It appears the bombs mailed to George Soros, the Clintons, Barack Obama, Kamala Harris, John Brennan at CNN, Joe Biden, and other prominent enemies of the Republic are fake bombs. This may well mean the Dems or Antifa or some other organized group of criminals have tried yet another desperate stunt to fool the American people before the election.
Ironically, the bomb packages had the return address of disgraced congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Positive (D). Maybe her crew of Pakistani hackers should be rounded up and interrogated.
The AP had this nugget Wednesday night:
“A law enforcement official says tests have determined that a powder found inside an envelope delivered to CNN along with a pipe bomb was harmless.
The official wasn’t authorized to discuss the investigation publicly and spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.”
Even the New York Times Wednesday night hinted the bombs had problems. After all, none of them exploded. John Ismay, a former US Navy officer and bomb expert, provided this for the Manhattan fishwrap:
“Some bomb technicians who studied photos of the device […] suggested that the bomb sent to CNN had hallmarks of fake explosives — the kind more typically depicted on television and in movies, rather than devices capable of detonating” https://www.nytimes.com/2018/10/24/nyregion/clinton-obama-explosive-device.html …”
The “bombs” weren’t intended to explode, apparently. They were props.
And yet fake news blamed the fake bombs (allegedly) on President Trump.
Alleged bomb sent to CNN. Opening it and photoing it in a building full of people, IMHO, is not a sign the recipients were sufficiently cautious, as they would have been with a real bomb.
This smells more like a stunt. Just like the caravan of Central American criminals coming to a border near you on Election Day is a stunt someone thought up to embarrass President Trump. Reportedly the Chinese and Russian governments are funnelling money thru ther broke client Venezuela to fund the caravan of Central American criminals and some Middle Easterners. Likewise with Christine Blasey Ford and the other lying skanks who surfaced for the Kavanaugh hearings; they were slimy stunts aimed at helping Democrats.
The caravan of Central American criminals is real. The bombs apparently are not.
UPDATE: Police arrested Cesar Sayoc, 56, a Filipino, before noon today in the Miami area in connection with the “bomb” mailings. He reportedly moved to Florida from Brooklyn; he is known to Florida and New York authorities.
Sayoc is registered as a Republican, per several news media outlets. He reportedly was driving a van festooned with Trump stickers.
The mail-out of “bombs” still smells like a leftist or Deep State stunt. Law enforcement people are saying the “bombs” don’t appear they were meant to explode, the way they were made.
Sayoc would be aware how badly such a stunt would harm President Trump and GOP candidates running for offices in the Senate and in the House. Only a Republican as stupid or compromised as John Kasich or Jeff Flake would think at this level and call himself a Republican.
Sayoc’s GOP registration would add to the charade. I registered as a Democrat for years when I was an investigative reporter and later a litigation support consultant to spoof Dems and lull them into a false sense of security. Politicians and their people check on registrations of reporters and those around courthouses. Some of the Dems told me incredibly stupid or evil things, thinking I agreed with them. Democrat office holders from time to time complained I didn’t give only their side of the story. GOP office holders, unaccustomed to being treated fairly, were surprised by my evenhandedness and said so. Politically I am a nationalist who is pro-American worker; President Trump is both. That’s why we and many other working people support him.
Either way, the bomb prop mailer and the bomb prop maker belong in prison. He (or they) panicked postal people, couriers, and other delivery folks, and diverted law enforcement people away from solving rapes and murders and other crimes.
CNN’s people looked too cozy with the fake bomb in their presence, as if they were in on a hoax. I will retract my statements on this if Sayoc is an actual Trump supporter who intended to harm people and worked alone. But in a backdrop of so much lying and other crookedness by the Left aimed at President Trump, I’m not buying the “MAGAbomber” narrative.
It turned out a “bomb” mailed to New York governor Andrew Cuomo was a thumb drive. Cuomo, give the thumb drive to Creepy Joe Biden. I want to see that old degenerate try to plug it into his Etch-A-Sketch.
Speaking of Cuomo, he was defending giving the vote to all felons in New York so they could vote Democrat. His opponent Marc Molinaro (GOP), during a debate with the thumb drive target, noted child molesters should not be allowed in schools, where many polling places are. Nice work, Cuomo the Clown.
Cuomo is pro-criminal. Like most Democrat officials above village level.
Let’s pick up where we left off from our last post. We will profile the cruelty and perversion of some of the top Democrats running for office this year. Ironically, they supported the false claims of Christine Blasey Ford, who committed perjury and falsification in working with Democrat operatives to destroy Judge Brent Kavanaugh.
Before we delve in, remember most polls are fake. Dems commission them so they can make people think they will win elections. Most pollsters bias their polls to favor Democrat outcomes …. after all, the pollsters are in business and they make big money off of Democrats. Crooked polling is designed to lower the turnout of people who oppose the Democrats. It is also designed to give Democrats a reason to claim fraud when they lose, like Hillary did after the 2016 election. (Many corrupt neverTrumpers in the GOP hierarchy helped the Dems in this regard. This is why we have the multimillion dollar Mueller snipe hunt.)
Get out and vote if you oppose the Democrats’ mob tactics, their flooding the country with foreign criminals, and their attacks on your values and your way of life.
On to the culprits.
Missouri senator Claire McCaskill (D), who looks like an odd-smelling overweight cat-lady aunt, voted against Kavanaugh’s confirmation. It turns out she married a guy whose ex-wife claimed he beat her and pissed on her like a dog marking his turf. Perhaps that’s the best she could do.

“Missouri Democrat Sen. Claire McCaskill’s husband is making news again as it is revealed he was accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife, according to Fox News. A disturbing protection order filed by Joseph Shepard’s ex-wife reveals that he allegedly hit her, tripped her, and even “peed on” her.
Shepard’s domestic violence allegations date back to 1993 when Shepard’s then-13-year-old daughter called the police to inform them her mother, Suzanne Shepard, was the victim of an assault, according to a police report. Shepard was the only person listed as involved and no charges were filed after the incident.
The police were dispatched back to the Shepard home in 1998. The police reported Suzanne claiming Shepard had come to the house to pick up a carpet and the two got into an argument over marital problems. The incident report states he “proceeded to grab her right arm and push her.”
The occurrence between the two prompted Suzanne to file an adult abuse petition for an order of protection against Shepard.
“Police called by friend in my home. Joseph entered my home. I told him to leave,” she wrote. “He came up to me looking angry. “I put my hands up to protect my breasts as they are sore (cancer). He has hit me before in the breast. He grabbed my wrist and arm and pushed me up against the wall & I hit my head & back & he bruised my arms by pinching me.”
Shepard insisted that his wife was the one to get violent first.
“He said while he was attempting to load the [carpet] Mrs. Shepard began pushing him trying to get him out of the house,” the police report stated.
The filed protection order against Joseph Shepard also recalled previous incidents of alleged abuse.
“I am afraid of respondent and there is an immediate and present danger of abuse or stalking of me. He has tripped me, hit me before (police were called by my daughter), punched my cancer breast, peed on me, pushed me down and slapped me,” she stated in the report.
“He now threatens that everything I have is his and I will end up in his low-income housing and he wants to take my things,” she added.
Joseph Shepard also made headlines this year after it was revealed that he makes millions by flipping government tax credits.
Shepard’s company, the Missouri Tax Credit Fund, operates as part of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), a $9 billion a year federal program that awards tax credits to those building qualifying affordable housing projects.
The LIHTC program utilizes developers in need of cash to attract investors for housing projects by offering tax credits.
McCaskill’s disclosures show her husband earned over $1 million from the Missouri Tax Credit Fund for 11 consecutive years from 2007-2017, making a total of $11 million.”
Claire, locked in a tough re-election fight, is clearly a beneficiary of insider deals with government. Shepard’s bank account must make her weak in the knees. She has not called him a robber baron, which is the usual Democrat ploy. Does Claire have beating and urine fetishes?
Her opponent in the Senate race, Josh Hawley, is a lawyer. This is not usually a good sign. However, Hawley as the Missouri Attorney General helped force Eric Greitens, the Republican governor of the state, resign in the wake of charges Greitens sexually coerced and physically abused a woman he had been cheating with. Show Me Staters, you probably don’t want a senator who sleeps with a man who beats and pisses on women and hooks a lot of money by manipulating the system. Josh Hawley doesn’t have these character flaws. So if beating and urinating on women and gaming the taxpayers is not your bag, vote for Hawley.
Speaking of Democrat women running for the Senate, Congresswoman Krysten Sinema (BI DEM-AZ) said it was okay for Americans to join the Taliban. (Source: Daily Caller, 10/20/2018). Ironically, her opponent Martha McSally (GOP-AZ) is a former Air Force pilot.

This wasn’t Ms. Krysten’s only cavort with people who treat women and children like dirt. She also took money from child prostitution pimps. She also argued against punishing statutory rapists.

“Sinema took more than $53,000 from Michael Lacey and James Larkin, founders of the classified website formerly known as Backpage.com. The FBI seized control of Backpage in April 2018 because the adult section included advertisements for prostitution and human trafficking, which the website allegedly encouraged.
The founders were arrested and Sinema immediately went into damage control. She tried giving the cash to charities that deal with sexual assault. Some refused, only extending the saga. And she tried explaining.”
On the latter, this from CNN, 9/12/2018:
“The 2007 bill at issue would have made child prostitution a class 2 felony and eliminated the defense that an individual could not have known the age of the prostitute when soliciting sex from a prostitute as young as 15 years old. After Sinema and some others raised concerns at the hearing, the bill was amended to give a defense for people who solicited prostitutes as young as 15 “if they could not reasonably have known the age of the minor.”
“If you’re going to go out there and solicit sex or pimp for a living, like putting other young people on the street who’ll be solicited for sex, that one of the risks that you have to take when you’re engaging in already illegal activity is the knowledge that, if the person perhaps told you that they were a different age than they were, that you can be penalized more heavily if that person lied about their age,” Sinema said in 2007, according to video of her remarks.
“I don’t think that’s fair,” she added at the time. “I don’t think there’s any disagreement that pimping is wrong and prostitution is wrong and that johns shouldn’t be going out and getting prostitutes anyway.”
Sinema added: “I’m just not convinced that enforcing a strict liability on those johns who are engaging in prostitution is really the answer, and as a former social worker at an elementary school, there were children at my school who were 12, 13 years old and some of these children looked older than me. They were much more — I mean, definitely sophisticated, developed — and if I had seen a number of my former students in a place other than in a sixth-grade classroom, I would not have known that those children were 12 instead of 19 or 20. And so I do have a real concern for those individuals, and if one of those young girls were conscripted into prostitution and a john were to approach her, he’d be facing a class 2 felony for unknowingly soliciting sex from a 12-year-old who appeared to be a 20-year-old.”
Ms. Krysten is a social worker and a lawyer. It shows in her thinking, in trying to excuse hateful behavior and get off guilty clients. And it’s not the young girls’ faults they are more physically developed and more socially developed than Ms. Krysten, who says she is bisexual. They are still underage. Krysten is a MTV character and a leftist bubblehead unworthy of any public office.
Vote for your Republican House candidates too. Otherwise tantruming rapist- and rioting-friendly Democrats will obstruct all the way in to 2021. As Dilbert creator Scott Adams and President Trump would say: Jobs, not Mobs. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) promises to groom Adam Schiff (D-CA), the pro-Swamp liar on the House Intelligence Committee, for Speaker if the Dems win. Is this is what the grooming process could look like?
Back to Democrat wife beaters for $100.
Nevada Democrat Steve Sisolak, a Clark County (Las Vegas) commissioner who is running for governor of the Silver State, poses as a gentle single father to his daughters. Their mother, a woman half his weight and more than a foot shorter, accused him of beating her and mistreating her repeatedly. Per the Daily Caller, 10/19/2018, this:
“The county commissioners in this town are very powerful,” explained one of [ex-wife Lori Ann ‘Dallas’ Garland’s] friends who requested to stay anonymous. “It’s alarming how much power they have and what they can do. Steve has a lot of supporters in this town, and I certainly don’t want a target on my back. I want to stand up for my friend, however I still have to live here.”
Garland also detailed an August 2000 incident that she says left a bruise on her neck and ended with Sisolak threatening to call the police. The DCNF obtained photographs of Garland’s bruised neck taken the day after the incident and spoke with three individuals who recalled seeing her bruised neck.
“Hey, you try raising your kids as a single father,” Sisolak said in another campaign ad with his daughters where he recalled taking his kids to Planned Parenthood so they could get “answers to questions daughters just don’t ask their dad.”
[Great dad. He expects his girls to act self-destructively. So he takes them to Planned Parenthood. Or was incest or statutory rape already in play here?]
Sisolak’s campaign said the gubernatorial candidate received full custody of his children in 2003, but did not provide supporting documentation. The court documents The DCNF reviewed showed the couple shared joint custody.
Garland said Sisolak became “very controlling” over her life shortly after their marriage in 1987 following a two-year courtship.
“I had to be home by a certain time. I had time limits to do everything. I couldn’t go out with my friends anymore,” she said. “I was like a total prisoner.”
A longtime personal friend of Garland, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to fear of retaliation by Sisolak, said Garland became increasingly “isolated” as her relationship with Sisolak progressed.
Garland said she reached her breaking point after 13 years of marriage. She filed for divorce in January 2000 to break away from Sisolak, who she said responded by doing everything within his power to alienate her from her daughters.
“I tried to never have a confrontation with him in front of the kids,” she said. “He always made it in front of the kids. He manipulated those kids into thinking I did all kinds of crazy shit.”
Garland detailed an incident in August 2000 in which she says Sisolak threatened to call the police on her after he allegedly left her with a bruise on her neck.
Garland provided The Daily Caller News Foundation with pictures she said her lawyer took of her bruised neck, along with entries of her contemporaneous diary detailing the altercation. Three of Garland’s longtime friends told The DCNF they personally saw her bruised neck after the incident.

The altercation occurred on Aug. 24, 2000, the day after she moved out of their marital home, according to an entry in her contemporaneous diary, which was reviewed by The DCNF.
Garland wrote in the entry that she returned to the house that evening after picking up her two daughters from the local community center to retrieve her make-up, which she had forgotten to pack the day before.
Garland wrote that she tried to follow her kids as they entered the house through the garage, but Sisolak blocked her at the door. Garland tried to push her way past Sisolak after he told her to provide a list to his lawyers of the things she wanted to collect, the diary entry read.
“I tried to push the door open. I told him I’m not leaving without my makeup, it’s not like I was going to do anything else, I just wanted my makeup,” she said. “He was trying to shut the door. He had his arm out and had it up against my neck pushing me and trying to shut the door.”
Garland said she and Sisolak pushed against each at the door for a few moments until, she charges, her ex-husband suddenly “stumbled back on purpose and fell on the floor,” allegedly claiming to be injured while yelling at their daughter, Carley, that she had to stay away from her “dangerous” mother.
“Our daughter, Carley, was crying hysterically, yelling, ‘Daddy, please just let Mommy have her makeup,’” Garland said.
Garland said she walked over her ex-husband, who she said was groveling, grabbed her makeup from the bedroom and left the house without any further incident.
Garland wrote in her diary that her two daughters begged her not to get their father in trouble by telling their court-ordered psychologist about the incident.
“When I got back to the garage I told Carley I was sorry & that I wouldn’t get her dad in trouble,” the diary entry reads. “I told Steve I was sorry too.”
Garland denies ever forcing Sisolak onto the ground. She claims his fall was nothing more than a theatrical ploy to make her look bad in front of their child. Garland said Sisolak was 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighed over 200 pounds at the time of the incident, over double the weight of Garland, who was about 100 pounds.
“I think what Steve was trying to get me supervised visitation. He was trying to say there was domestic violence — that I hit him,” Garland said.
Garland said she learned through her lawyer the following day that Sisolak was threatening to call the police on her. She said the threats stopped after she had her lawyer send Sisolak a picture of the bruise on the right side of her neck.
“Steve would have went to jail, because he didn’t have a mark on him,” Garland said.
The DCNF spoke with three longtime friends of Garland who saw her bruised neck in the days after the incident.
“There was a nasty bruise on her neck,” one friend said. “She didn’t talk about it. She didn’t say anything. I saw it.”
“And Steve wore a neck brace for six weeks, which, I’m not going to lie, we thought was hysterical,” the friend added. “It was just so farcical that you had a hard time taking it seriously.”
“The guy is huge,” another friend remarked. “If he’s claiming that Dallas, at barely five feet, can do anything to harm his physical body is ridiculous. The difference in those two in their stature is night and day.”
Ironically, a Democrat operative named Wilfred “Mike” Stark spent some quality time in the Las Vegas jail last week for reportedly assaulting Kristin Davison, the campaign manager of Sisolak’s opponent Adam Laxalt. Stark reportedly twisted Ms. Kristin’s arm behind her back and pulled her toward him. Stark has faced multiple charges of assault and related charges while working as a Democrat operative. The Democrat group who Stark worked for reportedly fired him after his latest release from jail. (Source: Politico, 10/17/2018)
Meanwhile, things have warmed up for Bob Menendez (D-NJ) because of his corruption and his lust (allegedly) for underage girls.
Per Fox News, 10/16/2018, this:
“Republican Bob Hugin is going nuclear against incumbent Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez in the final days of the closer-than-expected New Jersey Senate race, reviving salacious allegations that the senator had sex with underage prostitutes during past trips to the Dominican Republic.
Menendez has long denied the allegations as a smear since they first surfaced on a news site in 2012.
But Hugin, a wealthy pharmaceutical executive, is now running an explosive new television ad that cites papers filed in federal court by prosecutors in 2015 acknowledging the FBI probed the prostitution allegations as part of its corruption case against Menendez.

“Bob Menendez is a hypocrite. Last week, he called for all women to be believed. But he claims that no one should believe the underage women who accused him. The public has a right to know all the facts about the FBI investigation of @SenatorMenendez and decide for themselves.”
“It’s right here in this shocking FBI affidavit,” the ad’s narrator says. “President Obama’s Justice Department had evidence that for several years, Senator Menendez had been traveling to the Dominican Republic to engage in sexual activity with prostitutes – some of whom were minors.”
Prosecutors declined to bring charges related to the prostitution claims, though they did pursue a bribery case against him. A mistrial was declared last year after the jury failed to reach a verdict in that case.
In 2015 court papers, prosecutors said the FBI investigated Menendez and donor Salomon Melgen after being presented “with specific, corroborated allegations” they had sex with underage prostitutes, though they decided against bringing any charges on those claims. (Melgen was later convicted in a separate Medicare fraud case, and sentenced to 17 years in prison.)
“Presented with specific, corroborated allegations that defendants Menendez and Melgen had sex with underage prostitutes in the Dominican Republic, the Government responsibly and dutifully investigated those serious allegations,” the papers stated, in response to claims from the defendants that the allegations were “false” and tainted the case.
The prosecutors also wrote: “Confronted with corroborating evidence of such serious crimes, it would have been an inexcusable abdication of responsibility not to investigate these allegations.”
The Hugin ad’s narrator also takes a swing at Menendez over claims made at the time by Menendez’s lawyers, as documented in the 2015 court filing, who argued “such easily disprovable” allegations of cavorting with underage prostitutes “would hardly be a federal crime even had it been true.”
“As an initial matter, it is most certainly a federal crime to leave the country for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sex act with a minor, and the defendants’ suggestion to the contrary is unsettling,” prosecutors wrote in response.”
Hugin has a puncher’s chance in Democrat-infested New Joisey. Menendez appears to be a thief and a sexual predator. But in the party of Clinton, he’s in apt company.
And across the Hudson River, there is my favorite freak, Friend of Hillary and disgraced New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman. Errr, former Attorney General.
Shysterman got outed earlier this year for calling one woman “my brown slave,” striking women during sex, threatening them with arrest if they struck him back, threatening to kill one woman if she broke it off with him, and conspiring to bogart their prescription meds. Shysterman, known for many nuisance lawsuits against President Trump in collusion with other Dem state AG s, quit his job in disgrace. Ronan Farrow, the son of Mia Farrow and (in my opinion) Frank Sinatra, who NBC muzzled, is due props for breaking this story.
Abortion mogul Merle Hoffman, whose doctors have kept malpractice lawyers busy and well-paid for decades, used Schneiderman like a female condom to go after some New Yorkers who were protesting her charnel house in Queens. Shysterman had to step down in disgrace; a few weeks later a judge slapped down his bogus legal assault on the pro-lifers.

Now on to some prominent Democrats who were Profiles in Sewage during the Kavanaugh kerfuffle.
Amy Klobuchar (D-MINN) kept quiet while her Democlown colleague Al Franken (ASSWIPE-MINN) was imposing himself on women and feeling them up while they slept. She has also been AWOL when a Somali cop in Somaliapolis shot a woman to death who was reporting a suspected sexual assault to another cop. Ms. Klobuchar has not demanded Keith Ellison resign as Democratic Party No. 2 (a foul No. 2) for reportedly channeling his inner Mohammed and abusing his girlfriend like Moslem women the world over are abused. Why? He is a deserving Democrat.
Cory Booger (D-NJ), picked by the knuckleheads of New Jersey and flicked into the Senate, while saying Kavanaugh should quit over the false allegations he tried to molest Christine Blasey Ford, admitted he molested at least one girl while he was a teen. But he declined to resign. He needed the Fartacus moment.
Over the weekend, a guy said on a Web posting that Fartacus Booker might be an equal-opportunity sexual predator. Per One America News Network 10/21/2018, this:
“Democrat New Jersey Senator Cory Booker is now being accused of sexual assault by a man.
On Saturday, an anonymous man released a detailed four page document on Twitter, claiming the incident happened when Booker visited his workplace back in 2014.
He claims Booker followed him to the bathroom, touched him inappropriately, and approached him for oral sex.
The man says he reached out to two lawyers earlier this month disclosing his name, date, location, corroborating evidence, and two possible hearsay witnesses.
The reported victim also said watching Booker’s defense of alleged sexual assault victims was “laughably ironic, jarringly cringe-worthy, and triggering” leading him to speak out.
Booker who has admitted to sexual assault back in 1992, has yet to respond to the allegations.”
Is it true or not? We’ll find out sooner or later. Booger picked a bad time to deprive Judge Kavanaugh of his presumption of innocence when accused.
It would have been hilarious if Judge Kavanaugh, when under questioning by Kamala Harris (D-CA), had asked her if she felt she was cheating better women than herself out of political office by sexually servicing California Democrat kingpin Willie Brown to get a leg up (literally and figuratively) in California. That would have given the little floozy, errr, Kamala Toe, errr, California senator a case of the screaming Mimis. (The L.A. Times 7/16/2016 and 2/16/2018, Vogue 3/19/2018, and Lloyd Billingsley in a 4/21/2018 piece for American Greatness all talk about Kamala’s sheet tangling with Mr. Brown while she was on the make.)
But then, Judge Kavanaugh doesn’t have my judicial temperament. After I showed forensically that two Indiana cops were lying in a court case, I called them “lying punks.” The judge ruled the comment out of order. But he still ruled against the cops.

Richard Blumenthal (D-BAG, CONN), who accused Judge Kavanaugh of lying, lied that he was a combat veteran of Vietnam. The closest Blumenthal got to Ho Chi Minh’s Red minions is when he puts on underpants made in the Southeast Asia sweatshop country. While he was attorney general of Connecticut, he did something worse than steal valor. He allowed Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers in the Nutmeg State refuse to report underage girls as potential sex abuse victims.
Blumenthal’s protection of molesters came on the wake of the Danielle Cramer case. The Planned Parenthood people refused to report Danielle, and she continued as a kidnap victim until police raided the guy’s residence and found the young girl locked in a storage space under the stairs. Adam Gault, 41, his common-law wife, and a 20-something female living with the pair, were arrested in connection with the year-long kidnapping of Danielle. A woman at a Trump rally in Elko, Nevada, assisted the president after he noted “Sleepy Joe” Biden could draw only a couple hundred people at an event in Vegas earlier in the day. Meanwhile, Mr. Trump noted, thousands of people came to his rally in isolated Elko, which is in a county with only 50,000 people, while Clark County (Las Vegas) holds 2 million people. Elko is closer to Salt Lake City (230 miles) and about as close to Boise, Idaho, as it is to Reno (290 miles by car on good roads). Las Vegas is over 400 miles away from Elko by car. Hardly anyone lives in the isolated high desert counties between Elko and these other cities.

This gives Warren a 1/32, or 3.125 percent, Tennessee Militia heritage, at least double the maximum 1.56 percent, minimum 0.1 percent, Native American heritage Dr. Carlos Bustamante said the evidence in the DNA genotypes purported to come from Warren’s DNA sample “strongly suggests” in his October 10, 2018 report released by Sen. Warren on Monday.
In the more than 30 years since she first claimed Native American ancestry, Warren has failed to produce a single piece of credible historical documentary evidence to support that claim. The release of Bustamante’s report on Monday was the first time she presented what she purports to be genetic evidence to support the claim.
The evidence establishing Warren’s direct descent from Crawford, a member of the Tennessee Militia that rounded up Cherokees living in Tennessee in the 1830s, is well documented.

According to findagrave.com, Jonathan Houston Crawford was born in Tennessee in 1795, married Neoma “Oma” C. Sarah Smith in Bledsoe County, Tennessee in 1819, and died in Jackson County, Tennessee.
The evidence establishing Crawford as a member of the Tennessee Militia in 1835 and 1836 is also well documented, as Breitbart News first reported in 2012:
Jonathan Crawford, O.C. Sarah Smith Crawford’s husband and apparently Ms. Warren’s great-great-great grandfather, served in the East Tennessee Mounted Infantry Volunteer Militia commanded by Brigadier General R. G. Dunlap from late 1835 to late 1836. While under Dunlap’s command he was a member of Major William Lauderdale’s Battalion, and Captain Richard E. Waterhouse’s Company.
These were the troops responsible for removing Cherokee families from homes they had lived in for generations in the three states that the Cherokee Nations had considered their homelands for centuries: Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
Jonathan Crawford most likely did not join the regular Army troops who “escorted” these Cherokees along the Trail of Tears. He did, however, serve once more with Major William Lauderdale’s re-formed Battalion of Tennessee Mounted Infantry Volunteer Militia. This group fought the Seminole Indians in Florida during the Second Seminole War. Crawford arrived in Florida in November, 1837, and served there for six months until his unit was disbanded in Baton Rouge, Louisiana the following May.
The evidence that Crawford’s unit helped round up the Cherokee in 1836 is also well documented.
“President Jackson officially proclaimed the Cherokee Removal Treaty, also in 1836. Gen. R. G. Dunlap and his troops policed the Cherokees in Tennessee, North Carolina and Georgia as they were moved west. There was no uprising,” according to a brief biography of Dunlap, written by his descendant, Kenneth Dunlap, in 2003.
On December 21, 1836, a John Crawford was one of 29 members of the Tennessee Militia “residing in the Athens [Tennessee] area” who signed a letter, seen on page 755 of that 1838 report to the United States Senate, stating that “we consider said George W. Currey eminently qualified to be the successor, as superintendent, for the removal of Cherokee Indians.”
