harris’ bill becomes law, more Indians will use the OPT program as an on-ramp to the H-1b program and green cards.
It would allow many Indians to get a green card within seven years of graduation, around the time they turn 30. All they have to do is spend a decade in the OPT and H-1B programs, working long hours, for low wages, under terrible bosses, in humiliation, squalor, and crowded apartments.
That is a small price for an American green card.
The Green Card Giveaway
Getting an American green card by age thirty is equivalent to winning the lottery, or being one of the first workers at Facebook, Google, or Microsoft, or discovering a suitcase of gold in your bedroom. It is a hugely valuable prize that will make each winner the most successful person in their home neighborhood, their grade school, their university class, and their extended family. It allows Indians to escape their 4,000-year-old caste status, their own country’s caste nepotism, the poverty, and petty corruption, to become AN AMERICAN! in just ten years — and it means their spouses, their children, their chain-migration family, and all their descendent forever become AMERICANS.
The Harris bill “would be an exponential increase in the pipeline … huge numbers of people will try to take advantage,” said Vaughan.
The H-1B backlog also includes a small number of Chinese and Filipinos. If Harris removes the country caps, their governments will be able to surge more of their graduates into U.S. jobs, so displacing more young Americans.
Harris’ anti-backlog “country caps” legislation may actually create a bigger backlog, warns the Congressional Research Service. “Shorter wait times for [green cards] might actually incentivize greater numbers of nationals from India, China, and the Philippines to seek employment-based [green card] status,” a CRS report warned legislators. “If that were to occur, the reduction in the number of approved petitions pending might be short-lived,” said the December 2018 report.
The backlog problem will get worse as more Indian, Chinese and Filipinos push into the pipeline — and then those stranded workers will create their own lobbies to demand more green cards to displace more American graduates, said Vaughan.
That lobbying is already underway by the Indians who have cajoled many Democratic and GOP legislators to support a bill which provides more green cards to themselves. For example, there are at least 600 H-1B workers in North Dakota, where GOP Sen. Kevin Cramer is now an ardent advocate for Harris’ outsourcing plan.
“This is the fallacy — that increasing the number of green cards will reduce the backlog — when instead what happens is that increasing the number of green cards increases the demand for green cards,” she said. Instead of reducing pressure in the pipeline, she said:
It has the opposite effect — it will increase the backlog and pressure in the green card [process] because there will always be more OPTs and more H-1Bs than green cards. The problem will grow every year and increases the pressure to expand the number of green cards and to create workarounds, such as making a special visa for the Irish, or the Ukrainians or the Malaysians.
Already, the Indians have won support from wealthy West Coast investors — such as Mark Zuckerberg — whose payouts on Wall Street are maximized by cheap labor.
And how many American graduates will lose their jobs when more Indians in the H-1B backlog and the OPT program flood into Americans’ office parks?
Harris’ bill would result in such “a huge influx of foreigners to take these white-collar jobs — and are more likely to be hired because they work for lower wages [in the expectation of subsequent green cards]. That is going to diminish opportunities for all American graduates,” including minority, women, Native American, and first-in-their-family graduates, she said.
This government bonus of green cards for H-1B workers creates a huge competitive bias against American graduates.
How can Americans win job interviews when they are competing against equally skilled Indians who will work for starvation wages, peanuts, and fruit salad? The H-1B workers hope to get the citizenship deferred bonus — but Americans know they need higher salaries now to pay down their college debts, get married, and buy a decent house.
Young American graduates have been walloped by economic policies and trends, amid record rates of college graduation. In May 2019, the Wall Street Journal reported:
“American millennials are approaching middle age in worse financial shape than every living generation ahead of them, lagging behind baby boomers and Generation X despite a decade of economic growth and falling unemployment.
Hobbled by the financial crisis and recession that struck as they began their working life, Americans born between 1981 and 1996 have failed to match every other generation of young adults born since the Great Depression. They have less wealth, less property, lower marriage rates and fewer children, according to new data that compare generations at similar ages.
“If I can’t afford a home, I definitely can’t afford kids,” said Joy Brown, 32 years old. She is a renter who is single and earns $75,000 a year. She also owes $102,000 in student loans and $10,000 in credit-card debt.
“Myself and a lot of my peers still feel like we’re playing catch-up in the game of life,” said Ms. Brown, a compliance officer for the city of Chicago.”
In December 2018, the Atlantic reported under the headline “Millennials Didn’t Kill the Economy. The Economy Killed Millennials” that:
“Millennials are the most educated generation in U.S. history to date. They bought into a social contract that said: Everything will work out, if first you go to college. But as the cost of college increased, millions of young people took on student loans to complete their degree. Graduates under 35 are almost 50 percent more likely than members of Gen X to have student loans, and their median balance is about 40 percent higher than that of the previous generation.
And what has all that debt gotten them? “Lower earnings, fewer assets, and less wealth,” according to the Federal Reserve paper’s conclusion. Student debt has made it harder for millions of young people to buy a home, since “holding debt is associated with a lower rate of home ownership, irrespective of degree type,” as Fed economists wrote in a previous study. In other words, young people took on debt to pursue a college degree, only to discover that the cost of college would push the American dream further from their grasp.
On June 27, the lead GOP sponsor of the Harris’ outsourcing bill, GOP Sen. Mike Lee, introduced Harris’ outsourcing bill on the Senate floor and asked for unanimous consent to pass the bill.
It was stopped, for the moment, when GOP Sen. Rand Paul, announced his objection.
But the bill has 34 supporters in the Senate — and more than 200 in the House. The bill will likely pass if President Kamala Harris is sitting in the Oval Office.
Immigration by the Numbers
Each year, roughly four million young Americans join the workforce after graduating from high school or university.
But the federal government then imports about 1.1 million legal immigrants and refreshes a resident population of roughly 1.5 million white-collar visa workers — including approximately one million H-1B workers — and approximately 500,000 blue-collar visa workers.
The government also prints out more than one million work permits for foreigners, tolerates about eight million illegal workers, and does not punish companies for employing the hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants who sneak across the border or overstay their legal visas each year, despite the rising loss of jobs to automation.
This policy of inflating the labor supply boosts economic growth for investors because it ensures that employers do not have to compete for American workers by offering higher wages and better working conditions.
Flooding the market with cheap, foreign, white-collar graduates and blue-collar labor also shifts enormous wealth from young employees towards older investors, even as it also widens wealth gaps, reduces high-tech investment, increases state and local tax burdens, and hurts children’s schools and college educations. It also pushes Americans away from high-tech careers and sidelines millions of marginalized Americans, including many who are now struggling with fentanyl addictions. The labor policy also moves business investment and wealth from the Heartland to the coastal cities, explodes rents and housing costs, shrivels real estate values in the Midwest, and rewards investors for creating low-tech, labor-intensive workplaces.”
