THE FBI – A RACKETEER INFLUENCED CORRUPT ORGANIZATION?

Sherlock
October20/ 2017

What would you do if you got shot and found out the cops were in cahoots with those who let the shooters on their property, from where they shot at you?

And what would you do if you bribed foreigners at the request of the FBI to catch them, and then they threatened to send you to prison to keep you from disclosing the truth before a presidential election to protect one of the candidates?

In recent days, we were treated to these back to back disclosures regarding the FBI.

Jesus Campos, the Mandalay Bay security guard who couldn’t stop the murders of 60 people and the wounding of hundreds of others at the Route 91 Harvest in Las Vegas, surfaced on Ellen De Generes’ talk show couch after he had been laying low for several days.

Ellen, best known for her lame comedy, got an “exclusive” interview with Campos and his sidekick Stephen Schuck. In exchange, the lesbian comic lobbed softball questions and generally tried to make good PR for MGM Resorts, who owns the Mandalay Bay Hotel, which shooter(s) used as firing points to murder 60 or so country music fans and wound more than 500 more.

It turns out Ellen has ties to MGM too. In September 2017, she gladhanded gamblers playing the slots at the MGM Grand. They have Ellen De Generes slot machines. This came from Kathryn Allison, writing for “Casinopedia” 9/21/2017. Kathryn tastefully declined to tell Canadian players not to feed any of their beaver nickels to Ellen’s slots.

I held off writing about the MGM Ellenfest until an independent voice provided further info on what went into the decision.

Per the British paper Daily Mail on 10/19/2017:

“After originally agreeing to do five interviews, Campos suddenly went missing, his union boss, who was helping set up the deal, told DailyMail.com.

David Hickey, president of the Michigan-based International Union, Security Police and Fire Professionals of America, would not confirm that MGM was behind the decision, but said the company influenced the guard.

“I was in a meeting with MGM’s upper management and they were definitely concerned about how tough someone like (Fox News’ Sean) Hannity would be on him and they voiced their opinions,” Hickey said.

“Everyone knew he wasn’t to talk about security protocols, staffing or training or give out names of employees,” he told the outlet, adding that the company pressured Campos not to reveal too much.

“I thought they were being negative, telling him that someone was going to be tough and how they were worried about his health — it wasn’t the thing he needed to hear four hours before the interviews were going to begin,” he said.”

MGM Resorts stands to lose millions of dollars over the way they handled everything surrounding the mass murder that people in their building committed, and their employees failed to prevent.

Better for the MGM corporate masters to let a comedienne and actress try to sell the public on a false timeline for the crime and elicit sympathy for Campos and Schuck than to let Campos blurt out the truth unrehearsed on a news and commentary show. Let the victims be damned!

Meanwhile Las Vegas Metro Police spokesman Larry Hadfield blamed Campos’ disappearance on independent journalist Laura Loomer. Maybe he was angry Miss Loomer had put his police force in a clown suit and the FBI in a Pinocchio costume.

Miss Loomer showed lawmen were lying about when alleged shooter Stephen Paddock first came to the Mandalay Bay Hotel. She also showed there were more than one person eating overpriced room service food Paddock was paying for. She also posted a flyer MGM Resorts put out urging their employees to donate to Moslem extremist front group CAIR (Council on American Islamic Relations) and the leftist extremist group Southern Poverty Law Center. She accused FBI agents of lying about the timeline of the shootings.

Agents were reporting Paddock started shooting on the country music fans about 10:05 p.m. Vegas time, and then shot scores of rounds through the door of the hotel room and wounded security guard Jesus Campos when Campos checked on the 32nd floor about 10:15 p.m. They claimed Campos’ presence diverted the shooter from completing his evil mission. In fact, the shooter(s) stopped killing people in the crowd below at about 10:15 p.m. They said Campos’ call alerted hotel security people, who in turn got police help.

A hotel maintenance man (Stephen Schuck), who also came to the came up reported Campos was wounded, and they released that audio. His call to hotel security had sounds of gunfire; it came in about 10 p.m., before the shooter(s) started firing on the crowd.

But no one has released any audio of the security guard Campos calling after he was shot. Nor have the FBI or Nevada officials confirmed the bullet to the leg Campos reportedly took came from a weapon in the possession of Stephen Paddock, one of the alleged shooters.

A CNN report 10/13/2017 noted Sheriff Lombardo said it was true Campos reached the 32nd floor about 9:59 p.m. He blamed the original 10:15 p.m. time on an incorrect handwritten time line entry made by a Mandalay Bay employee.

Per CNN’s reporting on 10/13/2017 and the Daily Mail’s and New York Daily News’ reporting 10/14/2017, the revised timeline of the massacre is as follows:

The shooter fired through the door of one of the hotel rooms Paddock rented at Campos at 9:59 p.m.

The shooter fired at the crowd below from 10:05 p.m. to about 10:15 p.m.

SWAT officers were in the vicinity of the rooms Paddock rented by 10:17 p.m.

SWAT officers did not breach the door until 11:20 p.m., about an hour later. They said they found Paddock dead, probably a suicide.

The Las Vegas police released a corrected timeline showing Campos showed up at 9:59 p.m. outside of Paddock’s door and got shot. At 10:05, shooter(s) started shooting at the crowd. The shooting stopped at 10:15 p.m.

Why would Mandalay Bay management care about the timeline?

If Campos and/or Schuck reported shooting before 10:05, when the shooter started firing on people – shooting that lasted another 10 minutes or so, then armed hotel security officers might have prevented most of the deaths by shooting though the hotel room door at the shooter and helping police get to the two rooms Paddock rented earlier than they did get there.

Or Mandalay Bay officials could have called the police at 9:59 or 10:00 p.m. and the SWAT team could have gotten the word quicker and have stopped the shooter(s) in the middle of all the shooting.

Maybe Campos saw who came and/or went from the suite and the room Paddock rented. If there are other people involved, they or their people would not want Campos sharing this with a national TV audience. Was Campos himself in on the plot, ask some.

Why did the shooter or shooters stop shooting after 10 minutes? Was anyone shooting from a room that was not in the room and next-door suite Paddock rented? Was any shooter able to get out of the suite without being seen by Campos, Schuck, or the hotel cameras and those who checked them? Or did they see (or record) and not tell?

Laura Loomer tried to talk with Campos at his home, to hear what he had to say about what happened. She said his house was under guard by a guard company of curious background.

Fox News implied Las Vegas police and/or the FBI were in on the “hide the Hay-zoos” game. They reported, “He (Campos) is a victim in this and we don’t discuss victims,” Las Vegas Police Officer and Spokesman Larry Hadfield told Fox News on Tuesday (October 17, 2017).”

Leo Hohmann of World Net Daily on 10/18/2010 brought out another angle. He called Officer Hadfield and reported Hadfield told him the following: “Campos was not a missing person. He (Hadfield) blamed independent journalist Laura Loomer for driving Campos into hiding. Loomer has been asking tough questions and tweeting stories about the Vegas shooting since right after the shooting occurred.

“He’s a private citizen. Let me put it this way,” Hadfield explained. “f you were getting bombarded by media attention from people like Laura Loomer, it’s your choice not to disclose your location; that is your choice. But that does not make you a missing person. And the fact that the media is reporting you are missing, that is the media, not the police.”

MGM Resort people and the police and the FBI were not the only people holding back what they knew. Union guy David Hickey also kept what he knew under lock and key until Ellen De Generes put on her dance party with Campos and Schuck and led them in dancing around a lot of the ugly truths of the case.

Hickey said he’d been helping security guard Jesus Campos prepare for a string of interviews, scheduled for October 12, 2017.

“For the past four days he’s been preparing,” Hickey said, noting the interviews were Campos’ idea to begin with. He said he hoped telling his story would help him move on.

“Thursday we had a meeting with MGM officials, and after that meeting was over we talked about the interviews, we went to a private area, and when we came out, Mr. Campos was gone.”

Hickey told Fox he received a text Thursday night, saying Campos had been taken to a “quick clinic.”

“Right now I’m just concerned where my member is, and what his condition is,” he said.

Campos may not have gone to any clinic. Instead, he imitated Snagglepuss and made an exit, stage left. For California.

Hickey knew MGM officials were leaning on Campos, but Hickey stayed in on the secret until after the Ellen dance party was done.

Larry Hadfield, the Las Vegas police spokesman, tersely noted there would be no further press conferences until there were new details to release.

Neither the FBI nor the Las Vegas police have had anything to say about the sudden death of a country music fan, a healthy young woman in her 20s, who was at the Route 91 Harvest event and said publicly there was more than one shooter. World Net Daily writer Leo Hohmann reported 10/18/2017 Kymberley Suchomel, 28, died suddenly of causes as yet unknown. He noted her grandmother found her dead in her California home when she came to the house in the morning.

Co-incidence? Or homicide? The FBI, who can investigate interstate crimes, are silent.

Now for the FBI’s other radioactive case.

This week, the real Russian meddling scandal got a little coverage as some members of Congress publicly pushed for answers on why Hillary Clinton was involved in selling 20% of America’s known uranium (useful in making atomic bombs) to the Russians while she was Barack Obama’s Secretary of State.

The deal supposedly went like this:

In 2009 and 2010, Russians maneuvered to buy Uranium One, a Canadian mining company with mines across the globe. One of these was a uranium mine in Wyoming responsible for about one-fifth of the uranium ore mined in the United States. Such a deal would require the okay of the US government.

Hillary and other Obama appointees okayed the deal in 2010. Shortly afterward, Bill Clinton got $500,000 to make a speech in Moscow. (It wasn’t disclosed if he also gained access to some Natashas as part of his room service deal.) Russian sources also reportedly funneled millions of dollars to the Clinton Foundation.

Was this bribery or merely coincidence?

It turns out the FBI had an investigation into the deal. An unnamed businessman, who was with a company named Transport Logistics International, worked undercover in Russia and America to track wrongdoing. With the FBI’s okay, this official reportedly bribed Russian officials when they demanded kickbacks (company exec bribes totalled $2 million), and in exchange his company received no-bid contracts from Russians. The businessman also recorded conversations with Russians, and collected and turned over incriminating records and e-mails for the FBI.

Hillary reportedly was in on a related deal in 2011 to allow the Russians to sell uranium to US power companies in a way that undercut American suppliers. Russian operatives reportedly used kickbacks and extortion to cut down on American competition for this business.

The FBI aiding-businessman’s lawyer Victoria Toensing, a former chief lawyer for the Senate Intelligence Committee, said she was working to get Trump administration officials to allow her client to testify to the facts of the Hillary-Russia connection he was aware of, to include the bribe-paying in Russia and the United States, without facing the threat of prison because of the nondisclosure agreement he had signed. In so many words, she said elements in the FBI and the Justice Department were using that agreement to prevent the truth from coming out, and it was wrong for them to use such a ploy to protect perpetrators of crimes against the American people.

Per The Hill, whose writers reported on the unfolding corruption story 10/18/2017:

“Sources told The Hill the informant’s work was crucial to the government’s ability to crack a multimillion dollar racketeering scheme by Russian nuclear officials on U.S. soil that involved bribery, kickbacks, money laundering and extortion. In the end, the main Russian executive sent to the U.S. to expand Russian President Vladimir Putin’s nuclear business, an executive of an American trucking firm and a Russian financier from New Jersey pled guilty to various crimes in a case that started in 2009 and ended in late 2015.”

The Hill also reported the undercover businessman wanted to out Hillary for her part in the wrongdoing, but he had signed a nondisclosure agreement with the FBI. He prepared to sue the feds to recover some of the bribe money that came out of his own pocket as an allowable expense authorized by the FBI in a criminal investigation. But then-President Obama’s officials in the FBI and elsewhere in the Justice Department threatened him with prison time if he spoke out.

Per The Hill 10/18/2017:

“Toensing said she also possesses memos that recount how the Justice Department last year threatened her client when he attempted to file a lawsuit that could have drawn attention to the Russian corruption during the 2016 presidential race as well as helped him recover some of the money Russians stole from him through kickbacks during the FBI probe.

The undercover client witnessed “a lot of bribery going on around the U.S.” but was asked by the FBI to sign a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) that prevents him from revealing what he knows to Congress, Toensing explained.

When he tried to bring some of the allegations to light in the lawsuit last year, “the Obama Justice Department threatened him with loss of freedom. They said they would bring a criminal case against him for violating an NDA,” she added.

Emails obtained by The Hill show that a civil attorney working with the former undercover witness described the pressure the Justice Department exerted to keep the client from disclosing to a federal court what he knew last summer.”

So the voters before the 2016 elections were bombarded with media hot air about Donald Trump’s alleged ties to Russia. Meanwhile they heard nothing about how Hillary’s foundation and Bill’s bank account got much fatter after she signed a deal to allow a Russian company to control 20% of the uranium mined in America.

Why would a left-of-center publication like The Hill print such an open broadside against Hillary and Bill? Perhaps to drive the toxic Clintons away from the levers of power in the Democratic Party?

And why would the FBI participate in the silencing of the truth about Hillary’s potential corruption in office, to the extent they would help threaten a man with prison and financial ruin for disclosing the truth about corrupt activity?

By the way, the FBI investigation into the mess began when Richard Mueller (the special counsel giving billable hours to a number of Hillary-supporting lawyers in their goose chase of a Trump-Russia conspiracy) was FBI chief and continued thru James Comey’s tenure as FBI boss. Neither has commented publicly on the matter. One would hope they were aware of the Russians’ misconduct and the apparent bribe-taking of Hillary and Bill Clinton and explained to President Obama why Hillary and his other underlings shouldn’t let a potential unfriendly power get their hands on our uranium. But sadly, they strike me as servants of the ruling class, not watchdogs for the public.

Dirk Van Capias, a lawyer friend of mine, asked, “How many other people have the FBI made sign nondisclosure agreements so they can’t testify about other crimes the FBI are covering up?”

Sad to say, corruption all to often has been the FBI way.

My Grandpa Charlie Sherlock, a Chicago police detective, arrested Jack McGurn, the mastermind of the Valentines Day Massacre that Capone used to wipe out the gang of rival mobster Bugs Moran on February 14, 1929. Grandpa Charlie told me local prosecutors and state prosecutors would not touch Capone for the murders he ordered, the prostitution he compelled, the protection and extortion rackets he controlled, or any number of other crimes he committed or ordered that were subject to state laws because Chicago area politicians and governor Len Small were crooked. Capone bought them off, he said, and they would not prosecute him. Capone, Grandpa said, also could have honest jury members killed.

During the 1920s, the FBI was not the lead federal agency fighting the Capone Outfit in Chicago. They evidently weren’t clean enough or competent enough. Instead, President Hoover snubbed FBI director Hoover and sicced the Treasury Department on the Mob.

Eliot Ness, a T-man, and his people busted the Capone Outfit for violations of Prohibition laws and other federal laws. They cut into Capone’s income by destroying alcohol stills and beer fermenting equipment. Ness baited Capone publicly and privately, taunting Scarface by parading seized assets in front of Capone’s headquarters. While Capone focused on the Untouchables, Wilson checked out a ledger of Capone’s outfit confiscated in a raid years earlier, and put together the estimate of Capone’s income and his failure to pay taxes on it. Capone finally found out about Wilson, and threatened Wilson’s safety and his wife’s safety to his face.

But Wilson held firm and provided the federal tax case that sent Scarface to the Rock. Grandpa Charlie explained the judge found out before trial Capone had the jurors bribed and bullied, so he sent them to another courtroom and took jurors from that courtroom’s jury pool to hear the Capone trial. Capone and his thugs didn’t know who these guys were.

J. Edgar Hoover was nowhere near this operation. Hoover sabotaged the career of legendary FBI man Melvin Purvis, who was in on the killing of murderers John Dillinger, Baby Face Nelson, and Pretty Boy Floyd, all in 1934.

For me, the FBI lost their credibility due to their handling of the TWA Flight 800 tragedy.

Someone or something made that aircraft explode while in flight over the Atlantic Ocean off the south coast of Long Island in July 1996. More than 200 people were killed in the explosion that destroyed the airliner; none survived. Hundreds of witnesses said they saw a missile strike that airliner and blow it out of the sky. Many of them gave detailed statements to authorities.

Who shot the missile? Was it a Moslem extremist – one of many running loose in the greater New York area thanks to Bush and Clinton immigration policies – who did it with a shoulder-fired anti-aircraft missile? Or could it have been a shoulder-fired missile or a bigger missile fired from an Arab ship?

Or was it “friendly” fire? (No fire is friendly if it is aimed at you.) Did the Navy or Air Force have training going on nearby? Did an Air Force or Navy fighter pilot playing “lock on” on the civilian jet with his aircraft’s target acquisition radar inadvertently fire a missile?

It was none of the above, claimed FBI official James Kallstrom. He claimed the airliner blew up because of mechanical causes. Kallstrom and others had to somehow jerry-rig a cause to fit his theory. They eventually blamed a malfunction in a fuel tank, and said no crime was responsible for the tragedy.

There was a problem with this answer. It was false. Bear in mind, all aircraft (and now cars) have electrical fuel tank level monitoring equipment and electrical fuel pumps. Manufacturers have made these devices safe to prevent an electrical ignition of fuel. If Kallstrom’s reported cause was true, you would expect many such aviation explosions because of the inherent unsafeness of the design.

I stood in the center fuel tank of a DC-9 when the company I was contracting for had their mechanics install auxiliary fuel tanks inside the fuselage (body) of the aircraft so it could make a flight longer than it was designed to fly without refueling. The fuel tank had electrical sensors to tell how much fuel it had.

The relative lack of government regulatory action on Kallstrom’s hypothesis also indicates his rationale was false. There was no sweeping federal order to ground other Boeing 747s, including Air Force One, Bill Clinton’s ride.

There was never a large-scale federal inspection done to verify airlines had corrected the supposed mechanical problem that the feds claimed could cause a blast similar to the one they claimed took the TWA aircraft down. And by 2004, eight years after the disaster, there was still no mechanical fix ordered for the 747s by any federal agency for this supposed problem, although one was supposedly in the works. All of these things should have happened very quickly after the mid-air plane explosion if there was a real problem.

Kallstrom and the Clinton administration had another problem. They had to find a way to discredit several hundred eyewitnesses who saw the missile streak toward the aircraft just before the aircraft exploded. They also had to cover up the fact that forensic people found explosive residue and rocket fuel residue on many of the airline’s retrieved parts. They did it by ignoring evidence, discrediting witnesses and crime investigators, using coercion and force, and disposing of the physical evidence.

FBI officials and Clinton administration people ridiculed the eyewitnesses. However, the investigators did not. They triangulated the possible launch points of a missile by interviewing the witnesses and using navigational gear to check the statements.

FBI officials lied about the ability of a shoulder fired anti-aircraft rocket to reach and destroy the airliner. Service people familiar with the ranges of such rockets know it would be possible for such a missile to reach the plane and bring it down from the altitude it was at.

FBI officials denied radar data that showed a ship speeding away from an area of the ocean near where the plane went down. Other ships headed toward the crash site to aid possible survivors. The feds eventually admitted to the presence of the vessel, but never tried to identify it. Nor did they say anything about Federal Aviation Administration radar data which showed a small high speed projectile impacting the airliner, except to dismiss it as an anomaly.

U.S. Navy officials denied there being any Navy vessels in the area near where the aircraft exploded. Later, they would admit a surface vessel and three submarines were very close to the crash site. Likewise, there was denial that military aircraft were in the air nearby.

Forensic investigators found residue of explosives or rocket fuel on many of the parts of the recovered airliner. The investigators and the local coroner found trace evidence confirming a missile strike on and in corpses of the recovered dead. This evidence was suppressed. The feds ignored the hundreds of eyewitnesses to the missile and the explosion.

Federal officials removed from the investigation several people who questioned the cover-up, and prosecuted a journalist who obtained seat fabric from one of the airliner’s seats which had explosive residue in it. They had armed confrontations with ship captains involved in the retrieval operation when the captains continued to work at recovering debris.

The case remains unsolved, largely due to the criminally negligent and/or conspiratorial conduct of FBI officials and other government officials.

Back to the Las Vegas case.

Lawyers for the dead and wounded could sue and win a judgment holding the owners of Mandalay Bay civilly liable for the deaths and wounds the shooter(s) caused. MGM officials have a motive for the cover-up.

MGM Resorts people need to feel to pain for their part in the deaths of 60 or so of our brother and sister Americans and the wounding of more than 500 others. For the record, MGM Resorts website notes they own these hotels: Mandalay Bay Hotel, Aria, Bellagio, Vdara, MGM Grand Hotel, The Signature, Mirage, Monte Carlo, New York New York, Luxor, Excalibur, and Circus Circus.

They are incompetent in keeping firearms and explosives out of their facilities

They can’t stop shooter(s) from killing scores and wounding hundreds.

They obstruct police investigations by handing the police false information.

They further obstruct police investigation by leaning on their help to say nothing incriminating.

The police may be suspect because they did not try to take out an alleged active shooter for more than an hour.

They claim they found him dead. Did they already know, due to the stopping of shooting when they arrived? Did Campos or Schuck or someone monitoring the hotel’s short circuit TV or someone else tell them so? Did someone else besides the police shoot Paddock?

The police and the federales were definitely complicit in the hiding of Jesus Campos. Responsible officers and agents would let him talk to multiple sources. This way, they could check his stories for facts and inaccuracies as he might give newspeople different answers or reveal new details. Also, if something was to happen to Campos later (like him leaving the country or leaving this life), his statements would be a matter of record. If Campos feared for his life, the feds should have made him avoid Ellen too.

Why are the FBI and the Vegas cops dispensing falsehoods and half-truths?

As my Grandpa Charlie used to say, “When you tell the truth, all you have to do is remember what happened. When you lie, you have to remember everything you said.”

To get to the truth, President Trump and we may have to apply pressure to Vegas as a whole.

Since the local police can’t protect people at an outdoor gathering and are evidently subject to casino industry pressure, we must put Las Vegas on our own tourist watch list and avoid it until local authorities admit to the truth. Vegas adds nothing to this country except for gambling losses, addictions, quickie divorces, and the nationwide swapping of social diseases.

If it means stopping the NFL from allowing the Oakland Raiders to move to Las Vegas, so be it. If Raider management wants a pretty new stadium and rioters, St. Louis is available.

If President Trump has to use other means to break Vegas to get the truth, so be it. He can direct the EPA to limit Vegas resorts’ energy and water consumption, he can use ICE to arrest or run off the casinos’ and hotels’ workers, and he could use the Department of Health and Human Services to bust hotels for being breeding grounds for communicable social diseases (or at least make costly disinfections after each guest stay mandatory). Maybe he and his people should look at doing these things, and more. Just some thoughts from a friend. The truth needs to come out.

President Trump should also have the FBI and other elements of the Justice Department sifted like wheat. They are honeycombed with corrupt people. The Bureau needs to be purged of the corrupt people, and the suck-ups who have been abetting the criminal behavior of the corrupt by their silence and cowardice. A corrupt law enforcement agency is a threat to all decent Americans, and to many of the indecent ones.

It’s our turn to make demands on the feds, the locals, and the interests.

The shooters, the conspirators, the enablers, and the obstructors must all go to prison. The MGM outfit must pay everything they have to the loved ones of the murder victims and to the survivors. The Mandalay Bay Hotel must be knocked down to make room for a memorial.

May God rest the souls of the dead, and bring the wounded to full recovery. May He aid in winning the victims or their survivors justice.
