I was not brought up to think of FBI agents and Justice Department prosecutors as crooked scumbags. Nor were most of us.
Both of my grandfathers were Chicago policemen who were wounded in the line of duty. A criminal shot Grandpa Leo in the back, and he carried that bullet with him to his grave. The Krauts, a little earlier in World War One, gassed him, and they would eventually cost him most of his eyesight.
Grandpa Charlie also served in World War One, but never left the country. He suffered life threatening injuries in a car wreck while on police duty in the late 1920s. Grandpa Charlie, whose picture is the main picture for this website, arrested Jack McGurn, the mastermind behind the Valentines Day Massacre. McGurn (true name Vincenzo Gebardi) imported German-American gangsters from St. Louis to wear cop uniforms and shoot Bugs Moran’s gang.
Grandpa Charlie advised the producers of “The Untouchables” TV show starring Robert Stack as T-man Eliot Ness. Grandpa Charlie had arrested a number of the men portrayed in the show, and he knew a lot about them. Grandpa and my Dad, a tough stud of a man who looked like Robert Stack, also admired Frank Wilson, the bespectacled IRS agent whose number crunching made the tax case against Al Capone that sent Scarface to Alcatraz. Wilson had the stones to tell Capone where to go despite Capone threatening him and his family.
We also grew up with “The FBI” – a show starring World War Two veteran Efrem Zimbalist, Jr. – the star of “77 Sunset Strip” and the father of Stephanie Zimbalist of “Remington Steele” fame. Zimbalist and the other actors who played FBI agents underwent background checks like FBI agents had to do. Zimbalist admired the G-men and wanted to portray them in the best light. Like Jack Webb’s “Dragnet” used real LAPD cases as bases for shows, the FBI shows based upon real FBI cases.
Grandpa Charlie was leery, not of the agents, but of the top men of the FBI. He said they could have prevented JFK’s murder, but did not do so. Grandpa Charlie, an Illinois delegate to the 1960 Democratic Party convention, was a JFK man who blamed President Kennedy’s murder on Lyndon Johnson, who like the Clintons, was not averse to having people inconvenient to him die.
Grandpa quit the Democrats when LBJ took over. He hated murderers.
History repeats itself. The IG report confirms the FBI is nakedly guilty of trying to engineer the election of Hillary Clinton, and of illegal spying upon the people of Donald Trump in an attempt to stop his election, and to cause his removal from office.
The inspector general report, released on Trump’s birthday by Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz, one of the few nationally known Democrats who is not a known criminal or scumbag, is a work by committee whose people seemingly couldn’t agree, if you listen to the media.
The 14 pages of the “executive summary” of the IG report is not getting great praise. Leftists are less unhappy with it than others, because it gives them some wiggle room in defending Hillary.
Since it is now a public record, you can read it for yourself if you find it on the Net. Or, since I have found it, click on this link below to read it and download it for yourself.
381806566-IG-Report-on-FBI-and-DOJ-Handling-of-Clinton-Investigation
I read the executive summary and parts of the full report and concluded there was some sugarcoating in the summary, but enough iron in it to mean trouble for failed fired FBI chief James Comey. It also means trouble for Peter Strzok (the FBI counterintelligence official who ran the Hillary e-mails investigation and the alleged Russia collusion with Trump campaign investigation) and his partner in adultery FBI lawyer Lisa Page. There is also trouble for other FBI agents, and for former AG Loretta Lynch and former DOJ high official Sally Yates.
FBI adulterous lovebirds Peter Strozk and Lisa Page
The writer of the executive summary noted the investigators said Comey was insubordinate and overreaching in releasing info about Hillary before the Democratic Convention that showed she broke a bunch of laws but was ignorant, not culpable.
Rod Rosenstein fired Comey in May 2017, for essentially the same reasons – insubordination and overreaching in the Hillary scandal. (President Trump wanted Comey gone because of his many problems.) Rosenstein then hired Comey’s buddy Robert Mueller as special counsel to investigate Donald Trump and his people not only for the Russia snipe hunt, but for anything else Gestapo Mueller could fabricate.
The writer also said the investigators found Comey was insubordinate and overreaching in releasing info about Hillary and Anthony Weiner’s laptop days before the general election that showed she FBI re-opened the investigation on her due to Weiner’s laptop but didn’t find anything new.
Anthony Weiner, in prison for sending pictures of himself nude to underage girls, is the husband of Huma Abedin, the Moslem aide and reputed concubine of Hillary Clinton. Huma Abedin, whose family are Moslems from Pakistan and India, is tied to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Huma Abedin aka Hum a Weiner. Hillary’s Moslem Mata Hari?
The writer of the executive summary put this on Page vii:
“Comey said that he recalled first learning about the additional emails on the Weiner laptop at some point in early October 2016, although he said it was possible this could have occurred in late September 2016. Comey told the OIG that this information “didn’t index” with him, which he attributed to the way the information was presented to him and the fact that, “I don’t know that I knew that [Weiner] was married to Huma Abedin at the time.”
If true, Comey is stupider than Barney Fife.
James Comey.. Looks like he passed wind while under oath.
We’ll cover why Hum a Weiner’s husband Anthony Weiner’s laptop (which he used to store evidence as well as send out pictures of his own, errr, lap, later on.)
Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, per the executive summary, knew about Loretta Lynch’s and Comey’s desire to announce an end to the Hillary e-mail investigation. She was upset he did it by himself in July 2016. According to the writer, she and others wanted Comey not to release any info on the Hillary/Weiner investigation before the election in late October 2016. Per Page xi, this:
Lynch, Yates, Axelrod, and their staffs had several discussions that same day as to whether Lynch or Yates should call Comey directly, but said they ultimately decided to have Axelrod communicate “the strong view that neither the DAG nor [AG] felt this letter should go out.”
Nazi bitch face Sally Yates — sizing up a victim?
The writer of the executive summary noted FBI and DOJ people conducted an “investigation” of Hillary so poorly that others would call them incompetent, cowardly, or corrupt. From Page ii of the summary, this:
“With regard to these investigative decisions, we found, as detailed in Chapter Five, that the Midyear team:
Did not seek to obtain every device, including those of Clinton’s senior aides, or the contents of every email account through which a classified email may have traversed. We found that the reasons for not doing so were based on limitations the Midyear team imposed on the investigation’s scope, the desire to complete the
investigation well before the election, and the belief that the foregone evidence was likely of limited value. We further found that those reasons were, in part, in tension with Comey’s response in October 2016 to the discovery of Clinton emails on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, the husband of Clinton’s former Deputy Chief of Staff and personal assistant, Huma Abedin;
Granted letter use immunity and/or “Queen for a Day” immunity to three witnesses in exchange for their testimony after considering, as provided for in Department policy, the value of the witness’s testimony, the witness’s relative culpability, and the possibility of a successful prosecution;”
(In other words, they let three people who had dirt on Hillary who were dirty themselves off the hook, which gave the three license to lie like Oliver North lied.)
The rest of the report is much worse for the FBI and the Hillary camp.
It had many examples of how FBI agents are biased and how they acted on their biases to falsely clear criminal Hillary Clinton.
They did it out of hatred for the American people and for careerism – selfish pursuit of promotions and/or lucrative consulting gigs, paid for ultimately by we the people.
It is already known Comey and Peter Strzok, who was in charge of the farce, decided to clear Hillary before interviewing her. They wanted her to win the 2016 presidential election, not Bernie Sanders or Donald Trump.
Hence, the FBI people did not put Hilary under oath, or tape the interview, or take notes.
They noted Hillary’s IT guy “lied his ass off” but did nothing about it. Per Page 147, this:
In another exchange on February 4, 2016, Agent 1 and an FBI employee who
was not assigned to the Midyear investigation discussed Agent 1’s interview with a
witness who assisted the Clintons at their Chappaqua residence. Part of this
exchange follows.
FBI Employee: “boom…how did the [witness] go”
Agent 1: “Awesome. Lied his ass off. Went from never inside the scif
[sensitive compartmented information facility] at res, to looked in
when it was being constructed, to removed the trash twice, to
troubleshot the secure fax with HRC a couple times, to everytime there
was a secure fax i did it with HRC. Ridic,”
FBI Employee: “would be funny if he was the only guy charged in this
deal”
Agent 1: “I know. For 1001. Even if he said the truth and didnt have
a clearance when handling the secure fax –aint no one gonna do shit”
One agent called Hillary “the President.” (Page 411)
The IG report also notes the following:
Fired and disgraced FBI chief James Comey sent official FBI e-mails on a private server. Per Page 425, this:
“We identified numerous instances in which Comey used a personal email account (a Gmail account) to conduct FBI business.”
Page xii of the executive summary says Peter Strzok put info pertaining to the Weiner case that was under seal on his private e-mail account.
Investigators found FBI and DOJ officials received what amounted to bribes, or solicited money for a relative.
FBI Number Two Andrew McCabe did not recuse himself from the Hillary sham investigation or from the Trump snipe hunt for a long time, even though his wife took almost $700,000 in campaign contributions from Friend of Hillary Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe for her failed attempt to be a Virginia legislator. (Page xiii, executive summary)
Former Assistant Attorney General Peter Kadzik illegally tried to get his son a job with Hillary’s campaign in 2015, while he was supposed to be investigating her criminal conduct. He did not disclose his soliciting. Kadzik also gave intel to his pal and former client John Podesta about the schedule for release of Hillary’s e-mails. Podesta, a Hillary henchman and suspected child predator, was Hillary’s failed presidential campaign director for her failed 2016 run. (Page xiii, executive summary)
Numerous FBI agents and officials followed the bad example of Hillary and their FBI and DOJ superiors and took bribes from news organizations. They leaked or otherwise gave info to reporters, then got free meals, drinks, and tickets to sporting events or other forms of entertainment. Here’s how the report writer put it, on Page 430:
“In addition to the significant number of communications between FBI employees and journalists, we identified social interactions between FBI employees and journalists that were, at a minimum, inconsistent with FBI policy and Department ethics rules. For example, we identified instances where FBI employees received tickets to sporting events from journalists, went on golfing outings with media representatives, were treated to drinks and meals after work by reporters, and were the guests of journalists at nonpublic social events. We will separately report on those investigations as they are concluded, consistent with the Inspector General (IG) Act, other applicable federal statutes, and OIG policy.”
So the FBI guys and gals crookedly took bribes. Just like other government grifters.
Heinrich Mueller, Gestapo Leader, and Robert Mueller, FBI Leader who looks like the Nazi’s uncle.
They also demonstrated their disdain for most Americans, especially those who voted for President Trump.
One text message from a female FBI agent, called Agent 5, appeared on Page 412 of the report:
“I would rather have brunch with trump and a bunch of his supporters like the ones from ohio that are retarded”
And this, from Page 417, the day after the election:
09:38:14, FBI Attorney 2: “I am numb.”
9:55:35, FBI Employee: “I can’t stop crying.”
10:00:13, FBI Attorney 2 “That makes me even more sad.”
10:43:20, FBI Employee: “Like, what happened?”
10:43:37, FBI Employee: “You promised me this wouldn’t happen.
YOU PROMISED.”
10:43:43, FBI Employee: “Okay, that might have been a lie…”
10:43:46, FBI Employe: “I’m very upset.”
10:43:47, FBI Employee: “haha”
10:51:48, FBI Attorney 2: “I am so stressed about what I could have
done differently.”
10:54:29, FBI Employee: “Don’t stress. None of that mattered.”
10:54:31, FBI Employee: “The FBI’s influence.”
10:59:36, FBI Attorney 2: “I don’t know. We broke the momentum.”
11:00:03, FBI Employee: “That is not so.”
11:02:22, FBI Employee: “All the people who were initially voting for
her would not, and were not, swayed by any decision the FBI put out.
Trump’s supporters are all poor to middle class, uneducated, lazy POS
that think he will magically grant them jobs for doing nothing. They
probably didn’t watch the debates, aren’t fully educated on his policies,
and are stupidly wrapped up in his unmerited enthusiasm.”
We the people are stupid lazy pieces of shit, according to this female FBI scumbag. This female FBI scumbag, who while on the clock, was screwing off and not working. Given her orientation, and that of the shyster with the appropriate label of Number Two, perhaps this is a good thing.
Continuing, on Page 418:
11:11:43, FBI Attorney 2: “I’m just devastated. I can’t wait until I
can leave today and just shut off the world for the next four days.”
11:12:06, FBI Employee: “Why are you devastated?”
11:12:18, FBI Employee: “Yes, I’m not watching tv for four years.”
11:14:16, FBI Attorney 2: “I just can’t imagine the systematic
disassembly of the progress we made over the last 8 years. ACA is
gone. Who knows if the rhetoric about deporting people, walls, and
crap is true. I honestly feel like there is going to be a lot more gun
issues, too, the crazies won finally. This is the tea party on steroids.
And the GOP is going to be lost, they have to deal with an incumbent
In 4 years. We have to fight this again. Also Pence is stupid.”
11:14:58, FBI Empoyee: “Yes that’s all true.”
11:15:01, FBI Attorney 2 “And it’s just hard not to feel like the FBI
caused some of this. It was razor thin in some states.”
11:15:09, FBI Employee: “Yes it was very thin.”
11:15:23, FBI Attorney 2 “Plus, my (xxx) damned name is all over the
legal documents investigating his staff.”
11:15:24, FBI Employee: “But no I absolutely do not believe the FBI
had any part.”
11:15:33, FBI Attorney 2 “No, who knows if that breaks to him what
he is going to do.”
The FBI Attorney 2 insulted we the people some more, then worried about his sorry backside because he admitted he was involved in spying on Trump’s staffers.
Rod Rosenstein, the Justice Department’s Number Two, was okay with the redaction of some details embarrassing to members of the FBI and the DOJ. In a 5/23/2018 press release, senator Chuck Grassley said the following:
“Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) today called on the Justice Department to provide unredacted copies of text messages between two FBI officials whose politically-tinged missives called into question their impartiality during their work on politically sensitive investigations. Reviews of less-redacted versions of the messages revealed previously-concealed details of excessive spending, including a $70,000 conference table, raising new questions about the rationale for the remaining redactions.
“Congress, and the public, have a right to know how the Justice Department spends taxpayer money. I am unaware of any legitimate basis on which the cost of a conference table should be redacted. Embarrassment is not a good enough reason. The manner in which some redactions have been used casts doubt on whether the remaining redactions are necessary and defensible,” Grassley said in a letter today to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
Another exchange makes reference to the Obama White House “running” an investigation, though the official’s name was initially redacted and details about the investigation are still unclear.”
Horowitz is now shifting to focus on the misconduct by Comey, McCabe, and others in the FBI and DOJ in having subordinates lie to obtain FISA warrants to spy on Donald Trump and his people in 2016 and 2017. They may still be spying on President Trump and his people today. (Daily Caller, 6/17/2018)
Now back to the Weiner laptop issue and why the FBI and the Justice Department tried to cover it up before the November 2016 elections to protect Hillary. A Breitbart article published 11/4/2016 noted the following:
“Because of Weinergate and the sexting scandal, the NYPD started investigating it. Through a subpoena, through a warrant, they searched his laptop, and sure enough, found those 650,000 emails. They found way more stuff than just more information pertaining to the inappropriate sexting the guy was doing,” Prince claimed.
(Prince is Erik Prince, a former Navy SEAL and the founder of the Blackwater military training and security defense contractors.)
Anthony (Inadequate) Weiner. Congressman and Sex Offender (courtesy New York Post)
“They found State Department emails. They found a lot of other really damning criminal information, including money laundering, including the fact that Hillary went to this sex island with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Bill Clinton went there more than 20 times. Hillary Clinton went there at least six times,” he said.
(The Clintons’ trips to Epstein’s Island of Underage Girls have been confirmed by freedom of information requests of the Secret Service. That’s right …. when the Clintons travel to grift money or abuse girls – Hillary evidently prefers girls too – they have Secret Service protection. Some expenses you pay due to their thieveries and their lecheries are public record.)
“The amount of garbage that they found in these emails, of criminal activity by Hillary, by her immediate circle, and even by other Democratic members of Congress was so disgusting they gave it to the FBI, and they said, ‘We’re going to go public with this if you don’t reopen the investigation and you don’t do the right thing with timely indictments,’” Prince explained.
“I believe – I know, and this is from a very well-placed source of mine at 1PP, One Police Plaza in New York – the NYPD wanted to do a press conference announcing the warrants and the additional arrests they were making in this investigation, and they’ve gotten huge pushback, to the point of coercion, from the Justice Department, with the Justice Department threatening to charge someone that had been unrelated in the accidental heart attack death of Eric Garner almost two years ago. That’s the level of pushback the Obama Justice Department is doing against actually seeking justice in the email and other related criminal matters,” Prince said.”
“NYPD was the first one to look at that laptop,” Prince elaborated. “Weiner and Huma Abedin, his wife – the closest adviser of Hillary Clinton for 20 years – have both flipped. They are cooperating with the government. They both have – they see potential jail time of many years for their crimes, for Huma Abedin sending and receiving and even storing hundreds of thousands of messages from the State Department server and from Hillary Clinton’s own homebrew server, which contained classified information. Weiner faces all kinds of exposure for the inappropriate sexting that was going on and for other information that they found.”
“So NYPD first gets that computer. They see how disgusting it is. They keep a copy of everything, and they pass a copy on to the FBI, which finally pushes the FBI off their chairs, making Comey reopen that investigation, which was indicated in the letter last week. The point being, NYPD has all the information, and they will pursue justice within their rights if the FBI doesn’t,” Prince contended.
“There is all kinds of criminal culpability through all the emails they’ve seen of that 650,000, including money laundering, underage sex, pay-for-play, and, of course, plenty of proof of inappropriate handling, sending/receiving of classified information, up to SAP level Special Access Programs,” he stated.
“So the plot thickens. NYPD was pushing because, as an article quoted one of the chiefs – that’s the level just below commissioner – he said as a parent, as a father with daughters, he could not let that level of evil continue,” Prince said.
To protect themselves, NYPD people kept quiet before the election. They should have known if Hillary had won they would have been toast, thanks to the FBI and the DOJ and the IRS. Silly cops. What do they teach you in police academy? To prevent crimes sometimes you have to think like a criminal.
I printed the above because a publisher whose people have spoken with me about John Kasich has published essentially the same story.
(The publisher’s people contacted me on Kasich after I reported on radio talk shows in Ohio and Pennsylvania how soft on sex offenders and the Ohio county prosecutors who shield them John Kasich really is. Disclosure: I was doing it as a private citizen during the 2016 primary season who supported Donald Trump and who wanted to smash Kasich politically. I hate rapists of children and those who protect them.)
The IG report notes Comey’s shilly-shallying about restarting the investigation on Hillary, then concluding they found nothing new – days before the general election in November 2016.
The IG executive summary says in so many words the FBI sat on the evidence from the Weiner laptop for almost a month, and essentially had to address the issue when NYPD people started talking to federal prosecutors in New York about it throughout October 2016.
Did the FBI and DOJ want to hide the evidence from the public, before the election and afterward?
The executive report writer on Page viii noted:
“We found these explanations (by FBI and DOJ personnel) to be unpersuasive justifications for not acting sooner, given the FBI leadership’s conclusion about the importance of the information and that the FBI Midyear team had sufficient information to take action in early October and knew at that time that it would need a new search warrant to review any Clinton-Abedin emails. Moreover, given the FBI’s extensive resources, the fact that Strzok and several other FBI members of the Midyear team had been assigned to the Russia investigation, which was extremely active during this September and October time period, was not an excuse for failing to take any action during this time period on the Weiner laptop.”
The IG people noted Strzok claimed FBI people were able to check laptop data on Weiner’s laptop quickly. They noted Strzok contradicted the FBI tech people who had to get about 700,000 e-mails ready for vetting days before the election. The tech people said they only looked at about 7,000 files, or 48,000 files (take your pick) and then only very perfunctorily. They were nowhere near completing the work. But Strzok reported they found nothing new, and Comey on 11/6/2016, two days before the election, blared out that he wasn’t changing his recommendation not to prosecute Hillary. An analyst told Comey they were nowhere near being done checking the laptop, but Comey released the letter anyway. DOJ staffers of Obama’s “helpfully” reviewed and edited Comey’s letter before its release. (Pages 388-393)
The IG people noted Strzok was probably biased in making spying on Trump a bigger priority than checking on Hillary in light of the new evidence found on Weiner’s laptop. From Page ix of the executive summary, this:
“In assessing the decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Midyear-related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop, we were particularly concerned about text messages sent by Strzok and Page that potentially indicated or created the appearance that investigative decisions they made were impacted by bias or improper considerations.
Most of the text messages raising such questions pertained to the Russia investigation, and the implication in some of these text messages, particularly Strzok’s August 8 text message (“we’ll stop” candidate Trump from being elected), was that Strzok might be willing to take official action to impact a presidential candidate’s electoral prospects. Under these circumstances, we did not have confidence that Strzok’s decision to prioritize the Russia investigation over following up on the Midyear-related investigative lead discovered on the Weiner laptop was free from bias.”
QUESTION TO JEFF SESSIONS: WHY AREN’T YOU FOLLOWING THE IG RECOMMENDATION TO PUT THE HILLARY/WEINER INVESTIGATION AHEAD OF THE RUSSIA SNIPE HUNT?
Gestapo Mueller did not remove Strzok from the Russia snipe hunt against President Trump until July, 2017, AFTER IG Horowitz found out about Strzok’s over-the-top bias.
President Trump a couple of days ago praised the rank and file agents within the FBI, saying that if you were to take a poll, they likely supported him. He also noted that the only people who didn’t support him are “the scum on top, not Comey and that group of people that are total thieves.” (Daily Caller, 6/15/2018)
President Trump is being far too generous and sanguine.
Most FBI people and DOJ people are not crime fighters in the sense police officers and sheriff’s deputies and Border Patrol agents and federal marshal officers are. The FBI people work in offices and courts protected by crime fighters. They had to drop standards on drug use to recruit many FBI agents. Individually, the average FBI agent is not all that impressive … I’ve met several of them during my time as a muckraker and litigation support consultant.
Without their badges and guns, they would be yuppie punks.
Yet too many of them have the air of entitlement and bullying that marks all fascist organizations.
DOJ attorneys are worse, IMHO.
Speaking of bullying and fascism, it came to light a few days ago Rod Rosenstein threatened congressional staffers with criminal probes when he and his subordinates illegally withheld and redacted documents sought by members of Congress. (Source: Catherine Herridge, Fox News, 6/13/2018)
Rosenstein, who looks like the wimpy father in the cartoon strip “Calvin and Hobbes,” fired John Comey with President Trump’s direction, but for the stated reasons of insubordination and overreaching in 2016, and then hired Comey’s friend Gestapo Mueller to investigate President Trump for firing Comey and to investigate the nonexistent “collusion” between Trump and Russian authorities. In other words, he gave Gestapo Mueller cover to investigate President Trump and his people for something he himself did. Nice.
Many people in government, when they were in high school, got pantsed in gym class or got ignored or mocked by other kids. These socially awkward, cowardly, jealous people became government lawyers, federal agents, regulators, and politicians out of a sense of greed, revenge and power lust, not because they are natural leaders. Without power and status, they are the same bedwetting losers they were in high school.
Gestapo Mueller, who was FBI chief from 2001 to 2013, is considered clean by his dirty friends in the Deep State. In New England, Mueller is known by some as Whitey Bulger’s bitch for the favors he did for the murderous mobster.
Uranium Bob Mueller also was the FBI chief who watched and allowed the Russian government to take 20% of America’s uranium reserves and pay off the Clinton Foundation about $150 million after Hillary signed off on the steal. Mueller and his successor Comey let the Russians get away with the uranium and Hillary get away with taking the massive bribe. So did former FBI No. 2 Andrew McCabe (who was fired for lying to investigators in early 2018) and Rosenstein. The latter two also worked the Uranium One case and like crooked or cowardly cops they did nothing to stop Hillary’s treachery.
Over the past three decades, the FBI and the DOJ have proven themselves worthless at fighting Islamist terror and foreign invaders. In the days after President Trump’s inauguration, Loretta Lynch resigned as U.S. Attorney General, leaving Hillaryite predator Sally Yates as acting AG. President Trump had to fire her a few days later because she refused to enforce his lawful immigration policies, in violation of her oath of office and the law.
President Trump, the ultimate civics lesson, is bringing a bright light to the ingrained corruption of the FBI and the DOJ, just like he has spotlighted the corruptocrats of the Veterans Administration, the State Department, and the Energy Department.
When the courts and the prosecutors are corrupt, then justice is in jeopardy. Honest policemen and women are under siege and are threatened when they do their jobs. The public is under siege also. How many more criminals have harmed people because the corruptocrats among prosecutors and judges have let the guilty go free, and have prosecuted the innocent?
It will take a purging of the FBI and the DOJ, with many serving prison time, and many others losing their jobs and their wrongfully gotten pensions, and generation or two of honest service to restore the FBI and the DOJ. Bear in mind a lot of “honorable” and “stand-up” FBI agents and DOJ lawyers know about the corruption of Hillary and other top dogs and bitches in their agencies, as well as the corruption of other politicians, but stood silent like cowards when it mattered.
The United States Military Academy (West Point) used to kick out not only those who lied, cheated, and stole, but those who knew about it and were silent. On a case by case basis perhaps this policy needs to apply across the board to the federal government.
Fortunately, Inspector General Michael Horowitz did a decent job in exposing the corruption in the FBI and the Justice Department. His investigators logged facts that will lead to indictments and convictions,.
Horowitz’s records are public records thanks to the Freedom of Information Act, which makes many government records public. That makes any one of us who takes the time to read the IG report much more knowledgeable about the problem of corruption in the FBI and DOJ, and makes us more able to demand reforms from our politicians.
I was able to read the IG report because of this law. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
And, short of the intervention of God, an informed and alert public is the best defense against the corruption of the politicians and their bureaucrats and their backers.
When it comes to the safety of your family and your community and your nation, you are your first responder. The good guys and gals in law enforcement need your help. They need you to elect good public office holders and hold them accountable. They also need info you have that can help them do their jobs better for you. They also need to hear from you that you are thankful they are working for you. Knowing someone else cares about their work and is thankful for their good work will keep good men and women doing jobs when salary alone will not.
