OPEN RECORDS AND JFK’S MURDER, THE CLINTONS’ CASH GRABS, AND THE ONGOING COUP AGAINST DONALD TRUMP

Sherlock
October27/ 2017

This week’s headlines show why knowing about public records is so important, and why it is important to hold government people accountable.

Yesterday, on the orders of President Trump, the feds released most of the documents on the assassination of JFK they have been hiding for more than half a century. Apparently some agencies like the CIA didn’t take their responsibility to the people seriously, because these obstructionists reportedly weren’t ready to release some records. They are getting an extension of no more than six months from President Trump to review their records for national security concerns and make them available for public scrutiny.

Ironically, this week a leftist crazy on a watch list got thru Capitol police checkpoints to try to assault President Trump. Government officials are calling this latest failure police incompetence. Others are calling it a dry run.

Secret Service agents were caught with their pants down yet again, like in JFK’s murder and in the attempted murder of President Reagan by a family friend of then-Vice President George H. W. Bush. President Trump should be bolstering his security and be firing and investigating those who failed.

On to the Las Vegas mass murder. It’s quiet because the feds and the Las Vegas police are not talking. Enterprising reporters decided to see if there are records border security people keep on who enters the country that could be made public. They found out Customs and Border Patrol agents do keep such lists, and they reported federal agents told them Mandalay Bay Hotel’s own Jesus Campos was on it. Campos, the security guard who one of the shooters reportedly shot, went to Mexico shortly after the mass murder, and returned several days later. The feds didn’t note when Campos went south, but did note he returned.

These reporters also reportedly accessed another public record – the database held by Nevada state officials on licensed security guards. The reporters claimed Campos was not on it, and then asked Las Vegas police what if any license a casino guard needs in Nevada. The police spokesman apparently wasn’t too happy about the question. The reporters noted he said, “Jesus Campos is a victim and we don’t speak about victims.” He could have answered the question or shrugged and said he didn’t know instead of acting like a churlish knothead.

The Sun, a British paper, reported local or federal authorities claim one of the shooters, Stephen Paddock, removed a hard drive from his laptop computer. There is no proof Paddock did it, but that’s their story and they’re sticking to it.

Paddock’s brother Bruce probably wishes he removed his own computer’s hard drive. Lawmen in Los Angeles arrested him this week after reportedly finding hundreds of images of child pornography on his computer. He is being held on an one count of child pornography and 19 counts of sexual exploitation of a child.

One of my friends, a first responder, explained possibly why it took the police SWAT team about an hour to break in on Stephen Paddock after they reached the floor he was reportedly shooting from. My friend said it was probably their decision, based on their protocol, to check rooms and try to get innocent people out of harm’s way. When I asked him why they didn’t just let the people shelter in their locked rooms while they took out a guy they still believed to be alive, he said it was also possible, due to their protocol, they were checking all the rooms on the floor for a trap before they went all in on the known shooter, who was not shooting while they were on the 32nd floor.

A trap? Like another shooter. Or shooters. Or some other assailant(s). This is why I ask people in the know for their informed opinions.

On to the last two stories, which both center on the sociopathic corruption of Hillary Clinton. Peter Schweizer, the author of “Clinton Cash,” used public records of State Department and U.S. Government actions, available through federal FOIA requests and website searches, to track how Hillary helped put American uranium ore deposits owned by Canadian firm Uranium One under the control of Russian government company Rosatom when they bought Uranium One. She and other Obama officials okayed the sale of most of Uranium One to the Russians, which put 20% of known U.S. uranium reserves into Russian hands. In 2013, Rosatom bought the rest of Uranium One.

Schweizer also used IRS Form 990s and/or other documents nonprofits have to file to track payments of millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation by Canadians who made money on the Uranium One sale to Russia, and payments by Russians involved in the Uranium One deal. Schweizer also used federal disclosure forms available from the State Department to find out that Bill Clinton got $500,000 for a speech he made in Russia not long after Hillary signed off on the transfer of Uranium One to the Russians.

If you were so inclined, you could do much the same. These records are open to the public.

The story has recently resurfaced, in the wake of the wasteful and dishonest witch hunt by former FBI chief Robert Mueller and a number of prosecutors who donated large money to Hillary. An FBI undercover agent, a businessman who the Russians tried to bribe, did pay bribes with FBI approval to Russian officials while Barack Obama was president and Hillary Clinton was his Secretary of State. And while Mueller was FBI chief. It turns out the undercover agent in 2016 wanted to speak out about the involvement of government officials, including Hillary, in the uranium sell-off scandal, but President Obama’s Justice Department people –while Mueller pal James Comey headed the FBI — threatened to jail him and take his money because he signed a nondisclosure agreement years earlier.

An assistant FBI director named E.W. Priestap, in a 10/25/2017 letter to the undercover businessman’s attorney Victoria Toensing, told Ms. Toensing, an experienced intelligence matters attorney, that her undercover businessman client could tell what he knew to various congressional committees. Hopefully Ms. Toensing is on the job and has capable security people guarding her client’s life. The FBI has made this letter public; it is available on the Net.

The evidence on this radioactive Clinton scandal is so overwhelming that even leftist organs like the New York Times, the New Yorker, and The Hill are confirming the donations to Hillary Clinton, the big money for Bill’s speech, the kickbacks and bribery and extortion and money laundering the FBI found out the Russians engaged in in their actions surrounding the acquisition of Uranium One, and the export of uranium ore out of this nation. Peter Schweizer, writing in the New York Post in June 2015, reported the Clinton Foundation took in about $145 million from investors and others who stood to gain from the transfer of American uranium to Russian control.

This scandal leads to yet another Hillary scandal heating up this week – her involvement in paying for a dossier alleging Donald Trump committed filthy acts and other crimes while in Russia. The truth is, as reported by numerous sources listed in the End Notes, that Russian propagandists sold a bill of goods to British government agent Christopher Steele, who got the bill of goods for a Democrat-friendly opposition research firm named Fusion. Hillary’s campaign and the Democratic National Committee apparently paid millions of dollars to Fusion executives to retrieve this steaming pile of bovine excrement.

The dossier was so laughably false, Hillary and the Dems didn’t dare openly endorse it. Instead Fusion and/or other of their operatives shopped it around until the leftist publication Mother Jones published an article about the Russians having blackmail info on Trump days before the 2016 election. But the Mother Jones outfit would not publish the dossier.

In January 2017, some suspected stoners (sarc) at the leftist website BuzzFeed published the defamatory dossier. This allowed the overwhelmingly pro-Hillary media to slime Trump falsely yet again by commenting on BuzzFeed’s published article.

Back to 2016. Hillary’s people and/or DNC people and unhinged Trump foe John McCain (who somehow also got a copy of the defamatory document) approached the FBI with the Steele dossier. FBI officials, and probably people in the CIA and/or the National Security Agency, used the defamatory dossier to get Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants to wiretap an eavesdrop on Trump through his associates. FBI higher-ups, and probably people in the CIA and/or the National Security Agency used the defamatory dossier to grease the skids for the Mueller witch hunt against President Trump.

Seymour Hersh, the writer who uncovered the My Lai massacre in Vietnam, called the dossier story a lie. He charged John Brennan, Obama’s CIA director, and James Clapper, Obama’s former national security director, with plotting the scam because he believed they wanted to get retained by Hillary if she won the 2016 election.

Republican members of Congress subpoenaed Fusion executives to demand who paid them the millions for the Russian-produced and Steele-reported pornographic fiction. Fusion people took the Fifth, claiming client confidentiality. But then Fusion’s lawyers at Perkins Coei, smelling possible punishment, spilled the beans. They said Fusion execs were not bound by confidentiality agreements. Then Fusion’s lawyers at Perkins Coei finally told the truth and revealed Hillary’s campaign and the Democrat National Committee paid Fusion for the Steele rotten dossier. One source speculated Fusion got as much as $9 million for the dossier.

FBI officials admitted having a deal with Christopher Steele, but claim they later backed off. Unless FBI officials cooked their expenditures records, a Freedom of Information Act request may well show how much money Comey and his homeys paid Christopher Steele.

Because of the revelations, a group has filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission charging Hillary and the Democratic National Committee failed to report this multimillion dollar expenditure per applicable federal campaign disclosure laws.

A Russian who BuzzFeed claimed was hacking Democrat leaders in their article sued BuzzFeed for defamation. Many papers in civil cases are public records. BuzzFeed’s lawyers made a motion to compel testimony from Comey and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper. They claim they published the falsehood-filled dossier because these two former intelligence top dogs saw the dossier and presumably believed it.

Mueller knew or should have known there was an FBI probe into the Uranium One controlling interest sales to the Russians with Hillary’s okay, but did nothing. Comey knew or should have known the anti-Trump dossier was a fake, but used it anyway to fraudulently get spying access on Trump through his associates from the FISA court. Mueller should resign as special counsel, and both should be facing criminal charges, if what has been reported about their roles in the Hillary-Russia uranium takeaway caper and the Hillary-Russia dirty dossier caper are true.

When Donald Trump talks to the Russians, he does so to tell them not to interfere with America’s efforts against ISIS in Syria.

When the Democrats talk to the Russians, it’s to hand over Eastern Europe, give them A-bomb secrets, sell off American uranium, and falsely slime Donald Trump.

So say the public records.

They also may imply a hard coup and the murder of President Kennedy. They also imply there is an ongoing attempt to strike down Donald Trump by any means available, be it by attempting to steal an election for Hillary Clinton, by an intelligence complex strike, by a crooked prosecutors’ war of attrition, by collusion between insiders of both parties to obstruct Trump and lie about him to diminish his credibility, or another assassination. The culprits are not working too hard to cover up their actions. Perhaps President Trump is releasing records on the murder of the youthful John Kennedy to keep in the public’s mind that the Deep State’s operatives helped murder one president and may strike again if they are not punished for their lawbreaking on an unprecedented scale.

EXTRA CREDIT:

The State Department, at least starting with the Wilson administration, has harbored Anglophiles, socialists, Communists, and globalists who have harmed American interests and cost many innocent people their lives. I’ll give an example from FDR’s (D) and Eisenhower’s (R) terms in office to illustrate my point.

Harry Hopkins, FDR’s closest advisor, ran the Lend-Lease program during World War Two. In all, Hopkins gave about 50 billion dollars (at least half a trillion dollars in today’s money) in money taken from American taxpayers to the British, the Soviets, the Chinese, and other nominal allies of America. The British reportedly bribed Hopkins with jewels and precious stones to get him to get them more Lend-Lease money, knowing full well (like the money they borrowed for World War One) they weren’t going to pay it back.

Although on the surface not apparently Communist (he had been a Socialist Party member during World War One but he refused to admit it to a Senate committee), Hopkins did at least as much harm to the United States as Communists Harry Dexter White and Alger Hiss. (White, a Treasury Department official, and Hiss, a State Department honcho, were exposed for their espionage and other anti-American acts.) Hopkins ladled out far more aid the Russians than they needed to have to stay in the war against Hitler. And he ordered shipments of close to a ton of uranium salts to Stalin during World War Two as part of the Lend-Lease program. This was more than enough uranium salts for them to make enough uranium-235 to make an atomic bomb. In another Lend-Lease shipment were 50 cases of information on American industry, military documents, State Department documents, and data on the atomic bomb experiments. The Russians would produce an atomic bomb in 1949, making president Harry Truman gun-shy about using nuclear weapons again. Harry Hopkins died in 1946; White died while under investigation in 1948; jurors convicted Hiss of perjury and sent him to prison in 1950. Declassified American intelligence records of intercepted and decoded Soviet messages made public by New York senator Patrick Moynihan (D) in 1995 proved Harry Hopkins was an active agent of the Soviets. These records said the same about Harry Dexter White and Hiss.

So in other words, atomic spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg died in vain. They deserved the chair as spies but no one important told them the higher-ups in the FDR administration were giving Stalin The Bomb.

Hopkins wanted to be president himself. But his potential run for president in 1940 fizzled when the Democrat-controlled Congress enacted the Hatch Act forbidding the use of federal employees for political purposes. Investigators had uncovered so many instances of chicanery and coercion by local politicians in FDR’s party when they got their hooks on federal relief money that even his own people in Congress felt compelled to clamp down on the problem.

Hopkins was essentially the nation’s largest employer in the Depression because he ran the Works Progress Administration (before FDR tapped him to be Secretary of Commerce, and later, to run the Lend-Least program). This agency gave millions of jobless men work throughout the country, and Hopkins thought a large number of these men would vote for him. The Hatch Act kept Hopkins from using the people who drew WPA paychecks in his potential run for the White House.

The Hatch Act also dealt a death blow to the 1940 presidential pipe dreams of Harold Ickes, another FDR leftist. Ickes was FDR’s Secretary of the Interior; he ran the Public Works Administration, another agency that hired many many jobless. Ickes and Hopkins were rivals. Ickes made fun of Harry Truman when he became president, and Truman clipped his wings. Ickes resigned in a snit, thinking Truman would beg him to stay, but Truman in so many words told Ickes not to let the door hit him in the backside on the way out.

Unfortunately, the courts and prosecutors do not take the Hatch Act seriously today. Both major parties, especially the Democrats, violate it routinely.

Ultimately FDR believed there was no one as great as him, and after deceiving Hopkins, Ickes, and many other Democrats as to his intentions, he ran for a third term in 1940 and for a fourth term in 1944. FDR actually allowed Hopkins to live in the White House starting in 1940, and when Hopkins remarried again, FDR allowed his third wife to move in with Hopkins in 1942. Hopkins and his wife lived at the White House rent-free for awhile. Hopkins did a lot of face-to-face dealing with Stalin as FDR’s deputy, and these deals turned out badly for the people of Eastern Europe and for America.

U.S. immigration officials, acting in the spirit of the Cold War, admitted 6000 refugees from the anti-Communist Hungarian Uprising of late 1956 under the provisions of the Refugee Relief Act. Eisenhower was president at the time. They also admitted another 32,000 Hungarian refugees from Communism under the terms of the McCarran-Walter Act (aka the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, the last good immigration bill Congress passed).

The flow of refugees from Hungary was due in part to the work of incompetents or traitors in the State Department who had struck again in the Hungarian uprising. Much like Dean Acheson saying publicly and knuckleheadedly that South Korea lay outside of America’s defense perimeter (which helped convince the Reds we wouldn’t oppose their takeover of all of Korea, so they attacked), State Department officials told the New York Times the following:

“The view of the State Department is that there is little doubt the troops (Soviet troops) have a right to be there (in Hungary). But a question may be raised about the legitimacy of their use to put down an internal rebellion. Even this raises a problem, however. The Soviet troops are being used at the request of the (puppet Communist) Hungarian government.”

In other words, Ike’s State Department was signaling Soviet officials they intended to do nothing to help the Hungarians throw off the Red yoke. When this was published (October 27, 1956), the Hungarian people had overthrown the puppet Communists. Reform Communist Imre Nagy (a precursor to Alexander Dubcek in Czechoslovakia), who was temporarily in charge in Hungary, was doing the will of the people in trying to convince Soviet boss Nikita Khrushchev to pull the Soviet troops out of Hungary. So besides being a signal to the Soviets, the State Department statement was a lie about the desires of the short-lived popular government of the people of Hungary. And if this statement was in the newspaper, you can bet the ranch the State Department quislings had already reassured the Soviets about American intentions.

Eisenhower and his people during the Hungarian uprising were more interested in winning him a second term (Election Day was November 6, 1956), and in getting the British, French, and Israeli governments to stop their short war against Egypt. Egyptian dictator Nasser had seized the Suez Canal, and the British and French imperialists had decided to punish Nasser’s people for this action. Israel’s leaders had issues with Nasser’s militant anti-Semitism also. Problem was the three nations’ leaders ordered the hit on the Egyptians without conferring with Eisenhower, who was the leader of the country whose fighting men had bailed the British and French out in World War Two and had liberated Jews from concentration camps. When Soviet dictator Khrushchev began to make threats against the British and French, Eisenhower decided to end the crisis by making his sneaky allies stop the war. The British, French, and Israeli leaders stopped the war on November 6 and withdrew their troops.

While Ike was disciplining his allies, his State Department people were busy stabbing the Hungarian people in the back. And unlike Eisenhower’s people, the Soviet leaders could walk and chew gum at the same time. While Khrushchev was threatening the British and French publicly, he was setting up the crushing of the Hungarians. On November 4, 1956, a week after the State Department people signaled the Soviets about Hungary, Soviet troops poured into Hungary, killed thousands, and forced the Hungarians back behind the Iron Curtain.

Ike won re-election two days later. Naturally he decried the crushing of Hungary, but that didn’t bring all the dead Hungarians back to life or flush the foul Soviets out of their country.

Starting with the presidency of Woodrow Wilson, the feds have grown bloated and corrupt. Many valiant people, using the public record are fighting for your safety and liberties against these people. You are entitled to use the public record. You are a citizen, and your tax dollars pay for their upkeep and access. Freedom to check on your government, along with your right to bear arms, are what make you a citizen instead of a subject.

As for my comments on Harry Hopkins and others in the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s, I provide the following:

Info on the Brits reportedly bribing Harry Hopkins comes from Victor Lasky’s book” It Didn’t Start With Watergate” (pages 173-174).

Info on Hopkins’ transfer of uranium and nuclear technology to the Soviets comes from W. Cleon Skousen’s book “The Naked Communist” (pages 166-168) and from a Nexus Magazine article titled “The Explosive Secrets of Major Jordan’s Diaries” (12/1996). Major Jordan was the officer who blew the whistle on Hopkins’ debased policy.

A very pro-Hopkins book, “Roosevelt and Hopkins: An Intimate History,” written by fellow FDR aide Robert Sherwood, at the request of one of Hopkins’ offspring, noted Hopkins’ evasiveness about his Socialist Party membership (page 109).

Sherwood also noted Hopkins was deeply interested in the production of atomic bomb quality uranium, and that Hopkins instead of FDR did most of the direct correspondence with Churchill on the joint American-British atomic bomb project. Of course, American scientists and those scientists America gave asylum to did the lion’s share of the work, and Communists who had infiltrated the British part of the effort had passed the nuclear secrets on to the Soviets (along with the help of the Rosenbergs and apparently of Hopkins himself). If FDR had been less derelict in his duty, he would not have deputized the leftist Hopkins to deal with the corrupt and grasping Churchill. Churchill conned, or got with Hopkins’ consent, the role of “equal partner” in the A-bomb research even though Britain’s contribution was small and their people were more prone to leak the secrets to foreign powers like the Soviet Union. (The pages of the Sherwood book that cover this are 155, 181, 593, 703-704, and 927.)

These were not the only shots at Hopkin’s integrity when it came to his decisionmaking with tax dollars. Hopkins’ first wife divorced him for infidelity, his second wife died, and his third wife, a much younger woman, was due to find out he needed help living up to his playboy image. FDR was not going to kick out Hopkins, who lived in the White House since 1940, according to Sherwood (page 593). But some time after he married wife No. 3 in 1942 he did move out.

Jack Lait and Lee Mortimer, on page 143 of their ungenteel exposé “Washington Confidential,” said the following about Hopkins’ third marriage: “Uncle Sam even had to help Harry Hopkins do it. A monkey-gland doctor grafted sex virility onto Hopkins and to other aging administration stalwarts, one of whom recently resigned from a little-cabinet post. The doctor billed the wealthiest of the three $3,000 for each treatment. He charged the other two $1,000. Hopkins had already stiffed the medico for three operations when he asked for the fourth, in view of his pending marriage to a young woman. The doctor’s verdict was no money, no honeymoon. But Hopkins had a way out. He suggested the doctor needed a vacation anyway, so he offered to get him an appointment to make an inspection trip to Army medical bases in the West Indies, with all expenses paid for self and wife, plus $35 a day fee until the $3,000 was paid. The doctor took the trip and Hopkins took the honeymoon.”

Info on the State Department policy leak to the New York Times justifying Soviet troops’ presence in Hungary comes from Nicholas Halasz’s book “In the Shadow of Russia” (page 361). Halasz did not criticize the State Department, but commented the Hungarian people should have paid better attention to the limits of what the Eisenhower administration intended to do.
