The most divisive trial in France before World War One was the Dreyfus case.
Captain Alfred Dreyfus, a Jewish artillery officer in the French Army, stood accused of selling the design secrets to the excellent recoilless 75 mm field gun to the Germans.
Dreyfus was railroaded and sent to Devil’s Island. It turned out someone else was the traitor.
The real traitor fled to England. The officer who forged documents to cover for the traitor committed suicide.
The authorities in 1899 pardoned Dreyfus without formally clearing him. They didn’t want to admit they were wrong.
In 1906 the French government formally exonerated Dreyfus. Dreyfus, back in uniform, served his country honorably during World War One.
What helped force the French government to pardon Dreyfus was the work of the author Emile Zola.
Emile Zola wrote an article about the case in 1898 called “J’ Accuse” (I Accuse). He poked holes in the case the French government brought against Dreyfus, and accused the government of corruption at the highest levels. The article ran on the front page of a Paris newspaper.
Zola lost a libel case over the article and had to go into exile in England to avoid jail.
It is in the spirit, if not the danger, of Zola that I type out today’s article on the Kavanaugh case.
Christine Blasey Ford — Latest Face of the Resistance. Another Anita Hill. The Deep State never sleeps.
Christine Blasey Ford, in a 9/16/2018 Washington Post article, publicly accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of trying to rape her at a teen party in the early 1980s.
Ms. Blasey Ford told The Post she did not recall exactly who owned the house, how she came to be at the house, or how the party was arranged. She remembered only that the house was in Montgomery County, MD, near a country club, and that parents were not present. She also claimed she couldn’t remember how she got home.
Ms. Blasey Ford admitted there were four boys at the party, and several girls. She claimed she screamed for help when Kavanaugh and his pal, future conservative writer Mark Judge waylaid her in an upstairs bedroom. But no one came to help her.
She claimed Kavanaugh had her down on a bed and was trying to tear off her clothes and her one-piece bathing suit. She said Judge then jumped on them, sending all three sprawling. She said she ran from the room, briefly locked herself in a bathroom, and then fled the house.
She described Kavanaugh as a muscular football player who overpowered her. Multiple Internet sites list Kavanaugh as being 5′-9″ or 5′-10″ and 160 lbs. No hulk. He probably was 5′-8″ or 5-9″ and weighed about 130 pounds wringing wet in high school. He still looks like a boy standing next to President Trump.
Ms. Blasey Ford has not named any of the alleged partygoers other than Kavanaugh and Judge.
Nor has she named the day the incident allegedly happened.
She admitted everyone at the party was drinking.
And she said she was wearing a one-piece bathing suit under her clothes.
Kavanaugh and his friend Mark Judge went to Georgetown Preparatory School. Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch, a Trump nominee, also went to that school two years after Kavanaugh. Gorsuch was in the same grade as Chrissy, who attended a preppy girls’ school called Holton-Arms.
Preps hang out with preps. They don’t slum with us lower folk.
Because of the story, Senator Mitch McConnell ( R-KY) postponed the 9/20/2018 vote to confirm Kavanaugh. Senator Chuck Grassley ( R-IOWA), chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, has ordered a public hearing at which Ms. Blasey Ford will testify, and then Judge Kavanaugh will testify.
Chrissy’s lawyer Debra Katz said her client looked forward to testifying. Then Senator Grassley noted yesterday Ms. Katz was not returning his communications to confirm Chrissy would be there. Ms. Katz, who looks like Rachel Madcow, knows sexual criminals when she defends them. She has been a lawyer for Bill Clinton and Al Franken.

Ms. Katz is no stranger to sliming women victims. She slimed Paula Jones when the Arkansas woman sued Bill Clinton. Clinton had to settle with Paula when she described Mr. Bill as having an undersized penis that pointed left when erect.
Chrissy doesn’t want to testify, said her other lawyer Liz Banks yesterday evening, until there is a full FBI investigation into the case. This of course would postpone the confirmation vote until after the November midterm elections. The Dems have a slim chance of taking the majority in the Senate, and could keep Kavanaugh, who they detest, off the Supreme Court if they do win.
Here’s the problem with Chrissy and her lawyers.
Chrissy prepared for this kerfuffle by lawyering up and undergoing a lie detector test. Lie detector tests work only on guilty people who are nervous or innocent people who are not nervous. One of my cousins flunked a lie detector test when it indicated he was lying about his name. He wasn’t. Bill Clinton could pass lie detector tests because he is a smooth and conscienceless liar.
Chrissy expected to get away with an anonymous accusation and now she wants more time.
The Washington Post reported that she had contacted the newspaper in July, along with Senator Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).
She has had her time. She had time to cook up a story, coach her beta hubby, get records that could well be forged, hire lawyers, and take a lie detector test. “How I spent my summer vacation.”
Per Fox News 9/16/2018, this:
“Last week, the FBI, which conducts background checks on judicial nominees, said that it already had reviewed the allegations.
“Upon receipt of the information on the night of September 12, we included it as part of Judge Kavanaugh’s background file, as per the standard process,” the FBI said in a statement.”
Grandpa Charlie Sherlock, a Chicago Police Dept. detective, used to say, “When you tell the truth, all you have to do is remember what happened. When you lie, you have to remember everything you said.”
The Christine Blasey Ford story didn’t pass the smell test for a number of reasons. That’s why the FBI, full of anti-Trump seditionists, didn’t waste any time investigating it.
Here’s further “How to be Your Own Detective” analysis:
Brett Kavanaugh strikes me as a guy who was a wimp in high school. Nice to girls, not a bodice ripper. Probably on the shy side around girls, even if he was talkative in class at his all-boy high school. He didn’t marry until his late 30s. Probably too shy to be in an upstairs bedroom during a party unless he lived in the house or was friends with someone who lived in the house.
If Kavanaugh wanted to rape Ms. Ford, why did he have a buddy present? So he could jump in and kill the buzz? Or give any girl victim a chance to escape in the drunken gloaming?
The FBI does not investigate attempted rapes in Maryland. Maryland police do. Chrissy’s lawyers are aware of that. The FBI isn’t all that competent anyway. They routinely botch investigations on Moslem murderers. They forgot to charge Hillary with lying to them about her illegal server that she used for classified info — info she left out for the Chinese to find, allegedly. Probably for lotsa money.
Also, Chrissy is an uncooperative and uninformative “victim.” She said nothing about the alleged incident for at least three decades.
She has not stated a date for the incident. She has not named any of the other partygoers.
If her folks didn’t drop her off at the alleged party, she would have walked or rode a bike or got a lift from a friend.
Chrissy couldn’t remember the circumstances surrounding the party or how she got there. Or who owned the house. Or where it was, except somewhere in Montgomery County, MD near a country club. Or if she was invited or she just crashed it. Or how she got home.
Parents, pretend Chrissy is your teen daughter wanting to go to such a party.
“How did you hear about the party?”
“I dunno.”
“Were you invited?”
“I guess so.”
“How are you getting there?”
“I dunno.”
“Whose house is it at? Where is it at?”
“I dunno.”
“How late is it going to run?”
“I dunno.”
“Why are you wearing a swimsuit under your clothes?”
“It’s a pool party! Duh!”
Then after the party:
“How was the party?”
“It was okay.”
“Who was there?”
“Jane Doe, Jane Roe, a couple of geeks from Georgetown Prep. Nothing special.”
“Was anyone drinking?”
“Drinking what?”
“Alcohol!”
“Oh, no! The parents were there.”
“Who are they?”
“I dunno.”
“Put your wet swimsuit on something so it doesn’t wet the floor.”
“I didn’t go swimming.”
“Why not?”
“Didn’t feel like it.”
“How did you get home?
“I dunno.”
Based on her own statements, Christine is a horrible witness. She doesn’t know anything.
Dopey resents the comparison to Christine Blasey Ford.
Chrissy never shared details of the alleged rape attempt incident with her friends. She never told other girls to stay away from the wild and crazy Kavanaugh and Judge. This flies in the face of girl behavior. Girls are usually pretty good at telling on people who do them wrong, especially if the wrongdoers are their own age. If they talk about such incidents with friends, the word spreads. Chrissy said she kept it to herself.
Per the Washington Post:
“Christine Blasey Ford said she told no one of the incident in any detail until 2012, when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes, portions of which were provided by Ford and reviewed by The Washington Post, do not mention Kavanaugh’s name but say she reported that she was attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society in Washington.” The notes say four boys were involved, a discrepancy Ford says was an error on the therapist’s part. Ford said there were four boys at the party but only two in the room.
Notes from an individual therapy session the following year, when she was being treated for what she says have been long-term effects of the incident, show Ford described a “rape attempt” in her late teens.
In an interview, her husband, Russell Ford, said that in the 2012 sessions, she recounted being trapped in a room with two drunken boys, one of whom pinned her to a bed, molested her and prevented her from screaming. He said he recalled that his wife used Kavanaugh’s last name and voiced concern that Kavanaugh — then a federal judge — might one day be nominated to the Supreme Court.
If Christine’s story is valid, the place of the attack would have been at the house of Kavanaugh or Judge or a buddy of Judge and Kavanaugh who had a pool and parents stupid enough to allow a coed pool party while they were not home (or clueless enough that the party took place without their knowing about it, or their teen being dumb enough to “host” a party thinking he wouldn’t get caught). That would be the only credible reason for Judge and Kavanaugh being in an upstairs bedroom waiting to pounce on girls wearing one-piece swimsuits under their clothes.
Judge Kavanaugh has charitably suggested Chrissy might have been victimized by other people, and used his name as a sincere mistake.
Charitable is a good description. Women and teen girls who have been victims of rape and attempted rape remember the who, what, when, where, how, and why of their horrible experience. For a long long long long time. Christine’s account is devoid of credible details and corroboration.
Christine Sixteen admits drinking, but claimed she and everyone else except for Brett Booze and Mark Hammered (the only two named bad guys) had only one beer each. Suuuuuure. Perhaps Judge Kavanaugh’s suggestion others were to blame comes from the suspicion Chrissy was lying about the amount of alcohol she drank at an event and woke up missing earrings, shoes, some clothing, her house key, her stomach contents, her bowel contents and bladder contents, and a large percentage of her dignity.
Christine produced no physical evidence either. Christine’s butt and breasts are bigger and saggier now, so presumably the one-piece bathing suit and her other clothes are long gone.
Christine reportedly didn’t tell her parents, the homeowners, the police, or her preppy friends about the alleged attack. She’s the dog that didn’t bark …. IMHO, there was nothing for her to bark about.
Brett Kavanaugh underwent a televised hearing in 2006, when Christine Ford was in her late 30s and was a psychologist, supposedly able to stand on her own two feet (when sober) as an adult woman and as a clinical professional. Why didn’t she say anything then?
This is why her husband’s statement is such a joke. He said he remembered the alleged rapist being Kavanaugh in the 2012 session and she was concerned he would be a Supreme Court justice some day.
To quote Democrat and child porn convict Pee Wee Herman, “HA-ha, HA-ha.”
In 2012, Barack Obama was cruising to re-election over Unfit Mitt Romney. The plan was to let Crooked Hillary run in 2016, and again in 2020 for a second term. And after all the illegals the Dems would let in turned several more states into Democrat voting states, no GOPer would ever see the inside of the White House again. Brett Kavanaugh would have a nice job until Dems figured out a way to force out all GOPers from the bench.

What about the shrink notes the couple allegedly shared with the Washington Post?
Allegedly Christine Ford saw a shrink about the problem in 2012. The shrink said she claimed four boys were involved then. She didn’t name names then either. But she has accused her shrink of taking notes improperly. If that part of the notes are bad, what else is suspect?
How about all of them?

Fake note for a rioting Wisconsin teacher signed by “badgerdoctor”
Remember teacher unions and other government employee scumbags rioted in Madison, Wisconsin when Governor Scott Walker tried to work in the public’s interests against their greedy demands. A number of Wisconsin U. doctors wrote fake sick notes for roughly two thousand teachers. The teachers then disrupted schools by not showing up to teach class for several days. They were too sick to teach but well enough to riot in the winter in Wisconsin.
What am I saying? How hard is it to get a forged set of shrink notes at a college full of shrinks who are suffering Trump Derangement Syndrome? The Fords’ alleged therapist had better come clean, since he/she/shim is no longer bound by patient confidentiality rules. They said they had marital problems and brought out the paperwork themselves. In the land of the Democrats, it is no shame to admit to inadequacy or to rape fantasies.
In other words, I’m a healthy skeptic. The Fords could be lying for political reasons. They might be telling the truth. And the Cleveland Browns could win the Super Bowl at the end of this season.
Even Dianne Feinstein reportedly admitted to a Fox News reporter about Chrissy’s story: “I can’t say that everything is truthful. I don’t know.”
Floating out there is the accusation that Christine Ford was ready to accuse Neil Gorsuch of similar behavior.
I’ll wait for proof before I comment on this latest twist. But since Gorsuch ran in the same preppy circles as Chrissy, is the same age as Chrissy, went to the same school as Kavanaugh, and was worthy of targeting by bat-excrement-crazy leftists to keep him off the Supreme Court, the story wouldn’t surprise me if it is true.
In fact, a woman who calles herself Cristina King Miranda posted on Facebook she was a schoolmate of the accuser and claimed, “The incident did happen.” She (Ms. King Miranda) then shared her teen anguish about Mark Judge standing her up for a dance. Problem is this Holton-Arms drama queen forgot to read the script before acting out. The accuser Chrissy says she never told anyone until 2012. Cristina Cha-cha then took down her Facebook farce, claiming it served its purpose. She said the Washington Post, CNN and other fake news people have reached out to her for interviews, but she’s trying to figure out what to do.
Cristina, follow Chrissy’s lead. If Chrissy goes away and doesn’t testify, do likewise. If Chrissy implodes, hire a lawyer who can defend you on defamation charges. Soros might send you some scratch. Or put up a GoFXXXMe page if he spent his dividend money on Antifa rioters this month.
One last tip to the Dems. When you trot out the fake high school yearbook, make sure you spell Kavanaugh’s name right. It’s BRETT, not BRENT.
Why is Chrissy reluctant to testify? And why are her shysters covering for her?
The truth is not blasé. Or Blasey.
Chrissy likely didn’t think about the possibility someone might ask to talk with the alleged therapist who wrote the alleged shrink notes for her. And make the writer prove authorship of the notes in 2012 and 2013, not a few weeks ago.
She didn’t think GOPers would actually show a little spine. (Without President Trump, the GOP senators would have folded like a card table.)
She and her husband didn’t consider they might be prosecuted for perjury, falsification, lying to the FBI, or some other sort of process crime. After all, Hillary and Dem bigwigs have lied and falsified with immunity for decades.
But they have to look at their own exposure. So does the person who wrote the shrink notes.
Hopefully there will be punishment for Christine and her hubby if they are shown to be hoaxers.
Hopefully there will be punishment for the shrink notes writer, if the work is fraudulent.
Hopefully there will be punishment for the shysters who pushed Sixteen Christine into the limelight.
Hopefully there will be punishment for Dianne Feinstein for abuse of process. Senators have killed other people (hi, Ted Kennedy) and lied about rape victims (hi, Hillary) and have remained deserving Democrats. Suborning perjury is serious, but senators lie routinely. They are among the lowest vermin in the nation.
At the very least, they need to lose their fortunes due to a massive defamation suit by Judge Kavanaugh.
For committing perjury or falsification or defamation and abuse of process they all deserve prison time.
Only then will this sort of smearing with impunity decrease.

No. 2 (and a smelly No. 2 at that) Rod Rosenstein concerning the declassification and release of documents surrounding the FISA warrants and other illegal actions by Deep State higher-ups in the intelligence community and the Justice Department.
These Dems, the Senate and House Minority leaders and rankest Democrat members of the Senate and House intelligence committees, have access to much more classified info than the average member of the House and Senate.
