Kavanaugh Confirmed: Black-Eyed Susan?

Sherlock
October07/ 2018

You’re a brave man they tell me.
I’m not.
Courage has never been my quality.
Only I thought it disproportionate
so to degrade myself as others did.
No foundations trembled. My voice
no more than laughed at pompous falsity;
I did no more than write, never denounced,
I left out nothing I had thought about,
defended who deserved it, put a brand
on the untalented, the ersatz [fake] writers
(doing what anyhow had to be done).
And now they press to tell me that I’m brave.
How sharply our children will be ashamed
taking at last their vengeance for these horrors
remembering how in so strange a time
common integrity could look like courage.

– Yevgeny Yevtushenko

Yevtushenko, a “moderate Communist” critic of the Soviet system, wrote the above in the 1960s. But it might pertain to the struggle to confirm Judge Brent Kavanagh as a Supreme Court justice. By a 50-48 vote, the senators confirmed him Saturday afternoon.

Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh and his wife and girls. I predict leftist vermin will try to rape or harm Mom and her girls. I also predict large numbers of leftists would approve of such crimes. You can’t negotiate with criminals; you have to defeat them.

In this column, we’ll cover the events of this week and try to bring out some lessons for you as a citizen investigator.

First, the woman who turned the Kavanaugh hearing fiasco into a victory for justice was Arizona prosecutor Rachel Mitchell.

Instead of grandstanding, she calmly asked false accuser Christine Blasey Ford questions. Christine, like almost all liars, couldn’t keep her story straight.

Rachel’s report got out in the open not long after I posted my last post on the Kavanaugh case. It was dryer and more decorous than my reporting, but our findings matched on the key details.

And unlike my work, the senators actually read her report. It cleared Kavanaugh and politely said his accusers were stone liars, based upon the claims they brought that evidence and the accuser-named witnesses contradicted. No accuser had her account corroborated in any way.

Here’s her report.

Rachel-Mitchell-s-analysis

I’m assuming the senators also read the FBI update that Jeffy Flake (COWARD -AZ) hysterically called for the day after the Chrissy/Kavanaugh hearing. It didn’t help the Democrats either.

Good investigators follow where the facts lead.

But at the same time, experience tells an investigator certain people act certain ways.

Leland Ingham Keyser, a long-time friend of psychologist Christine Blasey Ford, made a sworn written statement in which she did not corroborate Chrissy’s fantasy about being almost raped by Brett Kavanaugh. But she did say she supported Chrissy.

Chrissy, in a show of sisterhood to her long-time friend, said this under oath at the 9/27 hearing in which she perjured herself repeatedly before a national audience:

“Leland has significant health challenges and I’m happy that she’s focusing on herself and getting the health treatment that she needs. She let me know that she needed her lawyer to take care of this for her. She texted me right after with an apology and good wishes.

I don’t expect that PJ and Leland would remember this evening. It was a very unremarkable party. It was not one of their more notorious parties, because nothing remarkable happened to them that evening. They were downstairs.”

Good Lord, Ms. Ford! Why would you leave your best friend Miss Leland alone with two attempted rapists?

Holton-Arms Preppies, Seventh Grade. Leland (circled L) and Chrissy (circled R). How sad Chrissy stabbed Leland in the back.

Christine did not accuse Kavanaugh, Judge, or P.J. Smyth of having medical conditions when they also said in written statements under oath that Christine was essentially full of bovine excrement. How sexist of her. And how unloyal of her to call a lifelong friend who still allegedly supports her a basket case.

Also, Christine, by her own admission, is a scumbag. If Chrissy was telling the truth, she left Miss Leland by herself in a house with two guys who tried to rape a girl. She also never told Miss Leland to stay away from Kavanaugh or Judge. Nor did she tell any of her other preppie friends to avoid those guys.

I don’t keep up with who mates with who in the Swamp. But serious students of reptiles and muskrat love do. It turns out Leland Ingham is the ex-wife of Democrat activist and media figure Bob Beckel. After divorcing Beckel, she married a fellow named Keyser. Her former marriage to one of the biggest Democrat operatives didn’t save her from other Swamp creatures. But at least one of her relatives apparently saw the hypocrisy and spoke out.

Per the Daily Mail’s 10/5/2018 article, this:

“On Wednesday, DailyMail.com reported that Keyser was ‘completely blindsided’ and left ‘reeling’ when the woman accusing Kavanaugh of attempted rape named her as a corroborating witness.

A family member close to Keyser, 52, said: ‘Christine didn’t give her so much as a heads up – as far as I know they haven’t really spoken for several years and they’re certainly not close anymore.

‘Leland was completely blindsided by her name being thrown into it all. The first thing she knew about it was when she woke up on Thursday morning and her name was just everywhere. It was crazy.’

The family member who asked not to be named explained: ‘She’s just trying to get through it and hoping for it all to die down.

‘It really felt a lot like Christine was the one called to the principal’s office to give an account of something and just threw her under the bus. You know, just reached for a name.’

Keyser’s attorney, Howard J Walsh III, last night confirmed that his client has spoken with the FBI and that when she did so she could not corroborate Ford’s account.

Instead she doubled down on the statements she has already given to the Senate Committee in which she has denied all knowledge of the supposed party, the alleged assault or of Kavanaugh, 53.

Keyser — whom Ford described as her ‘best friend’ at Holton-Arms preparatory school — was her final hope for corroboration.

But Keyser’s relative revealed the mother-of-two’s shock at being named as a witness by a woman to whom she has barely spoken in recent years.

And they expressed anger at Ford’s suggestion that Keyser could not recall the party because of the ‘significant health challenges’ she has faced in recent years.

Speaking in her defense Keyser’s loved one noted: ‘I think it’s quite convenient that she named the person who is frankly probably the least physically capable of all of them to stand up and be subjected to questioning or give her account.’

The family member went on to explain that the ‘health challenges’ faced by Keyser have not impaired her memory.

But they admitted that being caught up in the Kavanaugh scandal has proved physically trying at a time when Keyser is not in good health.

The relative said: ‘Leland is not a well woman. She has had years of injuries that have seen her have 14 operations on her neck and back. She just wants to get better.’

She is also under enormous emotional stress.

An open letter to Keyser published on Tuesday in The Daily Caller dragged up a tragedy from her past in a bizarre attempt to cast doubt on Keyser’s insistence that she remembers nothing and push her to confront past memories, however painful.

The letter, written by Sara Corcoran, publisher of National Courts Monitor who knew Keyser in her youth, recalled the day in July 1988 when Keyser’s boyfriend dived into the shallow end of the swimming pool at Columbia Country Club. He broke his neck and died.

Corcoran wrote: ‘I remember how you suffered…. sometimes it seems like it is easier to remain silent, but I also feel you know where the house was and who was there.’

She stated: ‘There was nothing you could have done to save Bill from the fate that awaited him, but you can save Christine.’

Keyser’s talent saw her become a professional golfer and she met her first husband, Fox News’ Bob Beckel, at that same country club. They were married for ten years and had two children – son Alex and daughter Mackenzie – before divorcing in 2002.

Keyser went onto remarry leadership coach John Keyser but they too have since split.

Injury forced her to step down from her role as a golf coach at Georgetown University and have, her family member said, plagued her for years.”

Sara Corcoran is a leftist and is proud of her grandfather “Tommy the Cork” Corcoran, who was a fixer for FDR and LBJ and a corrupt lobbyist for many. During the Truman administration, the feds wiretapped Corcoran because they suspected he was breaking the law. (Truman reportedly didn’t like Corcoran due to his ties with companies Truman suspected of war profiteering.) Corcoran also stood accused to trying to influence the Supreme Court justices in his day improperly.

Sara’s journal is pro-illegal immigrant and pro-marijuana and her contributors are left of center. However, to its credit, the website has carried stories on Facebook allegedly enabling sex traffickers and on asbestos lawyers allegedly stealing from their clients.

Despite these occasional good journalism moments, you would expect someone like Sara Corcoran to do something unethical like openly pressuring Leland Ingham to change her story to bail Chrissy out of perjury charges and keep Kavanaugh off the Supreme Court. It’s in her DNA.

I predicted sarcastically, “Leland Ingham Keyser. Look for leftist assholes to surround her house until she changes her testimony.”

Sara Corcoran proved me right.

Let me help you out, Sara. Christine was not a victim of a tragic accident. She is a lying sow who before a national audience criminally (IMHO) defamed the reputation of a man and has put his wife and young girls at risk for suffering assaults and rapes because she opposes him politically. As well as being sued for all her income and property, Christine should be dunked repeatedly like New Englanders used to dunk gossips. Better buy a swimsuit with room for your double-wide can, Chrissy.

And this, from the 10/5/2018 Wall Street Journal:

“Leland Keyser, who Dr. Ford has said was present at the gathering where she was allegedly assaulted in the 1980s, told investigators that Monica McLean, a retired Federal Bureau of Investigation agent and a friend of Dr. Ford’s, had urged her to clarify her statement, the people said.

On Thursday, a day after sending to the White House the report on its investigation into the allegations against Judge Kavanaugh, the FBI sent the White House and Senate an additional package of information that included text messages from Ms. McLean to Ms. Keyser, according to a person familiar with the matter.

Ms. McLean’s lawyer, David Laufman, said in a statement: “Any notion or claim that Ms. McLean pressured Leland Keyser to alter Ms. Keyser’s account of what she recalled concerning the alleged incident between Dr. Ford and Brett Kavanaugh is absolutely false.”

[The Washington Post 2/7/2018 praised Laufman, a long-time DOJ lawyer, for his roles in the anti-Trump “Russia, Russia, Russia” snipe hunt, and for his role in the Hillary cover-up. The reporterette noted Laufman was an Obama donor. He resigned under pressure in early 2018, the reporterette wrote. The Daily Caller 10/5/2018 reported Laufman interviewed Hillary along with disgraced and fired FBI scumbag Peter Strzok.

Swamp lawyers attack President Trump and obstruct and lie for their friends, bosses, and clients. That’s who they are. That’s what they do.]

Ms. Keyser’s lawyer on Sept. 23 said in a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee that she had no recollection of attending a party with Judge Kavanaugh, whom she said she didn’t know. That same day, however, she told the Washington Post that she believed Dr. Ford. On Sept. 29, two days after Dr. Ford and the judge testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Ms. Keyser’s attorney sent a letter to the panel saying his client wasn’t refuting Dr. Ford’s account and that she believed it but couldn’t corroborate it.

A person close to the former classmates said it was her understanding that mutual friends of Dr. Ford and Ms. Keyser, including Ms. McLean, had contacted Ms. Keyser after her initial statement to warn her that her statement was being used by Republicans to rebut the allegation against Judge Kavanaugh. The friends told Ms. Keyser that if she had intended to say she didn’t remember the party—not that it had never happened—that she should clarify her statement, the person said, adding that the friends hadn’t “pressured” Ms. Keyser.”

Leftists witness-tamper and suborn perjury. When that doesn’t work, they go to sterner methods.

Ms. Leland’s life is going to stay complex for awhile, thanks to her alleged friend Chrissy – and Chrissy’s newer bestie Monica McLean.

Who is Monica McLean? She is a lawyer and fellow Holton-Arms girl power school bestie of Christine Sixteen. Christine the shrink allegedly coached Monica the shyster on how to pass a polygraph test so she could become an FBI agent. Monica, who apparently never married, retired from the FBI and lives in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Rehoboth Beach is a very welcoming community for the alternative lifestyle set.

Someone leaked the name of a former boyfriend of Chrissy’s who contacted the Grassley Committee, claiming she coached Monica on how to beat a polygraph to help her get into the FBI, and that Chrissy cheated on him, and Chrissy ran up bills on his credit card. Nice.

Per the 10/3/2018 Daily Caller, this:

“The Daily Caller News Foundation has identified Brian Merrick as the author of a letter alleging that Dr. Christine Blasey Ford did not provide accurate testimony to the Senate Judiciary Committee about her experience with polygraph tests.

Though a witness Merrick names has denied his accusation, Senate Republicans have requested additional information from Blasey Ford in view of the letter. Blasey Ford has accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in the early 1980s while the two were teenagers.

Merrick met Blasey Ford in either 1989 or 1990, and the pair dated from 1992 to 1998, according to a letter he submitted to the Judiciary Committee. The letter also indicates that they lived together for a portion of their relationship. The couple met when they were students at Pepperdine University in California.

The DCNF has independently confirmed that Merrick and Blasey Ford were associated with the same address in southern California while they were dating in the late 1990s. The Wall Street Journal identified Merrick as an ex-boyfriend of Blasey Ford in a pre-hearing article.

Though Merrick wrote that he finds Blasey Ford truthful, he disputed several portions of her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee. In particular, Merrick charges that he observed Blasey Ford advising her best friend, Monica McLean, on polygraph tests in advance of job interviews with a federal prosecutor’s office and the FBI, which contradicts Blasey Ford’s testimony to the Judiciary Committee.

Investigative counsel Rachel Mitchell asked Blasey Ford if she has “ever had discussions with anyone besides your attorneys on how to take a polygraph.” Mitchell made it clear she was not referring to countermeasures, but to “tips or anything like that.”

Ford said she had not.

McLean denied the charge in a statement released via Blasey Ford’s lawyers. “I have NEVER had Christine Blasey Ford or anybody else, prepare me, or provide any other type of assistance whatsoever in connection with any polygraph exam I have taken at any time,” McLean said.

[Of course Monica’s statement was not under oath. People can lie with impunity until they are under oath. Then perjury and falsification charges can kick in against liars.]

McLean went to high school with Blasey Ford at the Holton-Arms School in Bethesda, Maryland. She is a signatory on a letter of Holton-Arms alumnae supporting Blasey Ford and attesting to her “honesty, integrity, and intelligence.” She worked for the Department of Justice from 1992 to 2016 and is currently an independent consultant, according to her LinkedIn page.

Merrick wrote that he broke up with Blasey Ford after discovering that she cheated on him.

Elsewhere in the letter, Merrick alleges that Blasey Ford used his credit card against his wishes after their relationship ended and never referred to her alleged encounter with Kavanaugh.

Merrick is currently a high-end real estate broker at Coldwell Banker in the Malibu, California, area, specializing in beachfront and unique properties.

He has received several awards for excellence at Coldwell and is currently designated as one of the top 100 agents of the firm’s 92,000 real estate agents worldwide.”

I predict Mr. Merrick will run into trouble. His likeliest clients for Malibu properties are rich people from the Harveywood set. They are the same sort of degenerates and rapists who attacked Kavanaugh falsely for being like them.

Speaking of Malibu, the Conservative Treehouse did some basic Internet surfing to give us more info on Monica McLean. This is a “how to be your own detective” lesson for you, courtesy of the author known as “Sundance” at the Treehouse. Cue the Surfaris’ “Wipeout.”

The author found Monica McLean’s name on a letter from Holton-Arms alumnae supporting Holton-Arms alumna Christine Blasey Ford.

The author looked up California lawyer licenses and the California Bar Association database reported Monica was admitted to the California Bar in 1992 and was last known living in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

The author looked up Monica’s LinkedIn profile and reported she said she was in the FBI from 1992 through 2016. (President Trump took office 1/20/2017.) Info he says he accessed on the Net showed her claiming to be a Special Agent of the FBI in Los Angeles and in New York City.

The author did a name search on Monica McLean, filtered out those who were not the same age as her, and found her on FBI press releases and a picture of her at a wine tasting party in Delaware in 2016.

He also noted in her testimony, Christine Blasey Ford said she was in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware from at least 7/26/2018 through 7/30/2018. She said she wrote the 7/30/2018 letter to Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) while she was at Rehoboth Beach.

He also posted a picture of Christine Sixteen at the hearing and her bestie Monica was there with her. Ironically, none of Christine’s relatives seemed to be at that hearing for her. Her mother and father and brothers, who are both attorneys, live within an easy drive of DC.

Conservative Treehouse posted this picture and circled Monica McLean.

The author of the Conservative Treehouse article showed the ties between Monica McLean and some “Resistance” sorts in the FBI who hate President Trump. He surmises Monica recruited Chrissy to attack Kavanaugh and helped prep her for perjury after they presumably enjoyed some quality sleepover and beach resort time.

If so, then Monica McLean is Exhibit A as why the FBI is not only corrupt but incompetent.

Here’s why:

Christine, in her letter to Dianne Feinstein, said the party “included me and four others.”

This means if there were only four other kids at the party (Kavanaugh, Mark Judge, P.J. Smyth, and her female bestie Leland Ingham Keyser, all of who she named to the Senate Judiciary Committee), this means the house the party was at had to be a place where one of them lived. And it had to have had a pool or be near a pool, since Christine said she was wearing a one-piece swimsuit under her clothes. The alleged residence would be easy to check. The count was three boys and a girl besides her.

So she had to change her lie, errr, account for the FBI lie detector guy. The FBI guy, Jeremiah Hanafin, got a note from Christine Sixteen saying “there were 4 boys and a couple of girls” at the alleged party.

Chrissy had her lie in place for the Washington Post. She also told the Washington Post she was there with four boys. Not three. The Post reporter didn’t note how many girls Christine said were present.

If Christine had Monica helping her in the salt air, white wine, and estrogen-laced atmosphere of Monica’s Rehoboth Beach pad, or anyplace else, then Monica overlooked the massive screw-up in the letter to Dianne Feinstein.

And Monica is a lawyer and a former FBI Special Agent. This explains why the Tsarnaev Brothers, who blew up the Boston Marathon, and the San Bernardino shooters, and the Pulse Nightclub shooter and the 9-11 hijackers, all violent Islamists, succeeded in killing so many Americans.

The FBI is full of ninnies who can’t sleuth competently. Or even fabricate fake victim statements properly.

Now on to the Susan Collins speech. I don’t like Susan. She’s a snobby pro-abort neverTrumper.

I heard only a little of Susan’s speech in her quavering Nervous Nellie voice. But she gave a logical presentation that we would expect out of a high-ranking elected official who is supposed to be able to use her head for more than a hat rack.

Here is the portion of Senator Susan’s speech I heard and found truly effective:

“Some of the allegations levied against Judge Kavanaugh illustrate why the presumption of innocence is so important. I am thinking in particular not of the allegations raised by Professor Ford, but of the allegation that, when he was a teenager, Judge Kavanaugh drugged multiple girls and used their weakened state to facilitate gang rape. This outlandish allegation was put forth without any credible supporting evidence and simply parroted public statements of others. That such an allegation can find its way into the Supreme Court confirmation process is a stark reminder about why the presumption of innocence is so ingrained in our American consciousness.

Susan Collins in boots shoveling snow in front of her DC townhouse. She was presumably angry she had to wear these rubber boots to shovel Democrat excrement. It will take a lot of pine oil and hot water to remove the excrement and the smell. Town houses don’t have mud rooms or farm showers.

Mr. President, I listened carefully to Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony before the Judiciary Committee. I found her testimony to be sincere, painful, and compelling. I believe that she is a survivor of a sexual assault and that this trauma has upended her life. Nevertheless, the four witnesses she named could not corroborate any of the events of that evening gathering where she says the assault occurred; none of the individuals Professor Ford says were at the party has any recollection at all of that night.

Judge Kavanaugh forcefully denied the allegations under penalty of perjury. Mark Judge denied under penalty of felony that he had witnessed an assault. PJ Smyth, another person allegedly at the party, denied that he was there under penalty of felony. Professor Ford’s life-long friend Leland Keyser indicated that, under penalty of felony, she does not remember that party. And Ms. Keyser went further. She indicated that not only does she not remember a night like that, but also that she does not even know Brett Kavanaugh.

In addition to the lack of corroborating evidence, we also learned some facts that raised more questions. For instance, since these allegations have become public, Professor Ford testified that not a single person has contacted her to say, “I was at the party that night.”

Furthermore, the professor testified that although she does not remember how she got home that evening, she knew that, because of the distance, she would have needed a ride – yet not a single person has come forward to say that they were the one that drove her home or were in the car with her that night. And Professor Ford also indicated that even though she left that small gathering of six or so people abruptly and without saying goodbye and distraught, none of them called her the next day – or ever – to ask why she left – is she okay – not even her closest friend, Ms. Keyser.

Mr. President, the Constitution does not provide guidance as to how we are supposed to evaluate these competing claims. It leaves that decision up to each Senator. This is not a criminal trial, and I do not believe that claims such as these need to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Nevertheless, fairness would dictate that the claims at least should meet a threshold of “more likely than not” as our standard.

The facts presented do not mean that Professor Ford was not sexually assaulted that night – or at some other time – but they do lead me to conclude that the allegations fail to meet the “more likely than not” standard. Therefore, I do not believe that these charges can fairly prevent Judge Kavanaugh from serving on the Court.”

Susan Collins is not a great senator. But she had a great moment.

Her observation on no calls for Christine is why evidence in public matters. Susan Collins, like many women, hit on a detail girls and women would naturally think about … is my friend okay? (Guys don’t think that way as quickly.) She was distraught when she left. 99 said basically the same thing.

My attorney friend Dirk Van Capias says the “more likely than not” test Senator Susan used comes up in lawsuits as a way lawyers try to sell a case to a jury. It’s easier to understand than the phrase “preponderance of evidence.”

Senator Susan, in using the “more likely than not” test in her speech, threaded the needle perfectly in describing standards for hiring someone when faced with allegations about that person that may or may not be true. She made the senators’ duties as screeners clear to a national audience, and I predict people will quote her for many years to come.

Edmund Ross, the Kansas Republican who voted against convicting President Andrew Johnson on bogus charges the Radical Republicans brought against him, was the senator who kept Johnson from being removed from office. Susan Collins’ vote wasn’t that big, but it is among the more momentous of those ever cast in a tight vote in the Senate.

As for women legislators, only Jeanette Rankin had a more dramatic moment, when she had to decide whether to declare war on Kaiser Wilhelm’s German Empire in 1917.

In the wee hours of the night, April 6, 1917, which happened to be the first hours of Good Friday, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to declare war on Germany. After all the speechmaking was done on Holy Thursday and past midnight into Good Friday, the House members voted on whether or not to declare war on Germany with a yes or no roll call vote only. Jeannette Rankin, a young Montana Republican who was the only woman in Congress, didn’t follow the format. Miss Rankin, who was new to the House (it was only her fifth day on the House floor), said in a quavering voice, “I want to stand by my country but I cannot vote for war.” She then broke down and sobbed in her seat in the House. Fiorello La Guardia, then a freshman Republican congressman from New York City, said he couldn’t see Congresswoman Rankin crying because of the tears in his own eyes.

Jeannette Rankin, standing at podium, in white dress, bravely and dramatically votes against Woodrow Wilson’s War on April 6 (Good Friday), 1917. Men attacked her for alleged weakness. Other feminist suffragettes, who agreed the war was wrong, still stabbed Jeannette in the back to curry favor with the men who would soon vote on making women suffrage an amendment to the Constitution.

Sadly, in the sewage collection basin that is the DC area, Susan Collins’ act of simply doing her job is heralded as patriotism of the highest order.

That’s why I led this column with the Yevtushenko poem. And you thought I was just showing affinity for Soviet era literature.

Again:

“And now they press to tell me that I’m brave.
How sharply our children will be ashamed
taking at last their vengeance for these horrors
remembering how in so strange a time
common integrity could look like courage.”

But then, maybe there is more to it for Susan Collins.

Edmund Ross lost his re-election bid. So did poor Miss Rankin, who turned out to be right about the perfidy of our alleged allies Britain and France.

Various sources claim people angry at Senator Collins have already thrown millions of dollars into a fund designed to force her out of the Senate. They want Ms. Collins to be Black-Eyed Susan.

Since leftist vermin have threatened her aides with rape, maybe there is some physical courage in Susan Collins’ act. Senator Marco Rubio has hinted at the threats Ms. Collins has received. The scum know where Susan lives. Susan is a small woman north of 60, and would reasonably fear being beaten, slashed and raped.

Rand Paul’s wife Kelley openly fears for her man. Rand (R-KY) had a rough 2017. He was shot at by the Democrat nutbag and girl abuser James Hodgkinson, who shot Steve Scalise at a GOP baseball practice. Rand got ambushed by an anal-retentive crazy neighbor Rene Boucher (D) and suffered broken ribs and lung damage as a result. Kelley says she has a better alarm system and guns nearby now.

Why did Lisa Murkowski (GOP-ALASKA) roll over like an Avenatti client?

Was she threatened?

Surely Lisa is aware the FBI under Robert “Gestapo” Mueller framed Alaska GOP senator Ted Stevens and caused him to lose an election before the truth came out that the prosecution was as crooked and disgusting as a sleepover with Hillary.

Lisa’s state of Alaska is in the 9th US Circuit Court of Appeals. This doobie shack, errr, court full of leftists routinely rules for government and against property rights, gun rights, and use of resources that are important to Alaska’s people. Without a Supreme Court that includes a Kavanaugh, there is no effective appeal from a wacky 9th Circuit Court of Appeals gun-grabbing or tree-hugging decision that affects Alaskans. Why? Because a Supreme Court tied at 4-4 lets the appellate court verdict stand.

Lisa Murkowski, like Susan Collins, is a pro-abort GOPer. But her odd action, which rewards bringing false charges against people to defeat them, will hurt her politically.

Sarah Palin has already fired a shot across Lisa’s bow on this.

Sarah Palin. Are you ready, boots? Start walking!

Ms. Murkowski tried to minimize the damage she did in coming out against Judge Kavanaugh on Friday during the vote to end cloture and set a confirmation vote.

Fellow GOPer Steve Daines of Montana was set to go to his daughter’s wedding on Saturday, October 6, the day of the vote to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. He was whining about the Senate vote and his daughter’s nuptials.

Bag it, senator. Your duty station is in DC, voting to save the Supreme Court from a mob by voting. Service members and first responders and emergency room nurses have to forego family events routinely because of the call of duty. I missed many holidays and family events when I was in the Army.

Another GOPer promised Daines the use of his private jet so he could get back from a late Saturday vote. But a lot of things can go wrong. Plane trouble. Protesters in Montana. Criminals in the DC area hemming him in at the airport. Another senator flipping.

Joe Manchin (D-WV), voted with the GOP to end cloture and force a final vote. He is facing a tough re-election fight in the Mountaineer State. Most of his constituents want Kavanaugh confirmed. So Joe listened to them and voted their way.

Assuming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell could hold his senators in place, the GOP would have 49 votes without Daines, plus Manchin. This would give Lisa Murkowski the chance to straddle the fence.

Lisa volunteered, per Senate custom, to pair her vote with Daines’ vote. He would vote YES, she would vote PRESENT, and neither would actually vote on Saturday. Lisa could tell normal people she didn’t vote against Kavanaugh, she could tell crazies she didn’t vote for Kavanaugh, and Daines could lay over in Montana in case he needed a designated driver instead of a designated pilot.

But if the leftists had flipped Flake or someone else with evidence of anything sordid he did, then “Great” Daines would have smelled like dog pound filth. Daines should have stayed in DC. That’s my opinion and I’m sticking to it.

Now for the Crime Stoppers part of the column.

Democrats and Ms. Justice

On the police blotter, per a 10/5/2018 article written by Breitbart’s Penny Starr, comes this:

“United States Capitol Police (USCP) arrested a suspect on Wednesday for allegedly posting private and identifying information (doxing) on Wikipedia about Republican senators last week, shortly after Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee that Kavanaugh had sexually assaulted her at a high school party decades ago.

Jackson A. Cosko, the man arrested, is a Democrat who has worked with several Democrat lawmakers, including Sens. Maggie Hassan of New Hampshire and California’s Barbara Boxer, who is retired.

Cosko was most recently listed in the Senate directory phone book as Hassan’s “legislative correspondent/systems administrator.”

Fox News reported that Cosko either worked or was an intern for Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), the lawmaker who received a letter from Ford accusing Kavanaugh of misconduct but which she did not make public until after his confirmation hearings.”

Per the Washingron Examiner, 10/5/2018, Kosco stands charged with “making public restricted personal information, making threats in interstate commerce, unauthorized access of a government computer, identity theft, and witness tampering.”

The Rhode Island guy who made false charges against Kavanaugh, and then recanted, seems to be on a path to face criminal charges.

Avenatti, the Pee Wee Herman porn lawyer representing false accuser Julie Swetnick, needs to be. Somewhere there must be a statute or a USDA pest control bulletin outlawing pissants.

Christine Sixteen, per a 10/3/2018 article in The Hill, reportedly said she would turn over her therapist notes and more notes from the lie detector test that she has been keeping from the Grassley Committee only if the FBI was to interview her before the confirmation vote on Judge Kavanaugh.

Save it, sow.

Christine will get her FBI interview. I suspect she will be the subject of a perjury investigation. I am still saying the therapist notes are faked … I will retract if I am proven wrong, but if they were real, it would have helped her credibility to submit them, and to have named her therapist.

Grandpa Charlie Sherlock, a Chicago Police Dept. detective, used to say, “When you tell the truth, all you have to do is remember what happened. When you lie, you have to remember everything you said.”

This Kavanaugh process is about more than putting a judge on the Supreme Court. It is about keeping the justice process as just as possible to prevent a few corrupt people from generating mobs of scumbags, aided by crooked lawyers, to repress We The People.

What’s at stake is the rule of law (and order) in the Republic.

If criminals avoid punishment for perjury and related tampering, to include leaking to force witnesses to lie, and doxxing with the intent to put opponents in the crosshairs of violent masked criminals, they will repeat their crimes against other victims.

Antifa Scum hold Klanlike Rally in Berkeley

Leftists will continue to file false charges, and the media will repeat the lying as truth often enough to con people into believing the lies, like Hitler and Goebbels did.

There will be intimidation as paid criminals in masks riot and threaten others. Police will be told to stand down. Judges and prosecutors will look the other way. There will be no punishment of these criminals.

The average Joe and Joan will go broke paying taxes and health care for illegals, and to pay handouts for daisy-chained immigrants who never put a dime into these programs.

Big corporations will export jobs and technology overseas, smashing the futures of our young people and stealing the jobs of white collar and blue collar professionals alike.

American history will be lied about. Veteran memorials will come crashing down. And leftist vermin will run the country for generations, all due to their unpunished crimes that allow them to consolidate power.

This is why our leaders will have to smash the perjurers, the suborners, the riot inciters, and the rioters.

I despise many Republican officeholders. To me they are like VD. But the top Democrats are like AIDS. So voting choices are simple. You can’t cure AIDS.

Americans must vote a straight Republican ticket until the Democrats remove their sociopaths, which may well make them as small as the Green Party. It’s more constructive that waiting for hell to freeze over.

Crime should not pay. And if you help fight it, it won’t.

PS.

America’s First Lady, the gracious and gorgeous Melania Trump, visited children in an orphanage in Kenya. And looked great, as always.

Melania is piling up good will for her adopted nation and makes it look effortless. Why wouldn’t the Donald smile?
