Over the weekend, defense counsel Dirk Van Capias dropped this dime.
He sent me a link to an article by Frank Parlato.
Parlato used to be a publicist for a sex slave cult. He denied knowing the group was a sex slave cult, and left after he found out this was going on.
Since this guy Parlato can write, he is doing so. Here’s his latest post about the cult now.
“Keith Alan Raniere has been indicted on charges of racketeering conspiracy, racketeering, forced labor conspiracy, wire fraud conspiracy, sex trafficking conspiracy, sex trafficking, and attempted sex trafficking.
The racketeering charge includes predicate acts of conspiracy to commit identity theft, conspiracy to alter records for use in an official proceeding, money laundering, trafficking and document servitude, state law extortion, visa fraud, sex trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation of a child, and possession of child pornography.
He is now on trial.
Raniere submitted a motion to preclude the introduction of all evidence pertaining to abortions.

He evidently ordered dozens of abortions for the women he ruled and the government wants to introduce that as evidence of the kind of racketeering enterprise he led.
Raniere’s lawyers argue that the introduction of evidence pertaining to abortions would serve “solely [to] inflame the jury” because abortion is “one of the most contested issues facing this country.’
But Judge Nicholas Garaufis ruled he will not exclude all evidence on abortions.
He reserved judgment on one particular, thorny bit of evidence concerning an abortion Camilia had.
Camilia, as reader know, is the 15-year-old girl Raniere photographed nude in 2005.
The Government contends the evidence that shows Camilia had an abortion when she was 18 will help them prove Raniere had a sexual relationship with her before she was 18.
The government has medical records of Camilia’s abortion. These records include images of pregnancy tests and sonogram photos.
[Raniere was known to require his women to carry sonogram photos of their unborn baby [or fetus] he ordered aborted. The late Pam Cafritz, for instance, desperately wanted to have a baby, but was repeatedly ordered to abort by Raniere. One time, after an abortion, he ordered her to carry around the sonogram pictures in her purse.]
The judge writes in his memo that Camilia’s [AKA Jane Doe #2] medical “records also contain a statement to the effect that Jane Doe 2 had been with her current partner for five years” at the time of her abortion.
This is a big revelation. Let’s do some math.
Camilia was 18 when she had her abortion. She said she had been with her partner, Raniere, for 5 years.
That would mean she was 13 when Raniere first had sex with her.
By the way, Raniere was 43 years old at the time.
This dates the start of his intimate relationship to her to 2003, which is two years before he took the nude pictures of her [when she was 15] that were found in his “library.”
Camilia is not expected to testify. According to the prosecution, she remains a member of Nxivm.
According to our sources, she is living in Guadalajara and working for Nxivm. She is now 29.
The note on her abortion record, which says she was with her partner for five years, cannot be used to prosecute Raniere for statutory rape since it is hearsay – and would need to qualify for one of the exceptions that allow certain hearsay evidence to be admissible.
The judge ruled that evidence on abortions can be admitted, but on Camilia, the judge reserved
judgment. He will rule on the admissibility of the notation in Jane Doe 2’s medical file about her having been with Raniere for five years “after the Government has had an opportunity to lay this foundation and place these records in their full context.”
It may be admitted or maybe not, but readers of Frank Report know it, regardless of whether the jury gets to find out.
In short, Raniere raped Camilia when she was 13.”
If what Frank Parato says is correct, then the abortionist who executed Camilia’s child did not report her as a potential sex abuse victim.
In fact, it appears no abortion provider tried to help the girls and women Raniere used as sex slaves.
These are violations of the mandatory reporting laws in most states.
Critics of Parato include the IRS, whose winged monkeys worked with Obama administration federal prosecutors to get him indicted in 2015.

“BUFFALO — A federal grand jury has handed up a new 18-count superseding indictment against businessman Frank Parlato Jr. and his partner Chitra Selvaraj.
The indictment, which was filed by the U.S. Attorney for the Western District of New York in U.S. District Court in Buffalo, drops a number of claims from the original indictment, involving allegations of a conspiracy “to defraud the United States and certain members of the public,” while adding additional claims that Parlato and Selvaraj attempted to obstruct the function of the Internal Revenue Service.
Charges of wire fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, money laundering, and corrupt interference with the administration of the IRS laws also remain in the superseding indictment.
Parlato, 60, the former owner of the One Niagara building, a local real estate developer, publisher of the Niagara Falls Reporter and editor-in-chief of the weekly newspaper ArtVoice, and Selvaraj, 41, who has functioned as the chief financial officer for Parlato’s business enterprises, have each previously pleaded not guilty to the charges contained in the indictment.
Parlato told the Gazette on Wednesday night that nothing has changed as a result of the superseding indictment.
“The government knew they had no case (with the original indictment) and they still have no case,” Parlato said. “You’ve heard of fake news, this is a fake indictment.”
The original indictment followed a four-year investigation into Parlato’s business dealings. The investigation first became known in 2011, when federal agents served subpoenas looking for records at the One Niagara building.
That indictment, and the new indictment, charge Parlato and Selvaraj with orchestrating a scheme to defraud the IRS through the use of a dizzying array of limited liability corporations and partnerships. The indictment catalogs the use of more than 15 so-called shell companies, 50 bank accounts and multiple attorney trust accounts in perpetrating the scheme.
Prosecutors charge the scheme involved the movement of large sums of cash through multiple accounts.
At least one lawyer involved in the case likened the investigation of Parlato’s business dealings to a game of Whack-A-Mole.
But missing from the superseding indictment are the claims that Parlato defrauded business associates, including Canadian liquor business heiresses Clare and Sara Bronfman.
“The subtraction is more important than the addition,” Parlato said, noting the elimination of charges in the indictment relating to his business dealings with the Bronfmans while acknowledging that prosecutors have added claims involving his shuffling of money through a maze of business accounts.
Parlato said the “Bronfmans disappeared” from the new indictment because he had exposed their involvement with the leader of a secretive group in upstate New York that has been accused of turning female followers into “brainwashed slaves,” some of whom were branded and coerced into having sex.

Keith Raniere, co-founder of the group called NXIVM, is facing a criminal complaint in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn charging him with sex-trafficking. Parlato has been credited with helping to expose Raniere’s activities.
Parlato said prosecutors dropped their claims from the superseding indictment because, “I exposed to the world the criminal sex cult that the Bronfmans were an integral part of.”
Over the years, Nxivm attracted a following that included Emmy Award-winning actress Allison Mack as well as the Bronfmans. Prosecutors in Brooklyn have charged that the heiresses to the Seagram’s liquor fortune have given millions of dollars to Raniere.”
So ……. when Mr. Parlato reported Raniere was a thief and a rapist who brainwashed girls and young women so he could use them as sex slaves, who did Obama’s feds go after? Parlato, of course. The same IRS whose leader Lois Lerner used her power as a weapon against Obama’s critics to go after them on bogus tax charges led the effort against Parato to protect a slaver and rapist and a child pornographer.

Some say because Raniere and the Bronfman girls and other NXIVM honchos were Friends of Hillary.

Actress Allison Mack recently pleaded guilty to blackmailing two women into becoming sex slaves for the cult’s leader.
Mack, 36, sobbed as she admitted her crimes and apologized to the women who prosecutors say were exploited by Keith Raniere and the purported self-help group,” the report said.
Mack said, “Through it all, I believed that Keith Raniere’s intentions were to help people,” even as she pleaded guilty to racketeering.
Now, ZeroHedge reports U.S. Attorney Richard Donoghue has asked a federal judge for permission to present new evidence in the case, including of an “illegal scheme to exceed contribution limits to a presidential primary campaign” in the “hopes of obtaining political influence to advance their own agenda.”
The filing in the U.S. District Court for New York in the case U.S. vs. Keith Raniere, Clare Bronfman, Allison Mack, Kathy Russell, Lauren Salzman and Nancy Salzman states: “At the suggestion of a political operative, who has since pleaded guilty to an unrelated New York state bribery charge also involving campaign contributions, the contributions were ‘bundled’ and presented to the candidate at a fundraising event attended by conspirators.”
Tyler Durden reported at Zerohedge: “And whose ‘presidential primary campaign’ did the group allegedly attempt to buy influence with?
“None other than Hillary Rodham Clinton, according to former NXIVM publicist – turned – whistleblower Frank Parlato, who told Big League Politics, ‘I was there, and I knew that the contributions were made by more than a dozen NXIVM members of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.”
The court filing continues: “At trial, the government intends to introduce witness testimony and documents demonstrating that in 2007, the defendants and their co-conspirators were involved in an illegal scheme to exceed contribution limits to a presidential primary campaign. Witness testimony, corroborated by documentary evidence, will demonstrate that at least 14 members of the NXIVM community, including at least five defendants and co-conspirators, made the maximum campaign donation to a primary campaign with the understand that they would be reimbursed by Bronfman or Nancy Salzman.
“A cooperating witness who attended the event will testify that the defendants and their co-conspirators made the contributions in hopes of obtaining political influence to advance their own agenda, including targeting perceived enemies of Raniere. The government will also seek to introduce evidence of similar conduit contributions to other elected officials, as well as use of other political lobbyists in attempts to gain influence.”
Zerohedge explained, “Founded by accused pedophile Keith Raniere, NXIVM started out as a multilevel-marketing self-help business for people who wanted to ‘reach their potential’ through various courses.”
The New York Post said at least three cult officials are or were “invitation-only”members of the Clinton Global Initiative.
Currently, the cult is thought to have engaged in sex-slave activity involving a number of women. Pending federal charges include sex trafficking, forced labor, wire fraud conspiracy and human trafficking.
Raniere also has pleaded not guilty to counts of child porn.

The report said: “Female members …such as former Smallville actress Allison Mack, would procure women for Raniere –who required that prospective ‘slaves’ upload compromising collateral into a Dropbox account. One such recruit-turned-coach was India Oxenberg – daughter of Dynasty actress Catherine Oxenberg, who met with prosecutors in New York in late 2017 to present evidence against Raniere.”
Mack, at the time she pleaded guilty, said she obtained compromising information and images of two unidentified women and that she “threatened to make [those] public if they didn’t perform ‘so-called acts of love.’”
Raniere reportedly humiliated these women, put them on diets, and had them branded with his mark on their abdomens near their vaginas. He has also reportedly raped a number of underage girls.
Alison Mack is also an alleged switch hitter; she “married” Canadian actress Nicki Clyne. It’s not a crime to be a lesbian, but it is a crime to sham-marry someone to help that person get citizenship or residency status. Some say the couple united in lezlock to get Nicki immigration and citizenship status. Alison Mack is lucky for now the Department of Homeland Security has their hands full …. it might take them awhile to address this.
Ironically, several sources report Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, D-Moslemsota, married her brother to commit immigration fraud. Congresswoman Omar has denied the incest, but not bigamy, as she was reportedly married to two guys named Ahmed at the same time. Maybe she was just community property.
Immigration officials would neither confirm nor deny Ms. Omar, who has mocked the Holocaust and 9-11, is under investigation for immigration fraud. Moslemsota officials have not accused the Jew-hating Somali native of having sex with her brother just yet. Ms. Omar, an America-hating Moslem, is one of many failures of the immigration system, and the Bush 41 and Clinton administrations.

Hillary is not the only New York senator with ties to Keith Raniere and NXIVM.
Obnoxious self-styled opponent of sexual abuse Kirsten Gillibrand was silent when Bill Clinton was president. She acted like she was ball-gagged when it became known Bill had raped Juanita Broaddrick, had demanded sex from Paula Jones while exposing his undersize leftward pointing unit to her, and had taken liberties with Kathleen Willey he shouldn’t have taken.
Here’s another reason Kirsten was (figuratively) wearing the ball gag:
Frank Parlato reported the following in his publication Artvoice 1/21/2019:
“Kirsten Gillibrand’s announcement that she is running for president generated an immediate reaction from former anti-Nxivm blogger John Tighe, who is currently a federal prisoner.
He claims Gillibrand is lying if she claims she never heard of the sex-slaver cult until news broke that they branded women in 2017.
As most readers know, Tighe operated Saratoga In Decline, a blog dedicated to exposing the secrets of NXIVM, until it was shuttered by a raid by New York State Police, headed up by Rodger Kirsopp.
State Police seized his computers and eventually arrested Tighe. From prison, Tighe said that Gillibrand’s claim to the New York Post in late 2017, that she never heard of NXIVM is untrue. A spokesman for the senator told Richard Johnson of Page Six, “Sen. Gillibrand had never heard of this group until she recently read about them in the newspaper.”
Tighe tells Frank Report – emailing us from prison – that he first met Gillibrand at a 2006 event for Hillary Clinton at the Hall of Springs in Saratoga Springs, NY, when Gillibrand was running against John Sweeney for the 20th Congressional seat.
Tighe noted that when Clinton arrived to speak, Gillibrand seated herself at one of the front three tables–all of which had been purchased by NXIVM and were full of NXIVM members. Gillibrand actually sat next to Nancy Salzman throughout the event.
“Yeah the three front VIP tables were all brought by NXIVM and she was sitting with Nancy Salzman. You can quote me on that,” Tighe told Frank Report.
Even prior to this revelation by Tighe, Frank Report had doubts that Gillibrand was telling the truth about not having heard about Nxivm until 2017 when they made national news for branding women.
Here’s why:
NXIVM is located in Albany – Gillibrand’s hometown – and the cult was featured in dozens of front page stories in the Albany Times Union since 2003. Did Gillibrand miss 15 years of Times Union stories about the cult – or perhaps never paid enough attention to them to remember them?
Nxivm’ biggest financial supporter, Clare Bronfman, who was arrested in July 2018 for her role in the cult’s criminal activities, contributed $2,400 to Gillibrand’ 2010 special-election Senate campaign.
Her father, Doug Rutnik, worked as an attorney and lobbyist for Nxivm – at a rate of $25,000 per month in 2004.
Her father was sued by Nxivm and several of its members, including Nancy Salzman, allegedly for sexual harassment of Salzman. Doug settled with Nxivm by paying them $100,000 in June 2006. Gillibrand’s cousin, Gwenn Bellcourt, married her father and became her stepmother because of Nxivm.
It’s a somewhat romantic story which I have told before. In short, Gillibrand’s father, Doug Rutnik was consulting for NXIVM when he introduced his younger, second cousin, Gwenn Bellcourt, an attorney, to the cult.
Doug initially asked Gwenn to take a 5-day intensive to determine if Nxvim needed a license as an educational institution. Gwenn was immediately targeted by Nxivm leaders, Keith Raniere and Nancy Salzman, for inclusion in the high rank of the cult.
After the first course, Gwenn became enamored. She took another 5-day course, then another. Salzman, a master hypnotist, also spent an enormous amount of time one-on-one with Gwenn. Raniere wanted Raniere wanted her to become NXIVM’s inside attorney.
At the time, Gwenn was engaged to another man. But Salzman and Raniere persuaded her to break off the engagement to devote more time to Nxivm for she had, they said, a higher purpose to fulfill with the mission.
As soon as Gwenn broke off with her fiancé and was fully indoctrinated into the cult, Raniere decided they no longer needed Rutnik as a consultant. Nancy claimed Doug sexually harassed her. Raniere demanded Doug pay back four months of $25,000 payments. He refused. NXIVM sued him, threatening to ruin his reputation by exposing the scandal. Doug paid NXIVM $100,000 as per terms of an out-of-court settlement. He and NXIVM signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to reveal the settlement agreement. Someone leaked the agreement to Frank Report.
The Nxivm/Rutnik brouhaha had a happy ending, however. After Doug paid Nxivm $100,000, he did what few were ever successful in doing – he rescued and deprogrammed his cousin, Gwenn. Loved bloomed and he married her.
Yet somehow Gillibrand never heard of Nxivm until 2017, when “she read about them in the newspaper.”
What Tighe adds to the story about Gillibrand is that she was seen publicly with Salzman, the accuser of her father, after or around the time her father settled with Nxivm. This was at a time when Raniere was trying to buy influence in politics, in large part to get his enemies, (whistleblowers) Toni Natalie, Rick Ross, and Joe O’Hara indicted.
Clinton was one of their main hopes to help with these indictments and they gave substantially to her.

The New York Post reported in 2007, “Executives and top associates of the Albany-based NXIVM group – along with their family members – donated $29,900 to Clinton’s presidential campaign, according to federal records…more than a dozen contributions poured into Clinton’s coffers from NXIVM…Most were from first-time political donors, each giving the $2,300 maximum.”
All told, more than $60,000 was donated to Clinton. Frank Report later revealed that Bronfmans paid numerous Nxivm members $2,300 in cash who, in turn, then made out checks to Clinton for the same amount. This type of activity is a federal crime.
Tighe said when he first met Gillibrand, he was unimpressed with “her baby voice and demeanor” – and did not think she had much of a chance to beat Sweeney. But she won that race when just a few days before the election, a New York State Police report involving an alleged “domestic violence”incident at Sweeney’s home was leaked to the press –a leak that has been attributed by several sources to Gillibrand’s father, Rutnik.
It was ironically the same New York State Police who had a hand in Tighe’s imprisonment.
Because of his relentless work to bring NXIVM’s illegal operations to the attention of local law enforcement officials, Tighe was targeted by Raniere, Bronfman, and other high-ranking members of the cult.
On October 23, 2013, Tighe’s blog came to an abrupt end when his computer was seized by New York State Police on suspected computer trespassing charges.
He was charged and, in a November 2013 plea bargain, Tighe admitted he intentionally accessed the computer network of NXIVM, downloading the list of NXIVM participants and clients, including contact information. …..
“Meantime, Gillibrand joins some 460 other announced candidates for president. She was re-elected as US Senator for New York in 2018. In her only debate with her senate opponent, Gillibrand was asked if she was going to run for president and she replied “ I will serve my six-year term.”
While it is true that she will likely serve her six year term on the sole grounds that she is not likely to be nominated for, let alone elected, president, there are those that found it an impressive lie that she claimed she would not run for president in late October – in order to ensure her reelection to the US Senate, then within days of her starting her second term, she announced she is running for president.
That’s the kind of dishonest behavior we suspect of Gillibrand in her denial of even having heard about Nxivm. This gal will say and do anything – if she thinks it will help her.”

The public record notes a number of things. Campaign records show large donations from groups and individuals. Did NXIVM people give to Hillary and Kirsten? The public record knows.
Did Kirsten’s dad pay NXIVM people $100,000 in an out-of court settlement? The court docket of New York’s county supreme courts will show the case if it went as far as filing.
Did Kirsten’s dad marry Kirsten’s cousin?
In New York, marriage records are closed. However, the media has stories on people’s marital ties. Likely a guy as loaded and juiced as Kirsten’s dad caught the notice of the local media people if he tied the knot with Cousin Gwenn.
The account of ties of a sex slave cult to Hillary is just the most recent of her many evil acts. But it is news that can’t help Kirsten Gillibrand. Kirsten’s best hope is to fade quietly in the swirling sewer tank that is the Democrat presidential primary campaign. If she gets too high in the polls, no doubt a rival will bring this up.

Kirsten, Hillary, Alison Mack and most of Hollywood, and all of the Left are not about the protection of women and girls. NXIVM proved this again. NXIVM’s contributions to politicians – and maybe letting them sample some of the sex slaves – brought them protection, which in my opinion led to the New York State Police and the IRS and crooked federal prosecutors in the Obama era going after the whistleblowers.

The outnumbered Republicans in New York are going to have to call for Attorney General Barr to appoint a task force of crimebusters to purge the New York State Police, the IRS, the federal prosecutors, and the New York politicians who allowed these evil people to operate. They belong in prison. They already have Satan’s brand on their minds and souls.
Kirsten and so many others in positions of power, like Hillary, and like all the New York authorities and IRS vermin and federal prosecutors who kept giving NXIVM and Raniere a pass, commit crimes and justify crimes if it will help them. Sex slaves, child rape, child pornography, and coerced abortions were covered by the money Hillary and Kirsten took, and kept taking.
